One of the only places left that doesn't upsell and gives honest, reliable, accurate, fairly priced recommendations. I moved from NF and still this is the only place I trust with my cars. The team here is kind, hardworking and skilled. They're always booked a week or so out but always worth the wait. Thank you for the incredible service over the years John!

This is the best place to get your car worked on. Derek the owner is honest, hard working, and trustworthy. In the years I have been going there I have never been over charged or pressured to have more work done. In fact the mechanics that work there have been up front with repairs needed immediately or inform me the repairs that can wait to another day. I have been impressed with their honesty. I recommend them with an enthusiastic HELL YES !!!!.

These guys are Awesome! They were able to take off my spare tire and put on my new one. In about 10 minutes flat. At a very afford price. I'm so thankful! Will most definitely go back for any future car problems.

Does great work...great group of guys. Derek is the best...the most honest mechanic I've ever met. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 15+ years, and won't go anywhere else. Never have to worry that you're being sold something that you don't need.

I am new in town, and all I needed was some air in my tires. Because of my custom tires, the guys had to actually put it on the lift to get under the Jeep and put air in from the inside of the tire. They were all so nice, and they didn't charge me anything. I will be giving them my business from now on. Thanks John!!!

Got a nail in my tire today called to see if it could get fixed they were closing in 10 minutes. But the guy said to bring it over and he would fix it he stayed later to do get it done right. I am so thankful that you have someone who will help you when you need it.

This is the ONLY place in Newton Falls I would recommend for car repairs. Derek is honest and does good work at a good price. 2 examples: the catalytic converter on my car was dragging, another shop in town gave me an expensive qoute, told me it needed replaced. I had Zip Lube do the work, cost? $23!!! Owner, Derek told me it was stainless steel and didn't need replaced just welded back in place. That was 4 years ago and it's still fine! Next: crank no start, had car towed to another shop(Zip Lube couldn't get me in soon enough unfortunately) cost $165 for a "restart". Next time it happened I had it towed to Zip Lube. Cost? FREE!!! Turns out I can do the "restart" myself. Zip Lube is the BEST! Only problem is because they're the best, they are busy and sometimes it's hard to get car worked on quickly.

Place is good people are great don't let the name fool you they do the job right and they do way more than just oil changes so if you have a tough job give them a call

Very helpful!!! We were on vacation and had a car issues. Because of the type of car problem they weren't able to help but even though they were booked they still looked at my car.
