Super service! Had my car s glass in within 48 hours, picked the car up and dropped it off from our house because we only have one vehicle. Worked with our insurance! Definitely recommend.

I had a large crack in my windshield. The gal at Martin's helped me file my claim. She scheduled me very quickly. They were prompt when I dropped the car off. Replaced the windshield in the time they told me. Gave me clear instructions on how to care for the windshield, and did it all with a pleasant, friendly attitude!

They gave me the gift of sight, what else can I say?Has a large crack in windshield, and had called around to a few different places. Replaced my windshield in about a hour or so. No issues. Price was half of safelight outta pocket. Cant beat that. Front desk lady was super nice.

TERRIBLE! Do not go here! They put the wrong window in my car and had to go back a second time and they took forever and left my car Disgusting and broken clips where they removed the plastic to replace the window. Very unprofessional! The employees were so rude I couldn t believe it. I wouldn t send my worst enemy here. If you do go there be prepared to get your car back covered in grease and sweat and broken plastic by your wiper arms. Wouldn t even give them one star but I had to to leave a review.Service: Auto windshield repair

handled windshield claim great and did windshield early and fast.WORD OF CAUTION: was told my car was "bone dry" of oil and and oil all over inside of hood.I had Rhino Lining put oil power under coating to my car (black power under hood not oil) and my car was only less then 1 quart low on oil.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great overall experience. Had a huge crack appear on my windshield of of nowhere. They were able to get me in quickly for a replacement at a better price than competitors. Friendly staff, excellent work. Highly recommend.

Martin s is the only place I will trust with my glass. Their quality of work is incomparable to any other provider in the area! And you can t beat family owned and operated. Very happy with my new dining room windows (special ordered for a weird space!) and the windshield they replaced for me a few years back!

Martin's mobile glass repair was fast and easy. We had a huge crack in our windshield that ran all the way across horizontally. We knew it would need to be completely replaced, so we contacted our insurance agent and she sent a fax right over to Martin's. Within 2 hours Martin's gave me a call and scheduled me for the next day. They picked up my vehicle, brought it to their shop and returned it within an hour and a half. They were fast, kind and convenient. Plus I love supporting small businesses in the area. Thanks, Martin's! We will definitely recommend you to others!

Called got me in next day. Called around 3pm saying the window needed a new regulator. Decided to go get the car and see for ourselves. Still had to pay $70 for their time so we decided to ask to sell the window also. Got home ripped it apart and seen the wire wasn't connected. They didn't take the time to check it. Easy fix. They wanted us to wait 4 days for a new regulator. Smh..

Weeks trying to get them to come give us an estimate. Said they have called me multiple times, and that is not correct. They called us last week, and unable to answer the phone. I called them back, exactly one hour today the minute, back. Theybtold me that they could not come back that day, but I would get a call back the next day. Never got a call. Called them today, the manager got on the line, lied and yelled at me. Stated that they call on the day to come do measurements 99% of the time with people, how could they have been in business that long acting like this. This is not the first time we could not get them to come over. We had to go with a much more professional group down that road were we has about a dozen windows put in. Maybe it was more expensive, but it was worth not dealing with them. That is who came to give me an estimate previously when I thought it was this company.I have many reviews here on Google, and this is only fourth bad review ever. Very unprofessional.
