Took my catalytic converters in to be installed, agreed to an amount, later asked for me to add more to the payment. He said that it took longer than normal. So I agreed. They couldn't even get the converters off. Went in the next morning, they had not even taken the catalytic converters out of the box! I started it up, and it sounded terrible. Then, I take it to my usual dude, and these are pictures of their work. This is my exhaust pipe, not converters! I will update this if they refund money. UPDATE!!! Nothing. This is the type of response that you should expect if you come here. Terrible!

Stole my converter. Wont admit to it, commented on my post, saying ive never been there! I had to repost. This is a google review. why comment trying to say I've never been there? Can't take a bad review? Well i got done very badly and have witnesses They want my paperwork from a year and a half ago that says i got a timing belt replaced. I sold the car and gave the people the paperwork. 2002 dodge stratus silver. Argued with mechanic saying its a non interference engine. He said i dont know what im talking about and tried to say i needed a new engine. took car for timing belt/water pump and they called me up saying exhaust ran low emissions test, I told them to figure out what it was and call back, they call the next day for pickup, car was pretty loud. They cut off the cat converter and told me it didn't fix the problem; but kept my cat and straight piped the car. Told me I could look through their pile of converters if I wanted my cat back. The mechanic was a hothead with me so I unfortunately paid and got my car out of there before they could lay another finger on it for "emissions". However they did fix my timing belt and put a water pump on.

Devon and Shawn at Mighty Muffler are THE BEST! Highly recommend to everyone!! They go above and beyond and make sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving. Devon put a new muffler and exhaust on my son's explorer, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. His truck runs and sounds like a new vehicle. I can't say enough great things about his business. He fit me right in and got me right out. I wish I could leave a million stars instead of 5, Mighty Muffler is a top notch business that have me as a lifelong customer. I RECOMMEND Mighty Muffler to EVERYONE! Thanks again Devon & Shawn, Jake's truck sounds and runs great!!!

They got me a quote on how much it would be to swap my muffler out with one I had purchased already (I couldn t do the job as I didn t have the tools needed since the flange was rusted out). They gave me a quote price and we re friendly and professional about options on when they could do the job. The cost was in their previously quoted range and my vehicle is quieter than ever. I will definitely return if I need any work done on my vehicle that I cannot handle myself.Service: Exhaust

Stopped into Mighty Muffler today. They looked busy but was able to get me a responsible price on repairing my exhaust. I will update you on the quality of work tomorrow. So far so good great job guys.So I got the truck back today sounds amazing and didn't cost me anymore then they quoted. Very happy fellow. Great Service. They Did a fine job of removing my old exhaust system and installing a new one on my F150. The Price is unbeatable. They also got it done quickly and perfectly. I would come back here again if i needed exhaust work. One of the best in this area!

This muffler shop is a God send. I went to another place to start and I won't mention any names, but let's just say they pride themselves on having the cheapest prices "guaranteed" almost set up an appt for 2 days out. Figured I would shop around to be safe and not only did mighty muffler beat the competitors price by more than half, they were able to get me in and out that day. In less than an hour actually. Highly recommend to anyone with muffler/exhaust issues. Fast, friendly, fair. They have a lifetime customer out of me

Come here if you need work done. Friendly staff very relaxed. Good at what they do. They got my car in and done right and it was good pricing. Not overpriced like these other shops. Great place overall

Called and they took me in that day, even on the weekend. Had an issue with no crank no start. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Very good price for the quality work and customer service received. I recommend them!

They handled my extremely odd muffler replacement/repair rapidly and effectively at a fair price, and they were even able to get me in while between other jobs which prevented me from having to go without a muffler for another day!

This is not the actual street view of this business. Google refuses to remove it! The neighboring street shown is the correct street. The business pictured is on National Dr. and no longer looks like the photo. I am the owner of Mighty Muffler, I apologize for the mis-direction caused by this extreme lack of service from Google. Our facility is much larger and professional in appearance. Thank you for reading this review. I hope we can earn your trust as your automotive service professionals in the future.After contacting Google again, they are now working on making the appropiate changes.

I was there on short notice and they took me in I had too wait for awhile but well worth the wait friendly staff good prices best in town I'll be back there again I would recommend anyone too go there too get there car work on
