I'll start off with the pros, the associate who worked on my truck was incredibly quick and got me in and out in about 15 minutes. Also, the price wasn't bad for how quick they were. The real issue is the attitude of the employees, they treat you like you are doing them a disservice by getting your oil changed there. I was not able to get his name, but the overweight guy with a little beard was very upset with me getting an oil change during his shift. During the whole process of a simple oil change, he was huffing and puffing and grifting, (mind you that service is in their business name.) The employees need to treat the customers with respect, then this place might almost be as good as Valvoline in Piqua. I wouldn't recommend coming into their facility if you want to feel good about your service and purchase.

As a place of business, I can not speak much on experiences. Though, from word of mouth, it's mostly that of satisfaction. Yet, as a place of employment, it's terrible. Don't get me wrong, working there is nice and the other employees are friendly and competent. When it comes to the boss, that's another situation. Good luck getting paid. I'm still waiting on my paycheck. Worked for for about 5-6 weeks. Paid for 3. Just don't work here.

We had our oil changed today, filter did not get replaced correctly. Oil was spraying out of our car and shutting down. Auto lube came to our house and added oil. Everything appears to be fine but our car has oil all over the engine and underneath and back of our car. We were offered 10 percent off our next oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

RUDE VERY RUDE. I went in for an oil change last Saturday 2/2/24 and I get an alert on my phone when it is time to change the oil. Now I know I usually get it at 20% but I went when it was at 35% until next change it is now 2/9/24. It have not updated too 100% yet and now it is 33%. Now if they did there job Correctly I would be on 100%. This is why I like going to the dealership. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Really fast and friendly. There was no wait time when I got there so the entire process was probably around 15 minutes. I love that my kids and I can stay in the car for the whole thing. First time coming here and definitely won't be my last.

I believe he was the owner, he has a Scottish accent. He was very kind, informative & had patience with me as I asked questions about my vehicle. Him & the older gentleman. Awesome customer service.

They have changed my oil, sold and mounted new tires, and changed my alternator. They have done an excellent job everytime. For sure will keep giving them my business! Excellent work and professionalism every time!

My dad took his truck here today (5/13/23) Went in for a simple oil change as he will be going on vacation. They drained all his transmission fluid and oil. Then said he added a couple quarts of fluid back into transmission which he poured it into the transfer case. Then when my dad questioned him the owner then proceeded to give him his oil change for free so there was no paperwork showing what was done and he had to call the police to get some kinda proof or report of what was done. He threatens to have his truck towed for questioning what he had done to his truck was very rude and unprofessional! Now my dads truck is pouring oil out from under his truck! Warning!! Take your vehicles somewhere else before your car is messed up!! Will never do business here again. They don t care about good business at all get in and get out and if it wasn t caught I m sure woulda took his money and sent him on his way!!

The Sidney auto lube is the only place I take any of my vehicles when it s time for an oil change, They are quick, polite, and very helpful. Being a single mom it s great to know that I can rely on them to help keep my day to day going as smooth as possible. Thanks guys for all you do!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It s the Walmart parking lot. They pay $11.50-$12.50 an hour. You get exactly what you pay for. 18 yr old hillbillies with adjustable wrench and automatic oil gun.Expect your drain plug to be rounded outExpect the filter to not be filled before installExpect the engine to low on initial start upExpect the tech to not careWendy s pays more entry levelHonda pays over double for entry levelYou get what ya pay for.Our family has been there, you are business owner so BBB will be contacted along with your manager and credit card dispute will be filed.

In and out quickly, and the tech worked quickly as he was servicing multiple vehicles at same time.I only wished he would have discussed the pricing with me a little, but no big deal.

My wife has taken out jetta here twice and both times she's had to take it back because oil leaks afterwards. This past time we had oil leaks on our garage floor and even after taking it back in it's still leaking and she still needs to take it back.Ridiculous.

I used to hate going here because they used to be very rude. I haven't had a problem with them for over a year though. They've given me good recommendations for my engine and helped me out when i needed a tire. The price is a little high but where can you go that isn't? If your worried about paying for their service then i recommend doing it to yourself.Services: Tires, Oil change

I stopped by Auto Lube while driving across Ohio. Moe was awesome! The entire staff was great! They got me in quick and took great care of me. The service was great and prices are very fair. Highly recommend!

Is the best oil change shop I have ever been to. But most of all the respect and good environment that the workers and manager that work there show to whoever enters the shop. Was the biggest win for me. Very professional and go the extra mile for you just to make sure that your car is running smooth when you leave the shop.

Quick service on the oil change. But they were advertising AC charging so I requested that also. When the guy was done I asked if he had done the AC and he said that they didn't actually have the stuff on hand but were advertising it anyway. I felt like he was going to charge me for something that wasn't done. Makes me wonder if they do this with other stuff

Terrible service. Not friendly. Did not full service vehicle. Only thing done was oil change and put in wrong oil. Did not check car fluids, tires, etc. Not going back EVER.I went and bought fluid for my car and used over half a gallon for each..so how were they topped off. And full service means everything is checked. I shouldn't have to ask.

Went there the other day and they were short staffed just like everyone is in this area, but was still in and out like alway. I always give them my business because there the best in the business.

The price is higher than others .refilled fluids .But didn't rotate tires,check windshield wipers.I got the works at other place $15 cheaper

You definitely get in there and out fast. The price is high. The worst part I had my car worked on a month later to find out that I was leaking oil because they didn t put my oil filter On tightly. For that, I could no way recommend.

The absolute ONLY place I will take my vehicles. 10 out of 10 service, fast, kind and knowledgeable. They did the oil change along with topping off the fluids in my Range Rover Velar effortlessly.

I'm always comfortable coming here. The guys are friendly and helpful. They have made modifications so you can remain in your vehicle to stay safe. My favorite place to get my oil changed.

Made high price recommendations that were not needed and lied about them. Did not fill up oil to recommended amount. Did not check tires. Too high priced. Will not go back and used to go here for a long time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

So as soon as I left I noticed my tire pressure light was on and it wasn't prior. So when I went back they stated that this is normal in the year and make of my car.A couple days later I noticed my car making a noise like there wasn't any oil in it. Checked the oil and it was fine. I ended up going to another place and getting my oil changed again. When the guy doing the oil change said my oil was too dirty to be just changed.
