Man!! That is first class service fromKeer Automotive!!I came down to the dealership to finalize the purchase of my new truck. The truck was ready, the paperwork was ready, and so was the staff. Excellent!! Done deal in no time!! Great people!! 5 Star rating!!Then, I went to the local pizza shop for dinner, walked in realized they had it about 50 degrees inside, thought where is my jacket I had on this morning. Realized I left it at home. Thought I d call to see if Keer had any sweatshirts or pullovers or anything for sale in stock. Called down and talked to Austin. Next thing I know Ryan is bringing me a hoody!!You guys are awesome!! Keep up the great work!!

Don't go here dudes a scam had it towed in just to tell me he don't want to do the work all I needed was a clutch he tried to make me replace the whole frame or he wouldn't do the work charge me $130 for a tow for 12miles and just refused to do the work

This is a review about Keer's service department. They worked on my mother's Ford Focus, and the service she received was top notch. She recently had major surgery, and couldn't take her car to the dealership. They came and got it for her, not once, but twice; once for a recall and once for tires and an oil change. They treated her with so much respect, especially the man who picked up her car, and Ben in the service department. It's rare to have that level of professionalism and kindness today. Thank you Keer!

This is my second time giving Keer(Ridenour) an opportunity to do business with me. The first time (Ridenour) didn't go very well and I've been taking my business elsewhere since. However, this go around they (Keer) are doing great! The valet service is spectacular and response times are prompt and informative. Ben is a keeper!

Terrible experience. Reached a deal that was signed off on by management on a vehicle, they ran my credit on a Friday and provided into for me to wire my downpayment. My salesperson was waiting until Monday to run everything by the finance manage and I stressed to him that I didn t want to miss out on this car & was assured that it wouldn t happen. They sold the car out from under me on Saturday. I can t blame my salesperson as he was out of town for the weekend and he said that he was in constant contact with management and was never told that someone else wanted to purchase it. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I generally only provide reviews for the extremes. Unfortunately, this is for an extremely poor experience. In an effort to help my son find a good used truck, we came across a 2015 1 ton diesel advertised at KEER automotive. It was advertised as low miles, no accidents, below average market and everything else to lead potential buyers to believe it was an extremely good deal.We bypassed other opportunities to drive over an hour to look at this vehicle. Upon arriving, we found a vehicle with patched up paint to cover rust, a complete side scratched and dented, busted grille, BULLET HOLES inside the vehicle, and a serious vibration when putting it in gear. Sure it was below the national average price - they just failed to be forthcoming in what they were trying to sell. I m usually one to support small town businesses, but this is not one I would ever recommend.

I purchased a vehicle from this location before Christmas. I was very impressed with the professionalism and effort that Brandon Jarvis and the rest of the crew put into my sell. They bent over backwards to ensure all my paperwork and needs were taken care of. I recommend this location if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I just wanted to thank Tanner Shriver our salesperson and Austin Wilson for working diligently with me since August. They spent many of hours trying to find me a 2023 Ford Ranger that fit me perfectly. These boys finally found me the perfect truck. I couldn't be happier with the truck and the professionalism this company showed through the whole process. If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle I recommend going and seeing Tanner. I will never buy from another dealer after this amazing buying experience. GO SEE TANNER ! HE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Big THANK YOU to Keer for stepping up and getting our Explorer's AC working flawlessly! After taking it to a couple other dealers who wouldn't even bother to look at it to see if it was an easy fix, the team at Keer in New Lexington told me to bring it in and they would get to it the same day (and they did!). After diagnosing the issue, they said they will have to get the replacement part overnight and they would have it fixed by the morning. They gave me a new explorer as a loaner so we could continue our vacation while they worked. The next morning, I got a call saying it was ready to pick up. We're driving back to Texas in the cold AC, thanks to the hard working, compassionate, professionals at Keer Automotive Group in New Lexington, Ohio. Bought my car here in October of last year for 8k and literally have had nothing but issues ever since. Belt broke, water pump went out, AC doesn't work, fuel pump is going out and today it overheated. Wish I never bought this train wreck.

Sold us a used car that was not safe. The frame was completely rusted out. I told him I was a single mom and that I was worried about getting sold a bad car. The salesman said it was in brilliant condition, said my son could drive it to California. We paid $5,000 for it and within 2 months the frame had completely snapped from rust. Mechanic said it s years of rust and anyone could have seen that. He had my son driving around in a car that was completely unsafe and he tricked me to get a sale. Would never recommend

Our whole experience with buying our new Escape was more than positive. Brian Fisher answered all our questions, got us the deal we wanted and spent a lot of time going over the car when we picked it up Mr. Ridenour personally thanked us for buying locally as did the credit person and the title fellow. No one made us feel rushed to decide on the deal and we were very happy with the entire car buying experience. We had dealt with service for several years and have always been happy with that as well. Ridenour Auto is a very comfortable place to spend your car buying and car service dollar.

Excellent experience purchasing our car. We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership. The vehicle was thoroughly detailed and the purchase was easily handled. I found the employees at Ridenour Ford very friendly and helpful in getting my deal done on a new Mustang. Mike Snider was the salesman that was there to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. The sales manager was more than helpful and Bruce Ridenour took the time to introduce himself and make my visit very pleasurable. Thanks guys, I enjoyed the visit and am really enjoying my new car.

Ridenour Auto Group and Mike Snider ROCK!Ordered a Ford Maverick through Ridenour as my local dealer didn't even contact me/follow-up with me about ordering through them. I'm glad I did switch!! Mike has been nothing but patient/knowledgeable/professional in this process. Even better Ridenour services Jeep and as that is my other vehicle I can do all my auto "stuff" at one location. Sure I have to go a little farther away from home, but it's worth it to get this kind of service and friendliness. Keep up the good work!! Thanks Mike Snider!!!
