The staff here are super friendly, and awesome at their jobs! This was my first time there and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome! They asked me questions and explained things to me when I had questions. Their service was excellent, and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. We were traveling through from Montana. Here you stay in your vehicle which was awesome because my toddler was sleeping. Our experience was SUPER quick and easy! The gentlemen were friendly and very accommodating. We went there for a engine oil change. They did checked the transmission fluid and the air filter. We didn t go there for a detail job or for a health check up. I check my own tire pressure and other fluids. We were impressed!

Friendly, fast, and efficient! Never had an issue. Very friendly to my toddler as well. Gave her two pieces of candy for Halloween because Halloween is also her birthday! Will always go here!

We took our car in for an oil change, not realizing that this wasn't a corporately-owned Valvoline like the one on the Boulevard (which is where we usually take both cars). The prices are roughly comparable, but the service was terrible, to say the least. My husband told them he had just replaced his air filter and didn't want it checked (to avoid grease on it). They yanked it out anyway. Okay, an oversight, whatever. At the Valvoline on 4th Street, they check all your fluids and tire pressure (more on tire pressure later). Neither of us saw them do any of that, nor did they mention it. I guess that's not something they do. My husband asked them to hook up a code reader because his check engine light was on. They said they didn't have one. Okay, fine, the owner is cheap - that's not the employees' fault.Nobody bothered to show us that the oil level was at the full level on the dipstick, though. I've taken my car to many various oil change places, garages, dealerships - this is the minimum base level of customer service. Even my dad, who changed my oil for me when I was in college, would show me the dipstick. Not these guys! (I've always had other fluids checked and tire pressure checked, too, but this is called an OIL CHANGE, not a windshield wiper fluid check, so I'm more concerned with the oil being replaced here.)The real kicker, though, is that my extremely detail-oriented husband asked the guy who took his payment to double check that the caps were on all four tires, because that is something that frequently gets left off and then we have to replace them. The guy made a show of dipping his head down to each wheel to "check," said we were all set, and waved us out if the garage. We got to our next stop and he checked them.One was missing. And, upon checking the tires himself, my husband isn't even convinced they checked the tire pressure at all.Bottom line: go to Valvoline on 4th Street. Everyone there is kind, professional, thorough, and efficient. Your money will be much better spent.
