Ashley Himes State Farm has been so great with the switch of my insurance. Helped get me all the savings I was eligible for. Ran into some problems when it came to getting logged into the drive safe program, and the young lady in the office was so very helpful with explaining how to get the settings changed on my phone. They was very prompt with sending documents to car companies for proof of insurance! If your looking to switch car insurance companies give them a call very friendly welcoming staff!

We suffered significant damage and a total loss of a vehicle in a tornado on 3/14. State Farm was very supportive of us and managed our claim with the upmost professionalism. They were quick to jump in and get us taken care of. We appreciate all Ashley Hines staff members and State Farm claims department for treating us right when we were overwhelmed with the impact of the storm. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Michael called me to let me know one of our premiums on a vehicle was going up. Preceded to give me some options to reduce and ended up saving us about $60 a month! Much appreciated! It s not very often that people look out for your wallet like that. We have been State Farm customers for about 32 years and don t foresee going anywhere else for insurance.

My birthday was Nov 22nd and I found myself renewing not only my plates but my insurance. I was with Progressive but after receiving my renewal amount of $197.00, up from $129.00 it was time to shop for new rates. I called Nationwide, All State, Liberty Mutual, even the General. My last stop was State Farm. I got ahold of local agent Kayla Basil and gave her a quick run down of my needs and before I could even get to the office she had multiple rates already waiting for me. The best offer I had gotten so far was from All State for $180 a month . Kayla was able to get me the exact same coverage for $170 a month. Here's the kicker, I just lied, it wasn't the same coverage....it was better. What I meant was the collision and comp was the same, but for $180 a month I was covered for 50k bodily injury and 100k whole incident. For $10 cheaper Kayla locked me in for 100k bodily injury and 300k whole incident. I couldnt believe how naive i was by All States offer and I'm so glad that I went with State Farm and had a knowledgeable agent like Kayla Basil looking out for my best intrest. Great coverage for great rates and I couldnt be more satisfied as I spent hours comparing rates and had no idea about the actual coverage amounts. You learn new something everyday.

STATE FARM IS THE BEST INSURANCE COMPANY I VE SEEN YET VERY LOW RATES AND VERY HONEST MISS KAYLA DAWN HAD ME IN HER OFFICE FOR 15 MINS AND I WAS OUT VERY SUPRISE OF THE RATE I GOT SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROSESSIONAL IF YA WANT A GREAT RATE STOP IN TODAY AND SEE KAYLA.

Jessica is amazing and we love that we have our life insurance explained to us and that we know exactly what we are getting. Highly recommend going to state farm for all ur insurance needs. The office is beautiful and cozy and your made to feel like family not just another person.

When we see the staff out at community events, they are always friendly and conversational. It makes you feel secure with your decision to protect your family through their office. :)

I am really applicative to all the support that I get when I talk to these girls. My rates don't go up and they try to take care of my needs. They advise me wisely on the coverages I need and don't need. Even though I was offered a lower rate somewhere else, I stuck with these girls because of how personable they are. Plus I've had other insurance providers and they always jacked my rate up after the first 6 month quote. I would recommend these girls to everyone. Keep up the great work. I would also like to sneak in here that Ginger Reck works hard for me to make sure I'm getting the best deal.

I personally have my homeowners insurance & car insurance with Ashely Himes State Farm Insurance. We have always had wonderful customer service from everyone at the office.Jessica Hammaker assisted me with setting up an account for my employer as well. Jessica is very professional and always has the answers to any questions I may have. I would totally recommend using this Insurance agent for all if your needs. Ashley will not disappoint I promise!

I never thought of reviewing an insurance agency because, well, it's insurance. I would just shop for the cheapest and move on. This agency really surprised me though. I called and spoke to Jessica, who was amazingly helpful, got me better coverage than I had before and a ton of discounts to make it cheaper than I was previously paying. What really set them apart from what I was expecting is they didn't stop after they "made the sale" as it were. The team has reached out to me a few times, asking if I needed anything, making sure I'm happy with my coverage. They make it clear to me that I'm not just a policy number, amazing team. I cannot recommend them enough.

My old State Farm agent Dave Wilson passed away and there was a transition of agents. I mistakenly called Ashley s office thinking she was covering my insurance. When they couldn t find me in the system, the receptionist actually put me on hold, called Andrew Shaffer s office, and then connected me right to them to get me helped. She went above and beyond and I appreciate that kind of service! Even though I don t personally use Ashley Himes her office is full of fantastic, helpful people!
