I would and do highly recommend! straightforward, easy, no pressure environment. The customer service could not be any better. Danny and his crew down There are the real deal for sure.I have purchased two vehicles from them within the last year, and could not be anymore pleased!

Exceptional service and friendly people. Took care of my wife when she was stuck at work do to the key in her new car we got off lock 20 wouldn't work anymore.They came immediately took care of my wife with rental till they fixed the key. Very nice when I called bout car .

This place seems great at first then once we signed the papers no one will call us back. Said he was gonna fix wheelbearing it's been 7 weeks and counting! The lady is terriblely rude she acts like she doesn't have time to help.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! They voided our 2 year warranty the next day after purchase and kept lying about "what happened"!Was suppose to fix 8 different things on my vehicle and only fixed 3, when our warranty covered everything! They will get you with anything they can! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!

Danny McCauley is who we met with and he did everything he could to make sure we went home with a vehicle we were happy with, if your looking for a new vehicle lock 20 auto is the way to go!

Absolutely a great dealership, with even better service! Danny and his crew go waaay above to treat their customers like family. I ve been to the big dealerships and have never gotten the kind of service, attention to detail, and integrity I receive at Lock 20. They stand behind what they sell, and will do whatever it takes to make and keep their customers happy with their vehicle purchase. Absolutely the best/easiest car buying experience I ve ever had! Danny the GM helped us and we were in and out in less than a hour. He worked to get us exactly the deal we wanted! Would absolutely recommend Lock20!

Just went to buy my Nissan Rogue from the Dover lot. Let me tell you, Danny and Jeff were absolutely amazing people, made it easy, was able to answer all questions, and so very nice! I would definitely recommend checking them out if anyone is looking for a used vehicle. They don't cheat you!

UPDATE: THIS CAR HAD A 30 DAY WARRANTY. LIGHT CAME ON WITHIN 4 DAYS. IT'S FEBRUARY 19TH. IT STILL ISN'T FIXED AFTER BEING DOWN THERE A FEW TIMES.I just took my granddaughter to the Dover location to buy her first car. Jeff and Danny were both amazing to work with. Good price, good quality.

Of all times I had to buy a vehicle at Christmas time. Danny and Justin were so helpful. I had test drove cars elsewhere, but couldn't find anything I wanted. My so insisted that I come here. I immediately found what I wanted. Justin helped me to find it. I had arrived late in the day, and Justin stayed with me as late as he could. When he left, he left me in Danny's capable hands. Danny stayed with me past closing time in order to get the loan for me so that I would be able to take the car home with me that night. Danny also put a new battery in it for me because he wasn't sure that the one in it was good. I want to thank them for going above and beyond so that I would be able to go home that night with a reliable vehicle.

Danny did an amazing job getting me approved for a vehicle I was a bit concerned when I first came in but he walked me through everything step by step very friendly. I would recommend making an appointment tho they take walk ins but it can get a bit crowded but other then that they will be our go to place in the future if we need another vehicle.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Unlike every other dealership I went to they worked to get me into a vehicle I wanted not some vehicle they wanted to get rid of. Best car buying experience I ever had with a low credit history.

Danny at Lock 20 took amazing care of us. About 2 months after we purchased our car, a major repair was needed. He told us don't worry we are in this together. We were relieved & impressed. The repairs were made under very fair terms. Above and beyond. We will continue to deal there and recommend them to everyone.

I bought a Explorer Sport Trac and within 500 miles the dealership diagnosed an engine noise that required engine removal to fix the timing chains and guides that developed ony ride home from purchase.I would not recommend this dealer as they wouldn't help cover any of the diagnostic or repair bills that were 50% of the vehicle price. Find a more reputable dealership that will stand behind what they sell.Edit: It was most definitely this dealership. I came back to leave the review as I received an email from their newsletter and wanted to let other owners know the business they would deal with if they decide to purchase from here.

Highly recommend when shopping for a vehicle. No high pressure sales here. I checked out their inventory on their website before arriving. I was able to test drive, have the vehicle checked by a mechanic, and make an offer on the vehicle of MY choice. Danny and Tracey were very pleasant and easy to work with. The best car buying experience I have ever had.

Seamless transaction from start to finish!! We spent a total of 12 hours driving all over the state only to be disappointed time and time again. The 1 hour drive from our home to Lock 20 Auto was worth it!Fair pricing, incredibly fast and courteous! The vehicle we bought was BETTER than described! I absolutely recommend you check them out! I have bought three cars from this place. My credit was greatly improved by doing so. All of the cars have been good cars, and I'm currently driving the one I paid off last December. Not to mention my son just got a car from them, too. The engine light came on the next day and he was freaking out. He took it to AutoZone and found out it was because the gas cap needed tightening!

I bought a Nissan pathfinder se last Thursday and I am very happy with the vehicle. I just took it on a monster test run and drove over 1300 miles with it and I am impresse how the vehicle handle and the great fuel mileage I got out of it. But over all this was the best move I ever made. It was real is to finance and the staff was very understanding and helpful treated me like I was family. So I recommend that this is a wonderful place to get a car.
