The manager is lovely women. She helps in everyday she can. I make sure even though I have to drive an extra 30mins to go to her store every time. Great store, clean, well organized.

I went into this advanced, and I told him that I needed a new battery and I had them test it for me. The guy in there insisted that it was my alternator and I had it replaced. A couple weeks go by and my car wouldn t start and at this point I knew it was my battery that needed changed. So I then went to the advanced in Louisville. They pulled my battery and gave me a new one. He then tested the old battery and it said it needed replaced. Due to lack of experience I ve lost out on $600 because he didn t know what part was bad.

This store is awful. I dont know if it was because i wad female or their employees are just lazy. Would not even look at the battery i needed. Went across the street to Oreillys.

Amazing service! The employee's are not only knowledgeable, but went out of their way to take the time to help me solve the problems under my hood. On top of that, their prices beat everyone else's. Many thanks to Debbie, William, josh, and Branigan for their assistance. If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.I went in this morning and showed the CSR exactly what part I needed. They said the closest one was in Canton, so I went ahead and ordered it. I went back at the time they told me to and sure as could be, it was the WRONG part. So not only has my car been sitting in the shop waiting to get this done, it is now sitting there another day because I had to wait on the right part and missed my appointment.I highly do NOT recommend this store. The kid had no clue what he was doing, even though he was shown the exact part. Turns out the 5 hours I've been waiting, could've been prevented if I'd have gone to the Dover store because they had the part I needed all along.The only solution offered was to reorder it and wait longer, and a bogus coupon valid today only.

Had a battery replaced here and my car wouldn't start. Another employee tested the new battery and saidthe car was pulling power and killing the battery instantly. Had to pay for tow and another inspection for them to tell me the battery. They replaced the battery but wouldn't reimburse me for the tow or any costs incurred. Lost over $200 dealing with this place, don't waste your time.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We walked here after our battery died in our vehicle they offered to drive us back to our car and jump it for us. In a world full of so many automotive stores to choose from this one genuinely cares about its customers. I would reccomend them to be the first place to shop for you auto needs in the area!

I typically buy my parts online, but ran into a "right now" situation this weekend with my wifes car. Advanced Auto had the best pricing locally to get the pads, rotors, and Caliper I needed to get her moving again right away. The one rotor was out of stock, but I was told they could have it in a couple hours from another store, and came through on that. Have to say I had an excellent experience with AAP in New Philly. Everything fit just right, as CSRs explained it would, had the tool kit I needed to rent, and was refunded quickly for it when I returned. I'll use AAP again in the future.

I tried to find parts for my car and was in the store for an ungodly amount of time. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help but I was so tired from being there for so long, I couldn't get excited about the fact they finally did find the part I needed and the cost didn't seemed unreasonable either.

It would get better rating if you wouldn't sit on hold for 10 mins. Called then 3 mins later got asked if I could hold and currently still on hold. Seriously people if I wanted to be put on hold for awhile I'd call the irs. This store is terrible at answering calls and not making customers wait forever to check on a part.

Been going to Advance for years. Great people very knowledgeable and helpful. Service is superb. If I get parts local I don't go anywhere else. Period.

I had bought fuel filters from a Amazon supplier that turned out to be junk and kept breaking and leaking. I went to Advanced Auto and found replacement fuel filters for my John Deere tractors. The package even said they were John Deere replacement parts. Installed one on my tractor and finished the job I was working on.

Helpful staff, convenient location, only rating a 3 because they don't seem to stock as much as other stores. Frequently go to the other local store (Dover) after visiting this one, due to lack of inventory.

I m a long time customer of advance Auto parts, I get all of my auto part necessities from them. I stopped by today and the first time in 4 years I am dissatisfied. This establishment houses employees who only care to make a sale, not help customers. I always go to my local one in coshocton and to compare one another would put this one to shame.They ve lost my business by being neglectful and I do hope management takes care of this.
