Tried to get us to buy more expensive tires. Said they smelled a gas leak so they wouldn't install tires. Took it to another mechanic and they said there was no gas leak. Bought tires from other company.

So I'm standing there waiting my turn the lady in front of me leaves the guy behind the counter says just a minute sir goes into the warehouse comes outside after a little bit Walks Behind the Counter tells me hold on a second sir grabs papers separates them put them together Staples them all the while I'm standing there. While he's still stapling the papers A co-worker walks up to him and starts talking. As I stand there still waiting to be waited on. Did not even ask me what he could help me with even though he could talk to a fellow worker. So I continued standing there for a little bit he's still the not acknowledge me or say what can I help you with sir. So I had to just walk away before I blew up on him.

Got 4 brand new tires through them and they sold a lifetime balance and didn t bother to balance any of them. As soon as it hit the highway it was shaking hard, had to take it to a real shop to get them balancedService: TiresService: Tires

Great service very friendly and helpful service manger and mechanic.I was on a 1200 Mike trip at night with my two daughters when we had a tire going flat. I was able to search and find this Walmart, called them and the stayed open until I arrived. Promptly took care of my issue and had me back on the road in under an hour !!This is they type of service and kindness I wish was the norm and not the exception In today's big box world, I only wish I could remember the Service Tech and Managers names.Thank you !

By far the worst customer service experience ever. Had appointment set up to for specific time to replace 2 tires, showed up and they claimed I wasn t in the system. I had called two days prior and set up an appointment. They said they would try to get to it right away but when I came back to check and see what was going on an hour later, expecting it would be done or at least close they had not even started on it. When they finally finished almost 2 hrs later they never put my spare tire back on my vehicle, luckily I m competent enough to check that sort of thing before I leave. Unlike the mechanics and customer service people that work there. Messed up my whole day . Definitely the last time I ll go there.Service: Tires

Called ahead . Was told to come on in. No problem. Needed 1 tire mounted . Not even on the car. Arrived and was told ( 3 hours before closing ) they couldn't take anymore business. Even though I was told to come on in.

Online hours say 7 to 7. Door sign says 8 to 6. And a make shift sign on window say 10am to 6. Got there at 7 to get 4 new tires.. rediculous. Im not comin back at 10. Ill find a different place for my business.

They are NEVER done in a timely manner. Took 5 hours for an oil change once when we were told 1 1/2 tops. Then today I needed two tires quick! I was the first person here at 7 am I was told 1/2 hour and its been 1 1/2 hour. Four cars in the garage while only two people working. Good work and nice people but they need to work on their estimated time and get more employees.

I had stopped using this automotive center due to multiple bad experiences in the past. Today I was forced to use them because no other place in town had the tires I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. They had the front tires installed within 45 minutes. They also replace the valve stem on one of the other tires because it was leaking at no charge. I will definitely use them again in future. Glad to see they turned things around.

I went in to get two tires after being quoted that they had tires in stock. I arrived at 6:30 pm and was told that the tire and service center was closed.I told the attendant that the sign read 7am - 7 pm and if they closed early that their store hours needed to reflect the change.She said that the guys wanted to go home and after waiting a moment she went and got one of the service techs. He told me that they were all booked up for today and I wouldn't be able to get in to get my tires.I then asked if I had to have an appointment and he said that it was first come first serve.I was then told that they didn't even have the tires I needed even though I had been quoted for the tires a week earlier. They said that a truck came in on Friday but the stock hadn't been added to the shelves yet.The last time that I checked if you say that you are booked up that means that you have to set an appointment to have your vehicle serviced.The last time that I checked if your store hours are 7am to 7pm and you are paid to work up till 7 pm then that is what you work.Store hours aren't at the convenience of the worker the store hours are set for the convenience of the customer.And Trump says that he has added millions of jobs.From the looks of things companies are losing jobs because of Trump.

I was able to get my flat tire repaired for only $10.00. However, the wait time was long. The first time I went to Walmart, the wait time was 3 to 4 hours. I went home and came back after 3 hours and the wait time was only an hour. They prepared a service order and my tire was was repaired within an hour. Because I was only getting a repair and not buying tires, I was not able to schedule a time to get my tire repaired.

Problem with a battery I bought there. Handled quickly and professionally. Reasonably priced and convenient light mechanical - tires, lube and oil, etc..

If you want to wait 4 hours to get 1 tire changed then this is the place for you!!! The cashier ladies obviously thinks opening a bag of peanuts Is more important then the 3 customers waiting to be seen. The male attendant barely talks just mumbles yeah and stares off into space. Seriously unbelievable how crappy the place is.

Well ordered set of tires made appointment to install. Then they installed wrong set then had to install the right set. Nothing to apologize for wasting my day off sitting here waiting on incompetents. Not doing this again lots my business.

Called to see how long the wait time is, the day prior I called and got an estimate of 3 hours. No big deal I told them I d call the next day and see how long. So I called and the lady on the phone tried to chew me out saying we don t give out wait times over the phone. When I explained to her that it was her manager that gave me an estimate the day prior she said and I quote, well he s horrible at his job and not allowed to do the majority of the things he does. Horrible customer service will not visit this location again.

Arrived at 9:50 for an oil change and tire rotaion; after 2 hours I enquired at the desk how much longer.They haven't even did the tire rotation, needless to say I retrieved my vehicle and left angry.

It was lousy they were supposed to be open at noon and it was 2:00 when we got there and they were closed I really needed to get my oil changed and I had just bought tires not too long ago and I already have a wobble on it.

Our cars tire popped while on a long trip. We were stuck here over nights waiting on them to open. We waited an hour for them to take our info and while waiting on them they took someone elses car so it will be another hour.

A little Heck tic and need a number or ticket system for Organizing the next in line!!!...besides that the Workers was very helpful and Knowledgeable when I ALMOST Bought the wrong tires for my Vehicle....Thank You!!!

We were traveling to Florida and had an emergency flat tire in the highway... the staff took care of it momentarily ... very helpful and within 40 min we hit the road again....
