server threw out check on the table without saying a word before we even had our food. other staff members including our server continued to squeeze past our table which was practically against a wall with hot pots of coffee and drinks barely missing our head. when we were waiting for our check he finally brought it back and proceeded to get again n throw it on the table. very disappointed.

My favorite grocery store!! Hometown gathering spot! Store is spotless and has everything imaginable. Employees are top notch and deeply rooted in our community!!

Been coming here for years and for the last couple times the service and food quality has declined. Waited 30 minutes for our order and it was barely warm and my breakfast meat was burnt. Best bet is to get salad bar.

I went to Buehler's to get a few items in the ad. Each thing I wanted was in stock! I love their pull up service to have them load my order directly into the trunk.

Stopped here because we wanted something different to try. The salad bar was great. Italian sub and mashed potatoes, not so much. They served the mashed potatoes on the same plate as the sandwich and the gravy had run all underneath the sandwich when it was served. Needless to say, the bread was all soggy underneath. The Italian dressing on it was very sour too. I took one bite and it was boxed up. When it was served and I asked the waitress for a bowl for the mashed potatoes since it was all over the bottom of the sandwich, I would have thought she would have corrected the issue with the kitchen. Next time I'll stick with only the salad bar.

Such a nice organized fresh food experience. Feels like part Whole Foods, part Amish market/bakery, and there is a restaurant with nice soup and salad bar! We have stopped in just to eat at the restaurant before. Also they have the best kid toy aisle of any grocery

This place has alot of choices. They have a nice assortment of veg plant and flower SC out front. They have an ace hardware connected. They also have a place where you can pick you products up. I really like the layout here.

BUEHLER'S HAS THE BEST CUSTARD PIE!!! You have to call a day ahead and order custard pie.

Buehler's Fresh Foods in New Philadelphia, Ohio is one of the top grocery stores in Tuscarawas County. They have a great selection of meats, but for some reason, this selection seems to be smaller than it was the last time I visited this store. The quality is top notch though. They always have some type of special going on, similar to Giant Eagle's 5 for $25 on their meat selection. The bakery here is what I can recommend the most, as they have a huge selection of cakes, cupcakes, donuts, brownies, cookies, and so much more. The workers here are always helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have, or help you find what you are looking for.

There is a wonderful selection of very good tasting products. Even in the FROZEN Dept., the GLUTEN-FREE products are easy to locate. WHO COULD MISS THIS SIGN! Thank-you.

I won t be back. I went in to buy time while I waited for Spirit Halloween to open and did a little shopping. The deals were good but the older lady at checkout was rude. She was wearing a mask and was too far away for me to understand what she was even saying. Instead of her coming closer to tell me the issue with the self checkout, she stays all the way back and keeps talking.

This is my favorite place to shop. The finds are always unique and the store is always so clean. The manager is courteous and kind. Thank you for being a great local grocery store! It is super easy with little kids too with them handling your groceries at the end and loading up your car for you! The staff is always so kind and helpful too. Keep doing whatever you're doing because it is EXCELLENT!

I wasn't sure what to expect but I was super impressed! I had a turkey melt and onion rings and oh my gosh that was all delicious! Our server Catlynn was spectatular too. I mentioned how I hated all other onions and she set the grilled onions that came with the sandwich to the side. Definitely give this place a try.

I ve been to this Buehler s only a hand full of times mainly because it was close to home. I had an odd experience where the self checkout lady was a bit rude so I typically don t go in often. However today I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by a gentleman (I believe he may have been the manager or someone of importance). He asked if we needed any help but furthermore went to see if they carried an item I was looking forward. We he discovered that they didn t he went out of his way to make sure that item would be in stock for my next shopping trip. For this reason alone I will make sure I come back. Excellent customer service is hard to find nowadays and I appreciate it when I see it. thank you

This is a great grocery store. It's owned by the employees. It's a little upper class in comparison to a lot of other grocery stores, but you'll find a lot of different things there. You got to know your prices because sometimes they could be a little pricey. Most of their sales are great, but normal price things are usually a little bit more than local grocery stores.

Prices are gnarly, but I will pay top dollar for freshness and variety. I have ordered from their restaurant through doordash multiple times but this is my first time there. The deli manager was extremely helpful and showed me where the produce was and told me about the advantage card. I am now a new customer!

This has become my favorite local grocery store. The staff is always courteous and efficient. I've only had one problem and that was the person who bagged my groceries; combining fresh vegetables with raw meat in the same bag but I called the store and let them know this happened . Management informed me this is not the normal packing and it should not have happened like this.

Unless it is on sale, the prices are a little high, but the deli and bakery are so good. There are food choices you can't get at Wal-Mart or Aldi. And there is almost always an Amish made option. I can see why this local chain has had so much success over the last 90+ years.

Maybe hire people who aren t rude to work the customer service desk. Judy is always in the worst mood, and clearly hates her job or life. Very poor customer service all around, and overpriced everything.

The store is fresh, there is a restaurant inside. The aroma of food is mouth watering.The choice of products is a bit limited, but relaxing.Prices, like everywhere else, are a bit high, but these are the times.

Nice clean quiet store. Everything is easy to find and staff is helpful. Prices are high so we only shop there for certain things like milk and their 5/25 specials.

One lane open , all others self check. Wrong prices when scanned, kept saying no item bagged, one person to help all self check was so busy. Paid way more then should have, grrr
