Went in first thing when opening and they were ready and equipped with the item I requested. I believe Jacob the manager was the gentleman who helped me!

Every time I go in here the staff is unfriendly. Simply checking out and didn't ask them for help and couldn't even be bothered with a "have a good day!" Completely silent transaction. Just unfriendly every single time.

Been there a few times and it's always hit or miss with the employees..... sometimes they are very helpful and knowledgeable other times they are clueless.... if you want good customer service don't go after 3pm or on the weekends.

There's not much to say it's an auto parts store . But I just go here for cleaning supplies for my bike and truck.

Had to get a new headlight and wiper blade. Assistant Manager was very helpful. Install both in a short time!

My alternator gave out as I was driving thru New Lebanon on my way home, another 25 minutes away. I managed to pull into O'Reilly's and Mike went out of his way to help me test 2 batteries, gave me a boost charge so I could make it home, and helped take out and replace the battery in my car. Having had my hands in the works I asked if I could wash my hands and as I turned to walk inside, another young employee was already walking toward me with a cleaning wipe and some dry towels. That's what I call taking care of the customer. And, yes, I ordered my new alternator from O'Reilly's as soon as I got home. Thank you both for helping me out. You went out of your way and I really appreciated that.

This place is worthless they know nothing. The guy stared at his computer for 20 mins and then told me he couldnt find the part and that they close in 3 mins. So he couldnt match a part up for me. Didnt even try. The staffs worthless at least the old guy. God for bid anyone has to stay over work the rest of america does.

I asked to have my battery installed for me after a 145$ purchase. I explained that my arm was injured and the employee said I don t know about your arm but I have lifting trouble. WOW, it is in your job discription to install batteries, that s why I decided to be a customer at O Reily s. Not again.Thanks
