Great staff!!! I was stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire. They worked me in for a new tire at a very reasonable price.

Great tires, great service, descent price. Unworldly tools. Torqued my lugs down so tight they reached the temperature of the Sun and forged-welded right onto the studs.Be sure to carry an 18-foot breaker bar in your trunk in case you get a flat.

We love going there. Scott is always the best to deal with. He's always friendly, joking around while being professional, and does what is needed to your car and nothing else. Scott will also go above and beyond to help you with anything. Ross in the back is also a great mechanic and trust him to work on my vehicle.

I had a rental that needed a battery which was a slow process by the rental company. But the issue was the lack of service, rude, and they acted as if I was there to bother them. I don t recommend this shop unless it s your last option. After waiting for an hour to hear back from the rental company, I ended up leaving regardless, so that the tire shop did not get the business from me even if they approved of the new battery.

Stopped in today because i thought there was something wrong w my break light and turn signal went out at the same timr, turns out it was just the bulbs and scott didnt charge me for the bulbs or labor, what a awesome guy and business ill be back next time i need my car worked on, thanks scott!

We were on the highway traveling to Florida when my engine light came on. Was referred to best one tire and service. Arrived there at about 4 o clock. Richard diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which ended up being the wrong on. re-ordered another part, which was delivered. He stayed with us until he was sure that we were fixed and ready to get back on the road. Can t say enough about Richard and his dedication to us. Highly recommend the shop.

I had the best experience in this shop! I was just passing through and my tire started acting funny, I knew I had to stop and get it checked out before I went any further. I walked in, and Scott immediately got it in the bay to investigate the problem. He had it figured out in 5 minutes, and ordered me a new tire. I was three hours from home, and eager to get there after a week long vacation. Scott found a tire nearby, and had us on our way. I m extremely grateful for everyone s friendly customer service and support in what was a very stressful situation for my family.

5 star experience. I came in at 5 & they close at 6, & their schedule was already full. However, they said no problem to squeezing me in to get a patch on my truck tire that got a screw in it after work.

Great down to earth people. Very well managed. When it comes to service I have never had to return for a repair. I have had suspension work, transmission work, engine work, tires, and electrical systems worked on between 6-7 different cars over the years. The manager Scott is very fair and down to earth. The only shop I've ever been to where I was quoted a price and they knocked off quite a bit because it didn't take them nearly as long as the manufacturer suggested it would. I didn't know there was such a thing but this is where you will find your honest Mechanic!

I travel non stop life on the road, these guys were awesome! My tires were not safe for my 10 hours drive. Unexpected timing on my way south, I couldn t control my car, I stopped here and they had 4 new tires. Also they did it in less then 45 minutes! They were really awesome about letting my two dogs and I sit inside, for it was raining outside. Thank you guys so much! You probably saved our lives as well!

They offer me 52 for a used tire and didn't think it would work without a new rim $125 my place was 40 and the guaranteed everything

Went to review and saw I d already made a 5 star several years ago. But let me say this, these guys are awesome. I put stuff off and suck at scheduling ahead, every time I call these guys Janice sets me up with the earliest appointment time she can(usually same day). They re quick and reliable, I use their services for everything including: new tires(cars, trucks, campers, and trailer lots of tires over the years), oil changes, and tune-ups. Today I brought in a wheel with a flat tire and these guys took time from their lunch break to help me out. Recently my VW has been acting up and even though they were unable to work on my car, Scott recommended a person who offers great prices and is very knowledgeable. However, when I called the guy he stated he was unwilling to work on my car. About an hour later, Scott calls me back and let s me know he set it up for the guy to check it out anyhow. I m absolutely blown away by the helpfulness and willingness to take care of their customers. I highly recommend Best One Tire to anyone and everyone!

I always take our vehicles here for oil changes and they are always able to get me in on the same day. It's nice to be able to sit in the lobby and use the WiFi to finish up my work from the day while I wait on my vehicle.Recently I needed my vehicle towed to Best One due to an alternator that went bad. It was also found that my starter went bad as well. Scott took the time to explain in depth how the starter and alternator work on a vehicle (not to mention this was at closing time and he didn't appear rushed to get out). You can tell that he truly wants a satisfied customer each and every time. I will continue to go to Best One for my vehicles needs.

Jeff and his wife are amazing. Was stranded w 2 horse en route back to Ontario and they went above and beyond to fit us in to an already booked day to help us get on our way. Honest and honest pricing. Thanks again!

Every time I have a service completed they give me the best service. Yesterday I needed an oil change and I thought something might be wrong. I called an hour and a half before they scheduled my appointment, The gentleman took care of oil change and also looked up the issue with the car maker and printed out everything I needed to approach the dealership with the issue. It is so appreciated! I feel this service place is honest and prices are fair. Kudos to Best One Tire!

Tried to go to walmart to get tire plugged had a screw in the tire at 535pm today they said they weren't taking any more cars even though they are opened till 7PM.Thankfully best one got us right in fixed the tire in 15 minutes or less and Scott and crew were very friendly and got the car done before they closed at 6 PM.

Was on vacation 10 hours from home and the shop back home forgot to tighten my suspension back up after they did an alignment. They said they would take a look and ended up doing an alignment in the parking lot to get me back in the road

Talked with Scott at Best One and was super helpful in getting me in. Purchased master craft tires and ended up going bad around 21k miles but was able to get taken care of to get 2 replacement tires on. Best One has always been able to get me in quick and take care of my vehicle needs.

I was overall impressed with Best One. They were recommended to me and didn't disappoint. Their waiting area (and whole shop) was clean and comfortable and I was there less than 2 hours getting my brakes fixed. I am picky about who works on my car and I'm kind of new to the area, but I'll be back for sure. Thanks for the good experience!

Purchased a set of tires, balance and alignment as well as front brakes but was having trouble with vibration. Turned out a couple of the tires were faulty (which was no fault of theirs) and the rear shocks needed replaced as well. Scott and the whole team were outstanding and completely focused on getting it resolved and right. They were not going to be happy until I was 100% satisfied. That level of dedication to customer service will keep me going back. Thanks!

I called Scott this morning to get 5 boat trailer tires replaced. He got them in, in the afternoon and I had them back by 5pm. Couldn't have asked for better service from Scott, Jeffrey, or Michael. I see some of the reviews and scratch my head. Great place as always. Thanks guys.

I've been coming here for years anytime I need new tires or repairs. By far the best customer service around. Janice the receptionist is always friendly and so knowledgeable she goes above and beyond to give customer service. Scott B also gives awesome customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. To be honest the entire staff is amazing thank you for excellent service Best one Staff.

A huge shout out to Jeff and his staff. We were on our way to Florida from Canada and we ran into car troubles late at night. Best One was recommended to us by our hotel manager. Jeff and his mechanic Ross did not disappoint. They were booked solid but they made time. They were friendly, professional, detailed in their description of work required and decently priced. Thanks for saving our Christmas holidays!

Scott at Best One is a life saver. I walked in without an appt on a Tuesday, midday and he had me back on the road in under an hour. I m from Detroit and had no clue where to go when indicator light came on while I was driving down 75, omw to ATL. I was so disappointed that my trip had been been derailed by a tire issue I d just paid nearly $200 to repair at the dealership -Scott worked it out at an amazingly affordable price. I ll driving to Ohio just to have auto work done here again! Thank you Scott!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours for them to tell me they don't have 1 tire to put on my vehicle. I don't know why I gave them a second chance after completely stripping my drain plug and missing a hole in my tire just for me to walk out to a completely flat tire the next morning. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.
