Where do I begin? The parking lot was clean, I coasted in yesterday with a dead battery and I asked for battery and alternator testing and the man who responded, said he would do it even though he was already 5 minutes overdue to go home. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but props to you for being a dedicated worker and genuinely wanting to help! Thank you!!! So after got the tools, he pulled my dead battery out to put it on a charger so I could make it back home.As it was charging, I decided to ask Anthony, one of other men working, if he could point me in the right direction to the batteries, he did and was helpful, but I soon realized I had no idea what exactly I needed. So I went back to the front desk to ask for assistance in determining what I needed and this time I was helped immensely by the Assistant manager, Brian. He was so so helpful, and incredibly patient. I wanted to buy something that would help me if I was stranded with a dead battery and he explained to me how a battery charger works and what setup it was designed for, and what it couldn't do(holding a charge not plugged in to a wall outlet), in fact, I needed a jump starter that could hold a charge so I could jump start my car if I was in the parking lot at work or heaven forbid, alongside the road. Brian was very patient with me while I asked numerous questions and he explained things in a way I could understand without talking down to me, which I really really appreciated, and he was respectful and professional to someone who didn't have a clue. Not only did he open the box of the one that fit within my price range, he also read through the owners manual for first time use instructions and made sure I knew how to hook everything up, just in case I didn't make it home on just my battery being charged. I left the store having made a great purchase, and having peace of mind for the return drive home. I definitely, highly recommend this store over other auto parts stores bc they had such excellent and friendly service and they were busy with several other customers that they helped, yet they didn't seem inconvenienced at all by me being there for about an hour, and took turns answering the phones and assisting everyone.GREAT JOB!! This store manager (Sam) is extremely professional and takes care of his customers, going above & beyond to make sure a mistake was made right & followed up unexpectedly, which is extraordinary. Highly recommend dealing with this store for all your auto part needs and many thanks to Sam and his team, I appreciate the professionalism and kindness, more than I can ever say.

Love the free diagnostic service Auto Zone offers. I have been having trouble with my car for the past week. In less than 5 minutes, the friendly helpful staff helped me figure out what's wrong with my car.(Now to actually purchase the part and figure out how to switch them out right quick. )

My headlight (on the driver side) went out. I took it to Autozone just to see how complicated the issue might be.Brian was at the store. He went out with me to take a look at it. As he was trying to lift the hood, the latch was not cooperating. I told him that people have always had problems when attemting to open my car's hood. After quite a few attempts he got it opened. He pulled out the dead bulb and suggested the best bulps for my situation. After replacing the bulps, he also looked at the latch of my hood and fixed it so the latch won't get stuck and the hood opens quite easily now. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate his help and that it is such great customer service. He did not have to put the bulps in and surely did not have to fix the latch . He just cares!

I want to send a TON of gratitude to Brian. He made my experience professional and personable at the same time. His customer service was above anything that I could have asked for or expected. I went there after having went to Advance auto parts and sold the wrong parts. The fuel and air filters that came up that fit my truck were not what was on my truck.The guy who took care of me went out to my truck, got underneath it, looked at the fuel filter and then removed the air filter to find the right size. He found the parts that I needed and proceeded to install my new air filter after cleaning a bunch of nasty stuff out. All this in 20 min.I appreciated so much him taking the time to actually look at what was on my truck and find what I needed without a part #! He did way more than most would have, and both parts cost the same as just the fuel filter at Advance. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was having starting problems so I went to get battery tested they also tested my alternator and all was good he said. He told me he would never try to sell someone a battery or alternator as long as they read as good as mine did. I was very happy with them. Turned out to be my starter. After my son checked it out.

I went in and ordered parts for my truck Thursday and was expecting to pick them up next week. To my surprise I get a phone call today...Friday...saying that they are in. Customer service was and is fantastic. Alex does a great job! Friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this store for my auto needs.

Best place to go if you're having trouble with your battery! Jim P. was incredibly nice and helpful. Not only did he test the charge of the battery, he cleaned it and provided helpful tips on how to keep my car running smoothly! This guy deserves a raise!

Yesterday I went into Auto Zone in Newark OH. The store was impressively clean. Zack T. was AMAZING! He checked my battery, sold me my new battery and installed it. He was super friendly, professional and respectful. There should be more Zack T. s in this life. Highly recommend AutoZone for all my car s needs. Thank you for my making my experience buying a car battery a pleasant one!

I bought break pads there a few years ago with a lifetime warranty. The breaks went bad so I went and got replacement pads. When I put them on one pad was cracked but had to put them on so I have breaks. I went back to the store a few days later to buy replacement pads so I could bring back the bad ones that I just bought. The manager ( I believe his name is John, an older man) told me that I don't have any on file. What? I just bought them plus the ones that I bought a few years ago. So there should be two sets on their computer. He told me that I couldn't bring back the bad ones that I just bought. I told him that was bull with all the money that I spend there. I'm on SSI so no I don't spend thousands but for the little that I make I spend a lot. Plus I work on other people's vehicles and get parts there. So when I said it was bull with the money I spend there the manager very rudely say I hear that all the time. Well stop screwing your customers over. I thought lifetime warranty meant lifetime. The manager was just so disrespectful to me from that point on. But I had to buy the breaks so I had to deal with it. From now on I will be using advance auto parts unless it is something that I bought that is under warranty. And if they won't honor that warranty I will go buy that part at advance. Very very unhappy to be treated this way by a manager.

Most of the time these guys know exactly what I'm talking about and give me good advice how to fix things. And sometimes have made me aware of easier ways to fix things. This is my go-to store for auto parts. Unless of course I need an original part from the dealership

Everytime I go get a part from parts counter it is not the right part at least the last 4xs. Because of them giving me wrong part it ended up costing me a lot more money. They never apologized just exchanged for the right part. I had to go four times because I had to return something of course. One time they gave me 10% off whoopee. I swear good customer service is hard to find! I won't be going here again anytime soon!!

The customer service really good. They are nice and very helpful. I just wish they had higher quality parts. When it comes to discount parts you need in a hurry, they're hard to beat.

Coil pack was faulty after 2 weeks, but was able to exchange for new one at closer store. New part is working great.

Went in early. 5 employees standing around talking. Not a single one greets me. I go look for my parts and can't find them so I start back toward the group and they scatter like a group of fish. I just walked out and went across the street to the other parts store and was treated great there. If you don't like your job find something else. It's so much easier to get parts online and avoid being treated like this.

Wonderful service. Was busy when I arrived this morning. The gentleman there helped me that our car battery and then went on to help me replace it. It was a little difficult to get to the battery but he was super patient and helpful. Will go back again.

I was with my nephew at this location to get a battery for his car. They even came out and installed it. He old have done it but it was free for them to hook it up. Staff was super friendly and eager to help. I would highly recommend this location.

Guy at the register (who claims to have been the manger) was extremely rude to my boyfriend and his friend. Cussed at him, copped an attitude, etc simply because my boyfriend was trying to warranty out a part.I called to complain and got told to "watch my mouth". Currently on the phone with corporate so this jackass loses his job. I can only hope!
