Called and the guy got me right in. Told me to drive up. I had to get a muffler welded cuz it broke off, they fixed me up within like 40 minutes and I was back out on the road. Very impressed. Will do business again

The woman working the front desk rules! She was very helpful and courteous. She deserves a raise with what she has to put up with on the daily. She's extremely knowledgeable about her job and goes above and beyond to assist your needs.

I had them install a new stainless steel exhaust that I had purchased and the welds on it were terrible and I ended up having to re-weld myself. If you plan on having any welding done here I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT! There was a total of 18 leaks on this exhaust between the 6 welds that they did.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They got the best prices around honestly, and they do great work and know what their doing and wont rip u off. they get your car back on the road in no time. I've never had any issues with them ever.

I have been going here for, Gosh, 10+ years now?? I know it s been for 2 vehicles. I have had everything and anything done. As a female, I HAVE had shops taken advantage of me, and this Midas does not. They are honest and trustworthy and will continue to go here until I move (or until the owners sell).I have seen some negative reviews about this place, but reading them I m pretty sure it s because it s old white men who are used to getting their way and this shop doesn t roll over like a submissive pup.

You guys are nuts. I ve been coming here for quite some time and this crew has been nothing but amazing. I do want to say that I feel like I need to stick up to the lady behind the desk. I witnessed with my own eyes, somebody coming in here, and belittling her yelling at her Because she couldn t find their appointment. Yes, she was starting to get frustrated. Any one would! However, the customer realized they were at the wrong shop so I m sure some of you could be a little bit nicer. I know if you walked in where I work and acted like a jerk you re going to get what you give. These guys are great, they are professional. Their prices are fair and they work in a timely manner . Manager Joe Hoge and his crew are very trustworthy! We have taken several older vehicles there and each time I have been surprised that it was less work (and cost) for what I anticipated. I highly recommend them!

Honesty is the first thing I look for in a garage and this place is amazing. The owner could have told me I needed new brakes due to the squealing but he didn t. He showed me the life (plenty of life and told me I didn t need anything) left on them and I decided to put new pads because the noise drove me nuts. The receptionist was extremely friendly and we talked the entire time while she was busy. They both went out of their way to make me the priority and now have a customer for life. I ve come here a few times. I had to wait a bit but it was understandable because of the type of business it is. Mechanics time fluctuate so I wasn t stressed about it. I m just glad that they were very kind and professional. Some places I ve gone to are the opposite and it s sad. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My son needed a muffler repair on his dual exhaust Ford Fusion. They gave him 3 difference options, price points. He chose the middle option and they were able to fix it for him that day.

Called around for pricing. Oil change was $10 to $30 less than everyone else. But wait, there's more!Tire rotation complimentary with oil change. Made an appointment. Arrived on time. Waited about three minutes to be waited on. Vehicle was in the shop on the rack within another five. Bing bang boom, tires rotated, oil changed, car pulled out of the bay and right up to the front door. I mentioned I saw a coupon online. It was a $7 off coupon. He said they have a $10 off coupon floating around so he gave me that. WOW! Never used these guys before but I made an appointment for three days from now for our other car. Being at Five Points it was a little hard getting out on to West High at the light during rush hour. But had I turned on to Tusc/Union, it would have been easier.My only complaint is no one was wearing masks. But I kept my distance as much as possible while wearing my respirator.Other than that, fantastic experience.

Excellent mechanics and knowledgeable! Very helpful! However, they need to do something about that lady who runs the front for customers. She s rude, unprofessional, and doesn t like people very well! She s needs an attitude adjustment! Took my 1967 International Travelall in for my 4th set of mufflers and my warranty from 1978 was still honored. My appointment was for 10:00 am and because I was there early they took it right in and got started. A little after 11:00 I was on the road.Thank you for the great service.Service: Exhaust

This is my go to shop for everything with my Buick Enclave. Joe and Shawn always do great work and truly offer great customer service. Ashley is friendly and I don't take my car anywhere else. Pricing is always fair and they stand behind their work. I love my local Midas!

Guys in the shop did a good job on my Traverse. They Called ahead before any work with pricing options and performed job in a reasonable time. Front desk could use some friendlier customer service is all.

Great service and price with someone you can trust. Had a slow leak in one of my tires, took it to Walmart first and they told me I needed a whole new tire along with a multiple hour wait. Instead I took it here and found out it just needed a new valve stem. $10 and 15 minutes later I was good to go

Rude people at the desk here that are clueless to what is going on. They only want to work on nice clean cars and charge exorbitant prices. I've seen them have signs that's a air conditioner work "starting" at $79 when a can of coolant for your air conditioner is maybe 10 bucks and you can put it in yourself, so they'll put that in and then theyll charge you $79 or more.

Absolute SCAM. Charged me $500 for spark plugs and when I started the car in their parking lot none of my problems had been fixed. I had to take it back the next day, and again one week later. On my third visit they finally ran computer diagnostics and claimed the car needed an additional $1,500 worth of work. Not only were they rude, but none of the mechanics could keep their stories straight.It took Auto Zone about five minutes to figure out the fuel injector was the actual problem and I got a great deal from Integrity Auto's mechanic Butch. They'll give you his number if you call, I highly recommend him.

Very trustworthy always does a great job . .. I dropped my van off on my to vacation weekend Joe called me with a estimate it got fixed for the that price no problems. No hassle. Great job !!!!!

I was on the phone with the front desk girl and she slammed the phone down in my ear. All because if I buy a part myself (which they wanted 106 for a part I paid 22 for). They were Gonna up my labor cost so I was explaining that I would get the part done elsewhere then I wanted to have an appointment for alignment made. But before I got that out, she slammed the phone down in my ear. Never had an issue before this girl. Midas sorry tou lost another customer

I grew up in a family oil change business. All I can say is, Amen .I called the other guys and they no longer service VW s ($110) due to required odd oil filter. I called Midas and was told yes but they were booked for 5 days.Wow! Why is that? It is because they actually charge only the advertised price $59.95 plus extra quart the car requires and tax=$65). No hidden fees or list of things that you need to fix immediately . Good people=good service.Early in life I was a certified GM line mechanic. It s worth the wait to take your car to Midas on West High in New Phila.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Customer service at the front desk must be in the pants of the owner because she is so rude. Hung up on the phone, attitude in store down right terrible employee! Planned on doing business there every week in the coming weeks but seriously reconsidering! Technicians are good tho if you can get to one.

Showed up to my appointment an hour late. They still took a look at my leaking tire and fixed in in 15 minutes. They also determined the cause of my check engine light and cleared the error codes, all FOR $20!! In and out in half an hour! Awesome!! I'll be back!!

I originally took my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased it to have it diagnosed and repaired. I waited an hour and a half for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car, it was normal aging .I took it to Midas for a second opinion. Joe was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and fixed it in no time! I would recommend Midas to anyone and will be a returning customer after my experience!Service: Exhaust

Got a quote much cheaper here than any other place. I was skeptical because of reviews. I trusted them. They told me about a coupon, and they even ended up charging me a tad less than the quote! I got my bearing in my account compressor replaced. They stuck to their quote. Were very kind to me! Thanks Midas

Had a great experience with them. Called at 11:30 on a Saturday had it there by 12 and had it back by 4. They fixed what was needed fixed and gave me an estimate on what needed done but could wait. They got me back on the road which is exactly what I needed it was not cheap but I didn't expect it to be it needed a lot of work. Thanks Midas I'll be back to get the rest fixed ASAP.
