Always get me in same day or next day. They almost always have the tire I need or get it in next day. I ve never had to wait. As soon as I show up to my appointment they always start on time. Excellent service and good tires.

0 stars is more like it. I told these guys that I wanted the alignment perfect because I didn't want any tire wear with my brand new tires, which I purchased from them at the same time. They told me the alignment was good to go. Both of my front tires are completely worn down nearly to the wires less than 500 miles after the alignment. Highway driving. I had it checked out by a mechanic, who said that it was 100% caused by a bad alignment. When I went back to the shop with my mechanic to bring the situation to their attention, they denied responsibility without even looking at the vehicle. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. A local told me that they used to be good and would stand by their work, but that has changed recently.UPDATE: Seeing the business reply, I needed to add this. I did take them the parts they claim were missing. They did not use them. I was told by them that the work was completed and that I was good to go. I never would have authorized an alignment that "might not work".. I was told the work was complete and good to go. And they sold me new tires which they installed on my vehicle after their alignment that I was told was complete and good to go. Now even in the reply there is zero accountability. I would not recommend stopping at this place even for free air for a flat tire.

Great family owned business. I have taken a few trucks with big heavy tires on them. They have a road force balancer which really helps to get these trucks riding great. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I come to Durbens tire anytime I need tires or even a tire very reasonable priced and great hometown friendly service other plus they get you in and back out on the road in no time.

Rick and Dusty have squeezed us into their schedule during emergencies, have provided purchased tires and service in the same week, and have offered recommendations that fit our budget and lifestyle... I called around to several tire shops and Durben offered the best tire for the lowest price. On top of that, they were lightning fast. I was back on the road in 13 minutes! Unbelievable! I am going out of my way to buy my tires from here, from now on.

It's a no frills, local tire shop. We have had tires balanced and mounted on rims and have been pleased with their work.

Asked them how much a valve stem was they told me $5.00 then when I went to get it done the charged me $15.00! Very rude people!
