TC was very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated his taking time to answer my questions and give advice for future car care on my behalf. He answers in a way that is easy to understand, using terms in plain English and gives details as well.My car had a issue that he and his mechanics had to ' think out of the box's to remedy. I am pleased with his service.

I had unusual noise plus other sounds went over my car checking everything finally figured it was bushings and rod on left rear tire. Hopefully that will cover all my noises lol. Thankyou for your time and determination

From the first phone call to picking up our newly fixed vehicle was a pleasant experience. This was our first visit so I was a little nervous. Right from the start I felt TC had our best interest at heart. He will greet you without judgement and answer all of your questions with knowledge and understanding. We needed some big repairs so that was important to us. The team did a thorough inspection of the van, then made the repairs we discussed. There was no pressure to do other things that should be addressed in the near future, however we won't hesitate to return to Autosmith for future services. I waited several days to submit this review, and our van is rolling very well! (We had rear bearings replaced.) Thank you TC and team!

This is my first time taking a vehicle to auto smith and it will not be my last. I was blown away by the inspection report I had sent to me by text and it was very detailed and thorough. T.C. is truly the all knowing car wizard. He sat and talked with me for extended periods of time about my car and tried to help me figure out what was best. He even was looking things up on his own time. Great experience, top tier professionalism, customer service is superior to the rest. Never been happier to hand over money. my car had been messed up for a while & nooone could get the alignment right atall. after burning thru a set of tires, i took it here, they got the alignment done and found the reasons for the bad alignment, my car drives great now. not to mention it only took 2 business days!

I had a flat tire and needed to have it fixed quickly (Prom night for my daughter!). AAA towed me there, and luckily they were able to patch it and send me on my way. He was very transparent with repairs and the possibility a patch may not work, but he was able to get the patch done. I highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

TC is the first honest mechanic that I have met in my life. Called a lot of places, he was the first one willing to replace the turbo on a Volvo. Final price was less than quoted ($300). My wife needed a car for 3 days of work, he gave her a loaner...for free (replace gas) impressed and found my mechanic.TC car runs great, thanks again, sorry it took so long, first time leaving a review and had to make sure the Volvo had over 2k miles. .Best car repair experience ever.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

We just moved to the area about a year ago and just found this place!!! This is now our go to place to bring our cars!!! TC and his crew are amazing! My Tahoe had an issue with no brakes. I am extremely fond of being able to stop. Replaced all the brake lines and fixed my windshield washers. Amazing job and great price! Will go nowhere else!@Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Very honest and truthful business. Took a look at my Pontiac g6 gxp and was able to confirm a spark plug issue. Even recommended exact spark plugs and ignition coil. TC, quite literally means Too Cool, or Turbo Charged. A Gentleman and a Scholar, this man has helped to keep my cool little Ford Ranger truck on the road for going on a quarter million miles now. Car mysteriously wouldn t start sometimes but would start on occasion. Spent months troubleshooting with no results, they figured out it was my ignition switch and had it fixed in a week. It only took that long because they had to order and wait for the part, the price was fair. TC is so professional and didn t try to talk to me like I was stupid just because I m a woman, which happen sometimes. Very pleased, I ll be back.
