My car threw a code this morning regarding traction control and AWD and ABS took it to Tire Choice in New Philadelphia. They scanned the code said needed a new driver's side front speed sensor. So they ordered the part after about hour they pulled out to test. Car was in Lag mode only allowing to drive 4mph, after almost 3 hours they claimed the part was fixed I just needed to get to a dealer to drop the code so it could get put out of lag mode. I had to then pay 138 dollars to tow my car to the dealership. I get there and was told it wasn't the sensor but wheel bearing piece that connected to the sensor magnet. So the service manager calls tire choice tells them about what they found tire choice acknowledges the problem and says get it here and they would take care of it after speaking to the dealership service manager. I go back over there after they disable the sensor and the lady tell me that they scanned it for free which i never was told that was free or not, then tells me they would take of the new part put old one back on and still charge me additional 224 dollars to cover the bearing after they told the service manager they would fix the problem and also that i was told to bring it immediately and when i get there she says its at least gonna be 3 hours before they can get to it. While on speaker phone with the service manager from dealership completely changes what was told to him that they would immediately take care of it. So after misdiagnosing the problem and speaking to the dealership they did not take responsibilty for their mess up or fix without charging me more

Took my SUV to the Tire Choice in New Philadelphia to get my front bearings replaced. Upon inspection I was advised that I should also replace my brakes and rotors. I agreed to this as well. The vehicle was not completed by the end of the first day so I agreed to let them keep it overnight and pick it up the next day. I picked it up on the second day and it was making metal on metal noises as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. I turned around and drove straight back. I was told by the workers that an employee had messed up the job and that they need to keep it another night to fix it. The next day I picked it up and the car was driving smoothly but every warning light on the dashboard was illuminated and the speedometer does not work. I called up to Tire Choice and the worker stated they couldn't fix that and I will have to take it to a Ford dealer. I told her it worked perfectly before I got there and they stated that something probably needed to be reprogramed with the computer due to the work that they did. This is unacceptable. I am now going to have to pay additional money to fix a problem that Tire Choice caused. If I was told this ahead of time I would have taken the vehicle to Ford in the first place. I will never take another vehicle to Tire Choice and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

First of all i took my jeep wrangler in to have new tires,well they stripped to studs one on the front the other the rear..so i take my dodge challenger in this past Tues march 2 2024 to have 2 tires put on the front and they stripped another stud and the lugnut !! The receptionist told me there was nothing they could do about it ! She handed me my stripped out lugnut! Never will i go back $680 on 2 tires and i get that treatment!!

We have always had fantastic service here. They quickly and efficiently get our car looked at and fixed. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Brought my new vehicle in for an oil change. The tech broke my windshield wash hose, and left oil all over my car. Assistant manager refuses to take responsibility and fix it. Then wouldn't let me in my own vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend to anybody.

Services they advertised after getting there was told were not available for me and my vehicleI asked about particular services being done and they said they do that automatically after agreeing to let them service my vehicle they told me there was certain services I d ask about that they cannot perform and it s still cost me almost $150 to get a generic oil change I will never be back

Went in for a tire balance check. Fixed me up and did not charge me because I had a warranty. Got me in and out pretty quickly.

I was from out of state and picked up screw in my tire. I called tire choice and Julette saved the day. She recommended a tow company, dropped me at a hotel as Uber kept canceling and had the tire fixed by 9:15 next morning and had one of her guys pick me up.A HUGE Thank you to this Tire Choice!!!

The offered free maintenance check isn t often completed, and if so customers don t receive the checklist, so you have no idea what the status of your tires, brakes, wipers, etc are in

Dishonest and manipulative for a quick buck.I recently had an oil change here and knew they did an inspection on the vehicle alongside it. My car had been making an odd noise coming from the tires and I knew it wasn t good. When they called me after the inspection they told me I was on the verge of my struts going out.I spoke with a couple of mechanically inclined friends and asked if struts lined up with the issue I d been having and they said not really that it was likely my wheel bearings. Knowing that was more important than struts with a little life in them I declined the service (that I believe was quoted to me at 900-1000, the numbers are a little fuzzy as I was also being sold tires).I had my car taken to another mechanic today they informed me there is nothing wrong with the struts that they look great and unfortunately places like this will try and sell you things like that because they re expensive.I had to tell him no 3 times before he would stop trying to sell them to me for something that doesn t even need done. I m furious and so frustrated with the dishonesty and manipulative tactics used by this business.

You'd think a $130 alignment would include your steering wheel being straight but here we are. Their tire mount and balance seems fine but, If you need an alignment I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Don t know a ton about cars, but the guy at the front desk (I think Ash) waited late for me to pick up my car after new brake pads.Was serving in Canton so couldn t pick it up and felt super bad, but he called 3 times that night and clearly cared about getting me good service.Whoever is manager of this place, you got a good one in Ash, make sure he sticks around.

Gave me a price of 115$ per tire over the phone. When I arrive for my appointment the price for all 4 tires became 666$. Attempted to charge me 30$ per tire for mount and balance. This is the first place I've heard that charges for mount/balance when buying 4 new tires. Attempted to charge me a road tax that they are responsible for paying. Attempted to charge me for 4 tires disposal when I clearly stated I was keeping 2. I'd check your bill if you've been there. They're charging a tax to the customer that they're responsible for.

Called at 4:30 pm and had 4 tires off vehicle that needed dismounted and 4 new tires that I brought that needed mounted. They said If I could get there before 5 then we could get it done. Employees were super friendly. But when they took tires off they didn't clean off the rim for seating the tire. They also didn't replace the valve stem which is standard practice. Then they didn't add bead lock. The guy also didn't know what the dots meant on the tires so they were super unbalanced and needed extra weights added. Then they charged me like 116 bucks. Will never go back. But as I said the employees were super friendly.

Please guys and gals don't ever take your car here!! Went in for an estimate and they handed me a bill for over $750 to change two lower control arms and do a front end alignment. When I questioned why the alignment alone was $130. They guy behind the counter says "well, the price of everything has gone up." I understand we are dealing with inflation but let's be real here for a second. I called a local guy who's been doing it for decades and he only charges 64.05. Are we still talking inflation issues or is this just greed? Thanks...but no thanks tire choice. You really don't care about your customers.

Called Friday they said they could do oil change Monday would take about an hour. I was there from 7:45 to 11:30. They had a limited amount of guys working, one sat on his phone most of the time.

Ashley and mechanic staff go above and beyond. They are thorough with their work and explain any issues with vehicles. They are honest and dependable. I've bought tires, and had my vehicle serviced there. I won't go anywhere else. I only let my father and Tire Choice touch my vehicle. They are also very customer oriented and friendly. They give plenty of options to work with your schedule.

I personally referred my boss to let me take my work van there.They get you in asap or work with your schedule.I also try to refer customers to be towed there. i also workfor Finlaysons Towing in Bolivar . We bring good amount of carsthere. All the guys working there are nice

Read and heed! Do not use this place. They're overpriced and will damage your vehicle. I went in for shocks and struts, My vehicle has not driven right since then. Took it to another mechanic for an unrelated issue and they showed me damage to my vehicle done by this place. They didn't even fasten my muffler back up. When I tried to get them to fix the issue they told me they couldn't cuz I took it to another mechanic for an unrelated issue. I also had to wait 3 days for them to do work that I prepaid for. They will also adjust your miles on the receipt so your warranty runs out quicker. Most dishonest garage in town.

Ash was very helpful and honest about the issues my car was having. Thankful he was able to get me approved for an easy pay solution so I was able to have everything completed at the same time.I would definitely recommend Tire Choice!

I went to get my water valve replaced here and it cost me $400. I then traveled to South Carolina for the summer and on my drive a bunch of different lights started to come on in my car. I ignored them for awhile because when I left, Monroe said they checked everything in the car and it was in good condition. I finally went and got it serviced at a Toyota dealership and my pump was not bled properly. This repair cost me $300. The mechanic who worked on my car asked if I was the one who worked on it last because it was done so poorly. None of the problems would have occurred in my car if it was bled properly by the mechanics at Monroe. I tried to get some of my money back but they said since I got it serviced at Toyota that was not possible. This baffled me since they were the ones who caused the problems in my car. Very disappointed in this shop and their customer service. Definitely DO NOT get your hybrids serviced here, they don t seem to know how to work on them correctly

Been here a few times, oil changes always go well. Got a quote for a serpentine belt to be fixed. They tried to charge us $80 for a $20 belt. We called later in the week, asking if they could lower the price on the belt. We would pay the labor without a problem. Shaun said he could get the belt down to $45 dollars. So after tax we would have to pay $130. Well the day comes to get the car fixed, my husband went to give the keys. It took him a while to find our name because it was misspelled,which was fine. So he finally found the right name and read to my husband the quote that Shaun gave us. The assistant manager/manager (not quite sure which one she is), saw what he quoted us and said no. It would be $157. My husband said it's not right you're trying to charge me $80 for a $20 part. Needless to say, we will not be back. I hate to be this person, but Ashley is not a very good manager. She saw the quote and still went and tried to charge us more than what we were quoted by Shaun. I understand maybe you wanted to make more profit,but if your employee quotes someone a price, you should honor it. The way to keep loyal customers is by working with them. We were also going to have brakes done by them, but again, we're going elsewhere.
