I just bought a Dodge caliber 2010, and if you let them know something isn't right, they'll get it in and fix it, this is my 2nd caliber from this car lot.

My granddaughter got a car there. She was needing a good car to get her 2 boys that goes to children's. She has had nothing but trouble. Something is leaking from underneath it shakes real bad pulling to the side when I go the spend of 60mph. She called them and told her couldn't get it in until the end of November. She has 2 small children in it alot which is my great grandsons who I don't want hurt being in an unsafe vehicle. They need to make it right with her. I would think long and hard before buying from them .

Extremely kind owner and very veteran friendly. Thank you so much for the assistance sir. Made a horrible morning decent by showing some humanity when I needed it. I'll drive 40 mins to come here. Worth it.

My husband purchased a Lexus RX300 from Allstar in winter 2021. Front office staff was always very friendly, no complaints for them. Only reason they are getting 2 stars.When we purchased the vehicle, it originally had a 30 day warranty for the engine and transmission - should have been our warning sign that there was something wrong that they weren't sharing, but that was our mistake and we bought it(during our test drive everything sounded fine). Next day we took it to our mechanic for an inspection - 2nd mistake as we should have had it inspected before purchase, but nevermind the fact the vehicle barely had 1/8 of a tank so we couldn't have taken it if we wanted to(after we bought it we had to go straight to the gas station due to them not being bother to make sure there was gas in it for a test drive).While we were at the mechanics for the inspection, it was brought to our attention that there was a transmission leak. We had quite an ordeal with Jon trying to get him to properly fix the leak before the warranty expired... there was quite a bit of stalling, and even had the audacity to say that the vehicle was safe enough for his daughter to drive and that the leak was not a big deal - I'm not the most knowledgeable with cars, but even i know that a leak in the transmission is NOT good, and not safe(let alone safe enough for your child to drive). I will give him this, he was kind enough to extend our warranty for the transmission to 6 months. We never went through with having Jon fix the leak due to our ordeal.Shortly after we decided to just deal with the transmission ourselves, we noticed the vehicle was burning oil too fast. Upon further investigation(husband is knowledgeable with cars), we discovered that the engine is bad and will need replaced as well.We paid over $6,000 for this car and with all the engine and transmission problems, barely worth a grand now and not able to be driven much until we can afford to fix the leak and replace the engine.I understand that as a buy here/pay here, you get what you get. But I think it is safe to assume Allstar knew how bad of shape the vehicle was in and omitted a lot of crucial information, as well as overpriced that car for a couple of shmucks like us who didn't know better at the time. If you are looking for an honest and professional establishment, this is not the place to go.

I took my old Honda CRV in to have the valves adjusted and in the process they jumped the timing. They didn't tell me that this happened just let me find out for myself from the load tapping sound that the car now makes. They are not doing anything to make it right. They should have at least given me my money back. So now I'm $200 bucks poorer and have a car that runs worse than it did when I took it in. Not a happy customer. This is unusual because every other interaction we have had with John and Randi have been positive. I look forward to hopefully modify my review after Allstar contacts me.

John the owner of All-star motors sold a dangerous unreliable vehicle to my young niece that has four ill children. They have to make multiple trips to children's hospital and she was told this was the vehicle for her. It has been sitting back on his lot since the third day because the motor is bad and he is refusing to make it right and exchange the vehicle or to repair it. Do Not Deal with these heartless people.

I have bought 2 cars at all star. John is very fair and helpful. My car I m driving now has needed a couple repairs and they took care of everything for me. If I have a question all I have to do is ask. I highly recommend All Star!

Bought a great 2005 chrysler town and country at a great price. Owner is very understanding about hard times as long as communication is involved I'd buy another car from him. Great customer service from john randi and the technicians

Very dissatisfied, the owner was very rude and talked down to me, without having all the information needed to finance me, he assumed I wouldn't be able to get financed. He instead offered to sell me a car that looked like it wouldn't last me a week, and says he would have his daughter drive it (highly unlikely) he said "I know it looks like crap, but look what you are driving now." I do have the capability of being financed, but he didn't ask or even bother to ask the right questions. So I will take my business somewhere else.

I'm buying a 2nd car from them I like them so much. The staff is amazing, and very friendly. Just remember all you car buyers, your buying a used car. It's not their job to make it brand new again.
