HORRIBLE service, I used them to install a windshield in my Acura they installed it but did not put my remote start back on the windshield after they argued with me saying it was "non-factory". After talking with my Allstate agent he told me it didn't matter they were supposed to fix it.Also the windshield LEAKED, and then they made me drive to NORTH CANTON to have my windshield fixed by one of their "better" techs. I spend almost two days of my life on the phone and waiting/driving to N Canton so they could fix something they screwed up.Not only will I NEVER use Advance I will make sure to tell everyone my HORRIBLE experience with them.

They are extremely nice and courteous men I asked him to wait in the parking lot next to my house and they did and they did good work

Between my husband and I, we've had them replace three windshields so far and not a single complaint. Thank you.

Was in and out and the price was lower then any outher very good

I don't understand how you can run a business without answering the phones or be standing behind the counter when the open sign is up.
