Might want to ask them what they re going to charge you just to look at your vehicle.. they charged me $100 to tell me I had a blown motor. I guess I was spoiled dealing with upfront, honest mechanics where I m from. In the past if you re going to charge $100 to not fix someone s car, they usually ask you or tell you upfront. Hey, this might cost 100 bucks and if your car is scrap, you might not want to use our services. The worst part was when I asked the guy he got rude with me. And acted like he was going to keep my car. If I didn t pay, all I was trying to do was get him to be reasonable. He spent 15 minutes on my car.

I was very pleased with my service at Ross' Auto Repair in Newcomerstown. Dan knew right away what was wrong gave me a reasonable estimate and fixed the problem and took care of another matter for me. Live in CLE area. Vehicle died on I77. Had it towed here. I was a bit up a creek. Dan bailed me out with a lot of hard work finding a better deal on parts, great service and affordable work. These guys did great work and fixed my truck in a day. AC is blowing cold now and the price was right. Definitely will be a return customer.

We broke down at this exit and the staff was amazing. They got us in right away and fixed us quickly so we were back in the road in no time. The price was much better than expected. I was told that they treat all customers like they are neighbors, and I believe it. I would highly recommend this place.

Danny made a expensive unnecessary ac compressor repair ,and was unable to fix a head gasket. I was charge top price and he won't stand by his work! Better off going to a honest person and not a scam artist.

Had a caliper acting up two hours away from home. I pulled in to Ross auto repair and although they were swamped busy he took time out looked at it and realize it was an easy fix, drove to the part store got the part for me and got me out of there no time at all.
