Today I picked up my personal 4th but 5th family purchase from Shook. Very satisfied repeat customer. Thanks to their assistanc my family was able to build credit with their in house finance option on selected vehicles. I will always check their lot first when searching and always recommend to folks looking. Even though I get annoyed at the long painful paperwork process & give them a hard time they know I'm leaving with a smile. Thanks everyone.

This facility was excellent in every way. Staff was friendly and guided me through the purchase of automobile. Tires were worn and they put new on and it needed better detail to interior had that done. I can only say good things about the the place and Dakota the salesman. If you are looking for a nice used automobile check them out

This marks the third vehicle me and my family have gotten from shook. They're always incredibly friendly and our salesman Dakota went above and beyond to help me out. I've you go in to look around ask for him, hell even if you just call in ask for Dakota!

They sold my friend a car and the frame was rusted out and they didn't take it back I didn't think they could sell cars like that I won't go there

Brian was absolutely amazing to work with, he did literally everything he could to get me in the vehicle I actually wanted instead of just trying to get me to buy anything like some dealerships do. They had an amazing variety of vehicles and I fell in love with the ford edge even before I seen it in person, it was super clean too. The entire staff was extremely friendly and just simply amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Shook Auto to any and everyone trying to buy a vehicle.

I won't go anywhere else to purchase a used vehicle. I didnt always have the best credit and they helped with that first go round..I purchased a beater with cash and it lasted 5 yrs...now I've had to purchase a newer car and they helped me get a loan that I could afford...The Shook team will do what ever they can to help you get a decent vehicle that is affordable.

We had the most amazing week this week.Not to blow our horn but to the outstanding team work of Shook auto group New Phili The obstacles were enormous Turn Downs Then Dead Batteries but Amazingly Awesome Finish Delivery 2 Days early I will add. Moral If you haven t already visited Shook Cars I wholeheartedly recommend You Look at The Team There RRW Newcomerstown
