100% recommend this place. I bought a lemon without realizing and brought it in for some repairs. They could have easily made tons of $ off of me but instead they told me the truth about the status of my car and how the repairs would likely not hold due to the condition of the car's frame. What I also deeply appreciate is that they also educated me on the issues, taking the time to explain things to me, patiently answering my questions. As a woman, this was invaluable to me. Jason and the rest of the crew are outstanding. I highly recommend them!

After Walmart refused to repair my tire or sell me a new tire I googled tire repair and don't Tire Choice Auto Service Center! They were helpful, kind, efficient, knowledgeable and charged less than Walmart would have! Thanks guys! It's much appreciated!

Tire Choice fit me in before the holiday weekend and gave me a great experience. I picked up a nail in my tire and was in a panic before my Christmas travels. They fit me in, had me in and out quickly, and were very friendly and accommodating. I won t forget their kind service and will be back for all my future tire needs.

James at Tire Choice Newark turned a bad morning into a great experience! Woke up to a flat tire and took it in with no appointment. I expected to have a long wait but it was plugged and back on the car in 15 minutes!! Also didn't charge me a dime! This experience has turned me into a very loyal customer and I couldn't be happier!! We had a screw in our tire and the tire was going down fast. It was on a Saturday around 3:30 in the afternoon. They got us fixed up before 5:30 when no other tire store would try to fit me in. It's so nice to have a business still provide great customer service. We have purchased several tires here since this store became Tire Choice. I can't recommend them enough.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only do they overcharge but they clearly don t know what they are doing. I went here to have a wheel bearing replaced and they told me I needed front control arms as well. In the process of repairing those they broke my cv joint (at the time I wasn t sure that s what it was). I took it back them because of the noise I was hearing that was only present after they fixed it and they told me it was due to a bad strut and wanted 900$ to repair it. They claimed the strut was bad prior to them working on my car although it was not listed on the initial inspection. After having it looked at somewhere else it wasn t my strut that was bad at all it was a cv joint which was taken off in the process of repairing the control arm. They could tell this by the amount of grease leakage covering all the parts which I m sure they saw when I went back the second time, if they even looked at it.

James Stokes was the person who took care of my dad and I. He has to make a long drive to take me home, but had a flat tire. James took us in last minute, was extremely friendly, and the tire was fixed quickly. We very much recommend visiting James and the team at TireChoice.

I find this place to be very honest. I generally like an understanding of why things need to be fixed or changed, and if it makes sense, I'll make the change. The person that's been helping me (who's name eludes me currently) every time I need my oil changed these last few months can probably go on at length pretty passionately about the subject matter of cars and its mechanics, and I enjoy that about the place. I have no such passion for cars, but I enjoy the conversations. I highly recommend this place for their knowledge and just their overall friendliness.

Service was extremely quick, I got tires put on 4 wheels and it was done in 2 hours. The staff were helpful with loading/unloading and great to deal with!

This place is awesome! I ve been here a couple times and they ve always been fantastic. Just took my Mini Cooper in today as a tire was losing air pressure. A nail was found in my tire and they patched it up in under 15 minutes and didn t charge me a penny!!! Shout out to Steven for this blessing, I highly recommend you all check them out for your car repair needs!! Thanks a lot guys much appreciated.

Would Highly Recommended Tire Choice Auto Service for all your tire needs. They fixed two flats for me at no charge and so I took my vehicle back a few months later for four new tires.

I don t live locally in Newark but after experiencing some tire issues on my way to work I called and was able to bring my car in right away the same morning and ended up having new tires ordered and replaced within a couple of days. Steven was helpful and very nice I would definitely return for any offered service!

Rude! Adding items to the car after we said not to. Upped prices. Beyound ridiculous. Also declined our card even though the website & shop say they take all payments. Also lost & broke parts we already paid for. Hardly answers phones.

This place was awesome! I m a 20 year old girl who know literally nothing besides basics about cars and was having an issue with my tire leaking. Had no idea what caused it but knew I needed a same day fix. I called and the guy let me know they could take care of it and he had a spot in 15 minutes. Within less than an hour they had taken care of my issue. They let me know I was having an issue with my tire bead leaking based off a manufacturing error. He sealed it with liquid rubber and filled my tires at no cost in return for an honest review! They also let me know if my tire pressure warning sensor didn t turn off I could come back after my class that day. I ve never heard of this place but I will be recommending it to everyone I know especially if you go to OSU Newark and need it done fast! These guys were able to get me out so fast that I wasn t even late to my next class.

I am absolutely amazed by Tire Choice! James assisted us and was SO incredibly friendly and helpful! They patched a hole in my tire and did it so fast and efficiently! They have great deals and I cannot recommend enough!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tire Choice for my tire needs, and I must say that their service and quality exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, my experience with them was exceptional.First and foremost, the staff at Tire Choice were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted by a knowledgeable team member who patiently listened to my requirements and helped me. Definitely recommend you guys to visit this store.

I don t post much and believe a 5 star rating should be rare. However, in this case I believe it is earned. I have been a customer at Tire Choice for sometime and every time it has been a positive experience. I buy my tires there and have gotten several nails and screws in those tires. Like most tire places it is free to repair BUT every time the fix has been fast. So fast, that I go to one of the restaurants next door and they are finished before I am done eating. I have used this place for the majority of my car care needs and the service has been stellar every time. I trust them, the price seems fair, they work fast as mentioned before, and are really friendly. I can t seem to think of a reason to deduct even one star.

Called into shop needing a tire fixed that had a nail in it. Was told full staff working, bring it in at 3:00pm. I did this and vehicle was fixed quickly, nail was given back. Driving home, could feel the difference in how my vehicle drove...so much better! Thanks to all the guys for getting my tire fixed quickly and professionally!

Thank you for the fabulous fast service. First off they are one of the only places in Newark open on Sunday. Last Sunday I was frantic because I found a screw in the tire and we had a busy schedule, Tire choice was able to quickly get me in and repair the tire. Our day was saved!!! I will definitely bringing in my other vehicle to get my tires replaced.

Thank you Steven and crew! Jason was so helpful and was awesome to deal with. The technician that did my alignment did an amazing job. He didn't rush he took his time and did it right. This is the nicest my truck has felt since I bought it. Thank you guys for all your help! Amazing service. Highly recommend and much appreciated!
