Excellent service I was helped right away even after showing up a little over 30 minutes late. The Midas staff was extremely helpful and was willing to explain things in an easy to understand manner. I have little to no car experience and I left actually understanding something for once. I d recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car service. Much appreciated and I will be coming back.

Like my 10th time coming here. Still great service. Glad Kyle is back. Best manager ever! Great place to come and get your vehicle serviced. Today got my oil change done and tire rotation! Scheduled online for same day service! Highly recommended!

This place has the best customer service. Always polite and very helpful every time I come in. I had a couple different issues with my tires and they fixed the issues fast for a very low cost. I highly recommend this place to everyone for their car service needs.

Great experience!! I went in for a standard oil change and rotation, and received a call to check if I wanted to do any other work. Communication was great, the price was very fair, and the manager Clint is a stand up guy. Will absolutely be coming back for regular service.

Friendly and informative staff, quick service. Close walking distance to multiple shops or somewhere to eat while you wait. They even have a quiet little grassy area on the side of the building my toddler enjoyed running around in. We will be back.

Out of town for work and Kyle, the store manager at Midas in Newark really helped out with a flat tire. They were able to fix the tire and got me on the road to make it on time for my next appointment. Quick service, and a great attitude from all the employees here.

I stopped by 2 local tire shops to have them pull a nail and patch a tire. Both said I would have to leave the vehicle there, and / or wait several hours.The new manager Quinn at Midas got me in immediately, patched the tire, and had me in & out in about 30 minutes. Additionally, he didn t even charge me for the service he provided. Hard to find that kind of service nowadays.

I was just at Midas getting a windshield wiper issue fixed. They figured out the problem in 5 minutes and gave me a generous discount. They were also very professional and informative. Thanks guys!!

Went to this location to get brake pads changed they told me I needed new brakes and rotors because they were warped. Tried to charge me almost $800. To get a second opinion, and to look for cheaper options found that you can get it done for half the price and in fact, I had 3/4 of my brake pads and my rotors were not warped. Didn t need any work done at all I would avoid this place at all cost, they will take you for your money and charge you to triple of what it should be! Do not go here! They should go out of business and deserve it

The manager I think his name is Kyle and his team of mechanics worked on my car and every step of the way explained the stuff in a way I could understand. My car drives so smooth now I will for sure be back thanks !!

My serpentine belt broke. Joe got me into the shop on short notice we had company from out of state and we're flying back to California the next day. Car was fixed in a couple of hours thank you Joe. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody who has a car repair great customer service

Fair, quick, and convenient. Manager goes out of his way to be fair and honest. We will come back again and again if he is in charge.Second post: 01/27/2024 grew up with old school mechanics. This is a National chain ? And I ve always been a bit skeptical. I know their overhead is probably higher and they need to cover expenses. What I enjoy the most about this place is letting them go into details( even if I technically don t understand) I enjoy learning about the second most expensive item I use daily. It helps me make better choices and that INFORMATION is priceless. I love that they take their time to explain things to customers, and even though there is work to be done they share their personal experiences with said cars, or cars in general, the materials they work with. The world needs more knowledge. The temporary or substituting manager I had yesterday was just as good of an experience as the one before! I saw a familiar face whom I seen for years enjoyed chatting with him about cars and I value his lengthy knowledge and experience. My dad was a mechanic but passed away long before I could really enjoy his knowledge and conversation so that made a small wait even so much more pleasant.

Updated: While the service manager did indeed attempt to fix the issue I had after the last front brake pad/rotor replacements that were installed incorrectly the first time, I am at a point of hopelessness because they stopped squealing for ONLY the first 3 days, and now they are grinding again plus making an extremely high-pitched squeal. It's been a few months and well enough miles, far enough for the ceramic "gold" line forever pads to be broken in and functioning properly....IF they were quality parts and put on correctly to begin with. It's much worse now than what it was when I first had them replaced. I question their safety and reliability. I am not local and have absolutely not had the time to make a 3rd trip back there to have them fixed yet again.Previously: Never had an issue bringing my vehicles here. Usually when they tell me "let's walk and talk" it's already something I expected; very rarely is it a surprise. Maybe once have I had that happen, over many years and many vehicles, and it was a new-to-me used vehicle I was still getting to know. I appreciate how they break down "needs immediate attention" verses "can wait." Most employees are personable, take the time to listen, and don't talk down to you, like you don't know anything about cars(some people really don't, but I've never witnessed them talking down to anyone in that case, either). Fair pricing helps, too, especially in these days of inflation. Everything to keep a vehicle running is no exception.

Polite, friendly, & helpful customer service; However, I was disappointed in my courtesy check. I knew by my report results that they didn't actually check everything & gave me no informative feedback on the small issues that it did have.

Was greeted amazingly by Kyle. Was able to do a walk-in appointment for me and only had to sit for a little over an hour for all the things I needed done.. Definitely recommend this place. I had a tire that had consistent low pressure. I put off fixing it for about a month. I called Midas on Friday and got an appointment same day at 3:30. I was 20 minutes early. They pulled the nail and got me on the road within 15 minutes. I stepped up to pay and was told it was free. Very nice people. I highly recommend!!

I drove in on a rapidly defying tire. Kyle and his team were able to work me in. They were very busy already, so it was a miracle they were were willing to add me on. Kyle was upfront about pricing and that it would take some time. They had me back on the road in less than 3 hours! Knowledgeable, efficient, quality work, and compassionate couldn t ask for more. I already have another appointment for regular maintenance.Service: Tires
