I just got my son's Dodge Avenger fixed. When I first took it in they had trouble pinpointing the problem, because they could not get it to mimick what it was doing when I brought it in. So, they had me come get it, and told me that as soon as it began to act up to bring it back in while it was still acting up. I did as they told me to do and they was able to pinpoint the problem right away, and got it fixed for me in a very timely fashion. So thankful for Erika who kept me in the loop, and let me know what they were doing and when it would be fixed. She is so polite, and was very professional. So thankful to fir her keeping me updated, helped alot with my peace of mind. Thanks to everyone, for a job very well done; the car is still running great.
