Usually has what I need, prices are competitive, and close to my house which is a big plus. The only complaint I have is online ordering does not always work right but that won't keep me away.

This place was great. They installed a new battery in my daughters truck with no issue. Gville Napa lied to my daughter saying they didn t have the battery in stock just because they were lazy. At least the knob she seen. I had just talked to them and they said they had it in stock. Great Job Newton Falls Napa

This is the place to get your parts. They may not stock as much as the big chains, but Phil and his team are more knowledgeable than the kids at the chain stores. This is still like the auto part stores of my youth.

Every time I walk in here I feel like family, other places I just feel like a bother. Here is night and day different, any questions I have they do their very best to answer, most times they have to look it up online, but they do it.. I'm a forever customer and proud to say it! The parts are good for the price you pay, My truck will never see another car part outfit until it's scrapped, I wanna put the logo on my truck, with as many parts as are on it from there, not many parts left factory.

Best Auto parts in the business. I drive over 47,000 miles a year and I can say I've tried parts from o'Reilly's Autozone and advanced auto they do not hold up like a napa part. The staff in this store is super helpful in many ways and they know what they do well. 10/10 would highly recommend.
