Had my both headlights replaced along with the mirrors. I also had my front and rear bumpers, mirrors, and hood completely refinished and painted. My car color is diamond pearl white and hard to match. They were spot on! Absolutely the best work that anyone could ask for! They go above and beyond your expectations! Thanks Wes and staff for all your hard work and all around service. Definitely will come back and highly recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was hesitant to review their services but I am inclined to so as to prevent others going through the same hassle that I did.I had to leave my vehicle for 8 days when I was told that it was finished. It had a fender and headlight assembly replaced and the same fender painted and panels blended, that was the scope of work. When I came to pick it up, the hood was not blended, it was a problem. They kept it again for another day to do that, then told me it was done. I took it home but after looking it over after the sun went down i noticed real problems again. There were runs in the fender and door and buffer swirls and orange peel on the door along with overspray on the door pillar. They rented me a car for a couple days as I had returned the rental the day I took the vehicle. After it was done this time I went to pick it up but I really looked at their work this time. There were more bad panels on my vehicle than when I took it there in the first place. Swirls, sags in the paint, overspray on the pillar, dirt in the paint and fisheye because of poor prep are signs of a novice. My vehicle displays all of this. I told them I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them anymore as their painter can't paint correctly. They told me the owner would contact me and discuss the problems. Wes never called, I am going ahead and giving them a star for the rental, if not for that, I would give them a zero. Dishonesty, laziness, and poor ethics are traits not associated with professionals, they possess all of these. You can do much better, don't believe the radio spots, they pay for those endorsements.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would never recommend any one going to this place. I wouldn t send my worst enemy here. This has been the worst experience. My vehicle was fixed Friday and they didn t even call me to tell me it was done but lied and said they tried calling when they have both my wife and I number and neither of us had a missed call or voicemail, so I had to pay for a rental car for two extra days to get to work and then when I went to pick it up the paint job was terrible with runs in it and orange peel look, also the door handle wasn t even replaced like it was supposed to be. I told them it was unacceptable and had to leave the vehicle for another day and went to pick it up for the second time and now my back hatch doesn t open or the electric window open, before I dropped it off I had to unload things out of the back and it worked fine and they told me too bad they arnt fixing it or messing with it to take it to Honda. I would NEVER recommend these people. What a hack job and so unprofessional!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Do not recommend. I hit a deer and took my vehicle to this shop. They fixed the vehicle as if an amateur did it. The dents were poorly buffed and you can still tell where it is. They didn t fix any wiring and said they don t do mechanical work but didn t tell me they skipped it until I called. Then they told my insurance company it wasn t related to the impact so my insurance company didn t want to repair it. I took it to Parkway and they fought with my insurance for me and got it repaired and paid for. Will not use Gilland s again.

I've gone to Gilland's twice now for bodywork and have had great experiences both times! Staff is friendly and turn around time is pretty quick. Overall I would definitely recommend and will continue going there.
