I had a great experience with this towing service tonight. They were fast, courteous and fair. I truly enjoyed my conversation with the driver who brought me all the way home to my mechanic. I highly recommend this company!

You make a fortune towing in this town and have for many generations and you repay all the families that have used your services by crossing a picket line. What a disgrace. It s rich people like you that ruin it for the blue collar guys. You ll step on anyone for a dime. You would get more support and more work if you had a spine and supported your local union workers.

Picket line crossing scabs.Edit: Why do you keep saying you didn't cross a strike line? I saw you do it from 15 feet away. If you're going to be a scab, at least have the integrity to own it! It's almost like you're lying about it or ashamed.No union families should ever do business with you.

Highly recommend. Customer service here is great. They are willing to work with you with time on getting a tow. Everything was on time and every time I called, someone answered on the first ring. Thank you all so much!

We had a machine get stuck at a property near beach city, and weren't sure who to call. We ended up speaking with a gentleman named Alex. Not only did he take the call, but he was the one out on site. He had to call in a larger rig, but Alex had our 35,000lbs lift out in no time! Will use them again if we ever happen to run into a situation in there service area. Alex and the other driver appeared to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding hook points and the most efficient way to get our lift out. Got my semi-truck stuck. Was able to get out myself prior to their arrival. I called back 22 minutes after initially speaking with the company. This was about 16 minutes after hanging up the phone with them and giving my location as the first call lasted about 6 minutes. They had to be barely underway to me and still charged $260 and would not budge to $200. Not pleased.Service: Special vehicle towing

I wish I could give less than one star. The driver was snarky when I had a question, he misquoted me a price, and the man at the counter was rude. In a nutshell: they are expensive, lack any understanding or empathy, and have 0 patience to help someone who had never used a towing company before.Although I didn't end up needing them, T County Towing was more affordable and they listened to me.Obviously the city called them for this particular job but now I know I will not be using them for my own towing jobs and will not be recommending them to others.

My car got impounded over something stupid, and on a Friday just like this other person who wrote a review, which means I'll be charged extra for storage fees over the weekend too. The police and Rosenberry must plan this every Friday and make good money by screwing over people.This happened to me right after paying all my bills and I have no money left till next Friday. By then the bill will be more than my paycheck, so I guess they get to keep my car. I hope you all go to hell!

i think rosenberry towing sucks they take your car an its not like the leave you a note or anything ,,there fees are outrages .and when the driver was ask how much for the tow he said ,,i dont know ,,, realy can he not do math ..if he dont know who dose ...they make it a point to tow on fridays so they can hit you with the extra weekend storage fees ....oooo an not to mention they do the towing for the police...quite frankly in my opinion they suck and i wouldent trust them to tow a hotwheels

Junk. Towed my front wheel drive Honda on the front wheels and ruined my transmission. $3000.00 repair. Stupid.

Rosenberry Towing is a bunch of thieves. I don't know how $95 plus $30 a day can add up to over $165 when they took my car last night. Even with tax it wouldn't be even close to that. Ridiculous

they need to be investgaited by the county because they charge by what race and colors and ethnic backgrounds. the city needs to find a different tow company or maybe this is considered a monopoly and tow company.
