Zach and Mikey just delivered my XBOX X right on time at 3:00. They are very friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail and got me going good. Rene made a great deal for me the other day and it's all going to work just as she explained it to me. Kudos to all y'all at Rent2Own in New Philly.

Just had a bed and mattress delivered for my daughter and the 2 guys that delivered it were both very nice and got it set up quickly, considering they had to take the bed apart some to fit up a narrow staircase. I will definitely be getting more stuff from r2o

Mikey & Zach were awesome and efficient. Got my washer and dryer in so fast and made sure everything worked before they left. They were appreciative of coming early and were on the ball despite the cold weather! Thanks guys!

Mikey and Frank delivered a washer and dryer set to me today. I live in a very old house with very small doors and tight corners. These guys did an awesome job of figuring out the best way to get them in and in place. They were very friendly and informative. I m glad we got the pleasure of dealing with them! Thank you Mikey and Frank!

Just wanted to say the two delivery guys that delivered my couch today in my opinion are great assets to your company and they went beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the furniture they delivered in my opinion I believe these two should be 100 percent compensated with at bare minimum a dollar each per hour permeant raise cause those two if I had them working for me I know that good employees are 1 outta 100 these days and these two are very top of their game and as the old slogan goes pay low win low pay high success is with in reach of any company .""to invest it all is risky but not to invest at all is more risky"""..... Those two employees are a very good choice for the future of your company ..and I thank them both for being out there taking care of the needs of us all .my delivery was bout 1245 pm at 614 Karen Ave NW newphiladelphia Ohio 44663 on February 5th 2024 .the store is located in newphiladelphia Ohio 44663 .Thank you and have a great day

They threw all there notes outsideOn the ground and beat on my door so hard knocked my blind down neighbors said they were outside screaming my name and they said it sounds like they were gonna beat my door down crazy they litter all ther notes on the ground outside my house and I didn t even miss a payment they wanted the ps5 back because they thought I was selling there s when I was selling my spare I do not recommend renting from these low life s

Been coming to rent to own for years. We've gotten our television, bed, couch and loveseat set, and now our LG ThinQ washer and dryer set from here. Huge thank you to Mikey and Frank today for hauling that heavy thing up my stairs.

Gonna be filling a police report for stalking and intimidation/ menacing against rent to owns employee brandon countryside. Stalks family members who arent even on the contract. Very unprofessional business. I will not stop pursuing legal action till i own this business or their shutdown!!!!!!
