Bought a used truck from Ferris !! salesman were super kind. Help me out with the financing had a small issue with truck, but they were quick to fix it. No charge extremely happy that I chose Ferris Chevrolet they not only sell you a good vehicle if Something Happens they stand behind it and are quick to get you back on the road couldn t recommend them enough

I go here for my oil changes/ vehicle checks. Always amazing and quick service! Everyone goes above and beyond.Highly recommend!I had a very tired, temper tantrum toddler with me while we waited, the owner saw how overwhelmed and embarrassed I was before my little one finally ended up falling asleep and took care of the bill for us. Grateful is an understatement! They really care about their customers.

I bought a vehicle from Ferris and it was nothing less than exceptional. I worked with Bobby Mac, and a noteworthy takeaway from my experience is when Bobby reached out to me PERSONALLY, 1-week after my purchase to check in on how things were going with the new car. I ve never had a dealership do this before. Impressive.

I have always had a good experience with Ferris. I have bought 3 used vehicles, parts, and used their service dept. Only ever had I issue and it was with a service writer who now hasn't been there for years. Management more then took care of the issue and I have returned since.Also Pat Ferris is a great guy!

I ignorantly purchased a 3rd party warranty for my SUV years ago from another dealership here in Ohio. I take my vehicle for service maintenance to Ferris when it s something other than basic maintenance (oil changes, brake pads, filter changes etc.) so I asked if they would attempt to fix my vehicle using the warranty. They agreed and went above and beyond my expectations attempting to get the repair covered but of course the warranty company did what they all do and came up with an excuse not to cover the fix. Everything Ferris did was transparent and honest. Thank you Bret and the mechanic team for being awesome and keep up the great work!

Ben at Ferris was top notch to work with. Very laid back and helpful throughout the hole process. He had me in and out in no time and took care of me. Glad to see a local dealership with salesman like Ben.

I feel the service director, Phil, went above and beyond excellent service. He resolved a billing mistake from a previous visit, scheduled my service and arranged for me to have a loaner so I could be at home to take care of my husband. Greatly appreciated!!

I bought an extended car warranty when I purchased my vehicle at another dealership. ferris tried to overcharge the car warranty place by charging them $110 for an O2 sensor the car warranty place was only going to pay 63 and some odd cents. I called local auto parts store , average was 50 for o2 sensor . then they was going to charge the warranty place for one hour of Labor according to the warranty place it should have only took a half hour per nation labor guide lines.long story short I will not be using ferris's nor will I ever buy an extended car warranty again in the future.

Ferris Chevrolet is the only dealership I will ever be going to for my automotive needs. I live in Guernsey County in Ohio and it is a struggle to find a reputable business that will actually fix your issue. I dropped my truck off at Ferris on a Wednesday and it was ready for pick up on Thursday. During the time my truck was there, I received multiple calls with updates on the issue. I am so impressed! 5 stars for sure! Stop looking, Ferris is where you need to go!

Staff was extremely friendly and paid attention to my needs. Both the service shop and body shop kept in touch with me throughout the duration, and gave me very detailed updates. The only negative which I have found to be at every automobile service place is the what they call 14 point inspection, they give you a piece of paper showing everything that they went through marking it green, yellow or red. I don t think they really actually go through every point before just marking it. Perfect example in this case is my wipers. Both the left and right wiper had the rubber falling off of it. I did not ask them to replace the wipers as it was my plan to buy and replace those myself with wipers that I wanted. However, on the inspection sheet, both wipers were marked in good shape. Again, I have not found a dealership that actually really pays attention to all line items on that inspection sheet. I will definitely be returning to this place for all the other great reasons.

Ferris is a great place to go car shopping! I recently purchased a car there and it was an excellent experience. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, and good service. I am very happy with my car and highly recommend Ferris Chevrolet!
