I took my Newmar Motorhome to these Richardson to have the front windshield replace .They told me they work on motorhomes all the time. Worst install job ever ! Terrible work. I would never recommend.

I got my windshield replaced a few weeks ago and after leaving I noticed I heard the sound of air coming through when I drove down the highway. I called and they got me right in. Turns out something along where my windshield wipers were, was loose and they fixed it for free! They were very flexible and extremely kind when helping me find the issue. From the front desk to the technicians themselves, everyone is very nice and helpful! I will most definetely be back and will be telling all my friends to go see them!

Wonderful place to do business with. I just had them repair a window and screen and very happy with service and price. I highly recommend to anyone. The staff goes above and beyond.

Overall I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced. The only negative is it took all day from 8:30 to 4:30 to complete.I understand they were overbooked but I d still recommend them.

I needed an urgent window repair for an appraisal and Richardson Glass couldn't have been more helpful! I had an old farmhouse window with a shard of glass missing from the bottom pane. They were professional and responded with a quote and service the same day! The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Thank you again!!!

Richardsons staff was professional and friendly. The receptionist asked a gentleman to come up front and help us with a project. He was nice,friendly and explained how he was going to perform the job. It was a glass top for a table, my husband thought of to put together for me. I m so excited! Thank you! Thank you! The wheel of an old Chevy and the bottom is a Ford tractor axle housing!! I love repurposing!

Some loser broke my vintage Cadillac's side window at the grocery store. Unfortunately there is no new glass for this car so I had to locate one and travel to get it. Initially I had called Richardson to look for new glass. There was no new glass available but they said if I could locate one, they would install it. They got my car in quickly and did the job fast as well. The service in person and on the phone was friendly and professional. I have been using Richardson's for years now and always get professional and excellent service. They can get busy sometimes, but that is a good sign to me! BJ has come out several times and remembers my name and is super careful to clean up after the job so you can't even tell they had been there... except for the new glass of course!Keep up the good work. Love to support a local family business that cares.

Might want to control your drivers. On 161 at 4 pm on 1/29/2020, your driver was staying constant in the passing (left) lane when there were no vehicles around in the travel (right) lane. When I was forced to pass on the right, and made it know that he needs to be in the right lane, by pointing at his van and then the right lane, he decided that it was a good idea to show me how much he really doesn t care about who he is representing at that time, and flip me of continuously for about a minute. Fortunately for him, I value my freedom or would have pulled him over and caused him to be extremely late, and I still would have gotten home on time. Control your employees. Unless you really don t care.

This place sucks! Ordered window 3 weeks ago, they had to come to our residence to measure, they said it would take 10 days to two weeks. Called them today, talked to a cutesy, nasty, rude person, who informed me that they received it last Friday and that they would be calling me this week to set up a scheduling installation time. A week goes by and nobody calls and nothing happens, we call them AGAIN and now they inform us the the piece "has not been ordered" . Stay away from these people as they are not professional.Surprised they can stay in business with that kind of service and bad attitude.

Called to get a quote and told make model and year and that windshield does not need calibrated and she got all loud and then tried to be nice well u just cost the company a job. Very rude lady answering phone

Cheapest rates in town. I called everywhere and they were nearly half the price of competitors. They had me scheduled and auto window fixed the next day.
