Purchased a Car from Premiers friendly sales team, I had no complaints until my Title was delayed. I called after two weeks, and was told that I should have received it, and they would check to see what was going on. I received a call to let me know, That it was still in the process of being mailed. One more week went by, still no title, I called again, and was told they mailed it out on Thursday March 14th. This is March 21st and still no title. If this was the only car I had to drive, it would be a problem, regardless it's bad business, there's no excuse for taking this long.

I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

This was one of the best used car buying experiences that I have ever experienced. Ironically, once it had been determined that another dealership did not have anything to match our parameters, the salesman told us about Premier and we took a drive over there. They had a nice selection of used cars, and, most importantly, they had a nice Nissan Rogue-which was what I was hoping to find-with low mileage and priced right. Devon, the owner, and Bob, the salesman were low pressure and we felt very comfortable dealing with them. Five stars on every level! If you re in the market for a well-maintained, competitively priced used vehicle be sure to check them out before making a final decision.

I bought a car here for my daughter. Great customer service. We walked in, drove the car, she loved it, walked out with keys! They are honest, trust worthy people. I will return next time we need a car. 5 star!

TERRIBLE! Do not buy a car from this place. They told me if I wanted to have someone check a car over then I needed to put a $500 deposit down. I did and when the car was checked it had an awful oil leak so we did not get it. I was told I would get my money back 2 days later and it has now been weeks and still no money. I keep calling and they say 10 more days. They're very shady! Do not buy anything from them. They take your money and lie.

I came here after an exhaustive car search in Columbus. The service was fast, friendly, honest, and no pressure. I got a beautiful car at a great price. It was clean and you could tell he takes pride in what he does. Would come here again

They were definitely nice people, and willing to work on prices. They told us the car had been completely checked in an auto shop and was in perfect condition. But upon bringing it home we had issues and we quickly realized that they had misrepresented the vehicle's condition, and that everything was not checked properly. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't sell unless I spend more money to fix it because they wouldn't take it back. My advice is for them to get a better mechanic , or sell better quality cars :)

Dealt with Bob and Delvon. Needed a replacement car for my daughter going to college in Nashville. Bottom line: they both were very helpful, got a great price on a great Jeep Grand Cherokee! The 400 mile "test drive" was flawless and daughter fell in love with it immediately. Thanks for all your help guys. Best used car experience I've ever had (coming from someone who's sold cars for 13 yrs).

I purchased a car for my daughter (her first car) and we couldn't be happier.. Staff are friendly, polite, and most of all honest! I looked at maybe 50 cars for her and made the drive here and made our purchase. Small lot with nice selection, you won't believe the personal service you get.. I would buy here again, as matter of fact I will look here first and so should you.

I have yet to buy a car from here, but Bob has great vehicles for great prices. The lot is well layed out and for a dealership in Newark, Ohio, the place is very nice. Bob and his aide are both very kind and do a great job running the dealership! Completely reccomend!

Sold me a lemon, when contacting the warranty company they said I was not a customer. dealership gave me a number to a tow company then made a joke about selling me a lemon. Still have not received my title when bought in cash. Headache after headache. Had to go to the BMV to get my title after paying dealership for everything.

Very shady outfit. Do not recommend every buying from this company. We were told many repairs had been done to the car we purchased, and none had been done. My son works full time just to keep this car running. We are now on the 5th major breakdown in 2 months. DON'T BUY HERE!

Easy to get approved and polite to deal with. The bad part is i was sold a car with the oil filled with additives to cover up engine noise. Turned out to need a full timing job costing $1900. If they were honest about it I would have most likely still bought it as the price was right. Just be careful and check the fluids for additives based on color and velocity before buying.

They were upfront no haggling as they were priced right and still offered us the cash pricing versus the financed pricing! I'm thoroughly impressed as I work for another dealership! My place just didn't have the right truck for us so we made the trip and it was well worth it!!!

This car company is very shady. When I first purchased my new car they told me nothing was wrong with it. 2 weeks later all the cylinders misfired (600$ fix), 3 weeks later the breaks needed fixed (200$ fix). And 1 week later something fell out of the car as im typing this.

Update: My 18 year old grandson bought a car from here and in 2 weeks the car broke down. He first was told it was the timing belt. It ended up the motor was blown. It will be 4500.00 to fix it. He saved money to get this car and was so excited. Now he s making payments on a car that can t be driven. All his savings went into this car so he has no money to fix this car. Premier Motor will not do anything to help this boy. They can t say they didn t know the motor was ready to blow. My grandson was the one that Premier let buy this car that they probably knew the motor was ready to blow. Premier must of laugh all the way to bank.

Bought a 2014 Chevy equinox told me car was looked over like a lot of other on here week in I take it to the shop with timing issues and brakes needed replace 1300$ later I start losing oil every 1500 miles low or none to find out it has bad piston rings and motor can go when ever spent 2000$ down and still paying needs new motor is what tire choice is telling me may run for month may run for 2 years just wouldn t recommend this place just goto bigger dealer ships wont never give a smaller company my time and money again

I made a mistake and Posted an Issue with my Daughter Vehicle that turns out she purchase it at Platinm Motors 1352 Hebron Rd. Heath, Ohio.I made a post here and Delvon contacted me the very next day and to say the least took care of the issue Like a Honest Man.Not sure of the connection don't really care. But, Mind you I never heard a Peep from Alex or anyone for that matter from Platinum Motors LLC.We will let friends and family know of your Actions Delvon. Thanks,

My alternator went bad within the first week and Devon knew the part was bad. Had a hard time getting him to pay even half the cost.
