Very charming and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I even tipped him extra UNTIL I realized that he said that I was having a gas pump issue but it was my power that was being affected in the first place that I wanted fixed.. i asked for the warrenty for the pump and he says the place didnt give him one...sigh....lol..even as someone that doesn't work on cars I realized that sounded strange.I should've tried getting a new battery or checking my alt first, But I freaked out cause I just wanted my car lol. This could've been done to me by any other mechanic really...but I guess the lies are a bit better. Wish I would've been treated better honestly. I called and we talked about it, he seems to get pretty good reviews in a general sense so maybe my situation was situational but my hope is that another single mom doesn't get jipped because a mechanic believes she is dumb.

I ordered my 2018 Toyota 4Runner and took delivery when it had 3 miles on it. Now at just over 100,000 miles I decided to have the transmission serviced. Owning a business myself I have a very hectic schedule and Dave and Shuttys auto repair was more than accommodating of my schedule and even better, my 4runner shifts BETTER than when it was brand new and for a price that can't be beat.Not sure what more you could ask for. Top notch quality and customer service with a great price! He will have my business for anything I don't have the skills or time to deal with in my fleet.Service: Transmission

I went to Midas for a sound my car was making. They weren t able to diagnose it and said it was one of 2 things. I don t know much about cars. They told me to keep driving and come back when the sound was worse and they may be able to diagnose the issue. Midas had told me I needed 2 new tires. I had them replace the tires and it still made the sound. Instead of going back I called David. He drove my car around the block and immediately told me it was the wheel barring. He also told me that because they put the tires on when the wheel barring was messed up that it had tore up the new tire. David completely fixed me up, got me new tires, alignment, wheel barring and I was good as new. Extremely knowledgeable and fair. Can t recommend enough.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This fella is honest and fair with his prices. I never felt like he was tryin to tell me a bunch of stuff needed fixed when it didn't. He listened to my description and we went from there. My sister recommended him to me and she was right. Thank you Shutty's Auto!!
