My experience with these people has been nothing short of amazing, so far. Blake helped me find a good ride. The whole process was smooth and transparent.I was taken care of whenever I ran into trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who want people going an extra mile to serve.

My car had been totaled, I called up for a payoff amount of $4,023. Less than 15 days later they charged me almost 4,600 to my insurance company on the payoff amount. This is excessive late fees she said they charged me $20 every couple of days for being a little late on my payment when in the past that wasn't the case. What a rip off. We'll never buy from them again. Would give zero stars. Don't waste your time

Great cars salesman was very professional. Very kind he did not just act like he just wanted to sale a car. Cars were very clean and well priced. He also made sure to get us the loan with the best price possible. We were also sent on our way with a full tank of gas.

Never heard of or dealt with a worse car dealership. New Image Auto Sales sucks! They sold my 18 year old female friend a 2002 Honda civic that is almost about to blow up on her! The brakes were horrible, the belt, the battery, etc. They promised to fix it and never went with their word. They said the car was in perfect condition but two-three months it s about to blow and stalls out in the road!! What happens when it stalls out going on the highway or through busy traffic. It s completely dangerous. Speaking for myself I got a 2020 Honda Civic sport from them. Two months in and my brakes are bad, the wipers needed changed, fuel pump was bad, my windshield washer fluid tank has a crack so it all leaks out. My headlight went out a month into having it. It s due for an oil change already. They put 65-75p in my tires when they are to be at 30-35 just to turn off the low tire pressure sensor. No past record given to me of how the car was taken care of. I should ve been smarter with my purchase and I hope others take precautions too. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM! THEY SCAM YOU!!!

Great dealership, it's great to see there is still such a thing as honest dealers. This dealer was great to work with and they stand behind their word. I would highly recommend checking this dealer out if you're in the market for a new ride..

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are amazing!!! Blake and John did everything in their power to get my family the perfect vehicle that met every expectation we asked for. The price was amazing and the service was even better!!! I seriously cannot express enough how amazing this place is and how much they did for my family! Thank you guys so much for putting all the time and effort you did into helping us! We will be forever grateful. I definitely recommend going to them first when you re looking for a very nice, dependable vehicle and amazing service!!!!

Blake is one amazing person he helped me for two days to try to find the right car in my price range he definitely worked hard on finding me the right car and did a amazing job getting me into my 2013 Chevy Malibu if you need a car go see my guys at new image they will get you into something that will make you happy.

I typically hate having to purchase a car; just not a process that I enjoy at all. However, from the time I walked in the door at New Image, Jonathan made the experience for me amazing! He was upfront, honest, and extremely pleasant. He, combined with the others, changed how I see the car dealership experience. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend New Image and Jonathan to everyone looking.

If I could give zero stars, I would they sold us a car we put down $1500 and were told that my husband was approved for a loan had the car for 4 weeks and only got to drive for a little over 2 weeks because it had to be in the shop for so long ..then the key stopped working so we called them and they came and picked it up claiming they were going to fix it when I called two days later to check on the vehicle I was on speakerphone and a woman started screaming in the background that my husband had lost his job and his loan was revoked. My husband didn t lose his didn t understand how his loan was revoked. We called the bank and they informed us that he was never approved for a loan and that they had lied to us so they let us put that money down on a vehicle that he was not even approved for and drive off the lot only to take the vehicle back and not give us any money back. They claim that the dealership always gets the deposit and but even if that s true there s no reason they should keep our deposit for a car we were never approved for . Thank you for doing this two weeks before Christmas.

These people are crooks! Took advantage of an 18 yr old girl with no credit. Sold her a lemon and grossly overcharged her for it. 2002 Honda with over 220,000 miles on it. Had a bunch of stuff wrong with it that they promised to fix and never did. Then it blew a gasket after 3 months. They could barely even tow it away because the bumper kept falling off. These ppl should be shut down!

So I purchased my jeep from New image about 2 months ago with the understanding that a bad link would be replaced. Waited a week and called the service department because I had not heard anything and was assured I would be contacted the next day by the manager of the service department when the part arrived. That was 2 months ago,,already on my 2nd payment. Still have not been contacted. Took it to a mechanic and miraculously had the part installed that day. Things that make ya go hmmmm. Will not recommend the service plan,,everything else with my experience was awsome.

Well I ll never be back here AGAIN! Went to get a vehicle they told me I had been approved and took my down payment. I sent the vehicle into the shop because it had something that needed fixed and called to check on it and they tell me my loan had been revoked because I switched jobs which I never knew that could happen because it was never in the paperwork and they never mentioned it so I called the bank to see what s going on and they said I was never even approved for the loan so now I m out a ton of money and a vehicle right before the holidays!!

Ok, I had really high hopes for this place, my family got 2 cars a week or two ago, one had to immediately go to the shop. The shop that New Image provides is dank.. they think nothing is wrong, yet he's losing oil and leaking into the oil it seems. So they're giving him his car back and telling him to just call if theres anything else wrong. (Most likely a blown head gasket but yk its fine) and the second vehicle we got, needs a new battery, and the engine needs studied again. Im pretty sure these guys are fairly new to the business of vehicles so im going to give them grace.. but, just incase anyone else is having issues with their new image bought car, please take it to a shop that actually cares about their customers & knows what theyre doing. Btw, the first car i was talking about was in our driveway for 22 hours only. Still in shop..

I can't give them enough stars. In this day and age where everyone is out to take you for as much as they can these company was a welcome relief. These guy stand behind their word ,are prompt, honest and just all around great company to deal with and i.look forward to doing busineess with them again

This place is nice car lot but they do false advertising their web post say a vehicle is one down payment when you get there it's another. They use the vehicles to get you into the lot and then down payments changes so what is definitely false advertising buyers beware what post you see online through the marketplaces or even advertised on the online market very well may change once you get to the store I have seen a vehicle on the marketplace for $750 down. Once I got there they wanted 4500 down so that's a big increase in down payment if I could post a photo of the ad on here I would but it looks like it just lets me text a message or comment so good luck who ever shops here

I bought my car from here and had a wonderful time from beginning to end! Amazing service the entire time. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Any issues with the car were quickly fixed! 10/10 would recommend!
