I called & the call was answered!I explained & he seemed very knowledgeable over the phone. The repair was exactly what he said it was on the phone and my car was repaired exactly in the time frame he hoped for.My car was towed & repaired all within a few hours. A very difficult time for our family, so I appreciate how quickly the repair shop was able to get me back on the road.Very pleased with my experience

I was recommended Jenkins Automotive by two co-workers. I cannot recommend Jenkins Automative enough. Not being a car person at all, Roger was respectful and quick with helping me with the issue I was having with my Jeep. Wow! Just called for a friend because I know how involved this place is in the community I used to live in, and what an awesome person who answered the phone. Helped with advice he didn't have to give. I'll definitely be visiting for my own car needs even though I'm in a nearby town.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called to ask about bringing my car in for an appointment to have it looked at. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me in a very condescending tone: well all you can do is bring it by and we ll listen to it. Like what? You re a car repair shop. So basically I decided there s no way I m going to take my car there!

Jenkins has been my preference for several years. Have a 96 corvette, talked to Roger about preventive maintenance, change water pump, opti spark, plugs, wires Roger stated he was very familiar with 96 small block with opti spark. Got car back after nearly 3 weeks, bad oil leak from front of engine, took it back in whatever was done did slow the leak but still dripped. Car had no leaks at all before the work. Didn t want to try third time so took car to another garage, found Jenkins had not replaced the seals and also had used air chisel to remove harmonic balance, which destroyed it and had to be replaced. I showed Roger the replaced seal and balancer with invoice of cost of repair, all Roger said was huh, yea we had to use air chisel on balancer , there is a puller to remove that. Never offered any reimbursement. Very disappointed in Jenkins, will not go back.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Best place...honest, reasonably priced, trustworthy. I thought the car I bought was (honestly) a heap for the junk yard but they got the 2006 Taurus running like new!

If you are a non-smoker, DO NOT use this shop. They fixed my vehicle but the mechanic smoked in my vehicle and left a terrible smell. I called the shop owner and he argued that it didn't happen. Then he admitted his mechanics have smoked in customer's cars before. He had the gall to offer me some spray. I declined and told him the vehicle needs more than some spray - it needs the smoke smell CLEANED OUT. He said he would call back but of course, no call. Their shop reeks of smoke as well. I would advise that you find a more professional shop if you are a non-smoker. Their prices are affordable and did good work from what I could tell but all of this is over-shadowed by their thoughtless actions and carelessness at the chance to correct their mistake.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not take your car here unless you want it returned still not fixed and your interior to your car completely ruined by grease and overcharged! When you try to call them they completely ignore your calls. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone.
