Spoke with Pat about adding performance exhaust to my Camaro. Got the run around and numerous excuses as to why he is unable to weld stainless steel and was a deer in headlights when I tried 4 times to explain that I didn't need anything custom formed as I had already purchased my kit of choice. Cricket is a great dude but this supposed exhaust guy just wasted my time.

The guys in there today, one being the owner, were FANTASTIC. This place lives up to its local reputation. The owner was very polite and knowledgeable, as well as honest. I will definitely be returning for more work.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great! Highly recommended! Great staff! Great Prices! Call Cricket before calling anyone else. The service and price is fantastic. You dont get ripped off. You know whats going on. Most say you get what you pay for well in this case with Crickets you are getting a great deal along with trust for a great price wirhout breaking the bank!! Highly recommend and I will continue to go back. My family also goes here. Call them for a quote before going to a dealership!!!!!

Dad found them and introduced our cars to them five or so years ago. We all take our cars there and get honest, quality work. He will flat out tell you when it's not worth fixing something because he's honest instead of out for the almighty dollar. He's never had to fix a repair nor has someone else. We can't say enough great things. For the record, we are not related or neighbors.

I drove my vehicle there on the evening of the 14th. I left it there with the understanding that I would receive an estimate for the work the following morning when they had time to look at it.I spoke to a representative over the phone on the morning of the 15th about my vehicle where they told me that they were guessing it would be close to a thousand dollars to fix the vehicle but that they would need to check the cost of some parts and would not be able to start the work for several days and the work would not be done until after Thanksgiving. I was never given ANY kind of legal estimate nor did I approve of any work.I discussed the ballpark estimate with my partner and we decided that we needed to get the vehicle faster because we needed it for visiting family over the holiday.24 minutes later I called back to tell them I was going to have AAA tow my vehicle to another shop that could get the work done faster. They tell me that they are "about $80 in" on a vehicle that they told me they didn't have time to start on yet. I asked them how they could have done that much work in 24 minutes and all I got was "uhh.."Then I am told that they are going to illegally hold my vehicle until I pay them the money they want. I already had AAA on the way and had used my last tow with them so I had no choice but to call them back with a credit card to pay them off then the price jumped to $100. When asked why the cost was so high in such a short amount of time, they said because he had to use a whole case of brake cleaner to clean my engine block to find my leak. My invoice from them says 1.43 hours worth of work in the 24 minutes (which conveniently comes out to $100 even).I got my vehicle fixed within one day at a different shop and was charged less than $500.Crickets practices in malicious deceptive acts and does not hesitate to take advantage of people in a difficult situation. Don't risk your wallet or vehicle with this thief and liar!

Do not do business with this company. Was quoted $100 to fix exhaust, if I bought parts, and got a $400 bill at the end. Told me quote didn't include fixing a gasket that he told me was leaking when he gave me the quote. Replaced a sensor without asking which jacked up cost 80 dollars. Then when I looked under the Jeep he only replaced half the exhaust and the parts they did replace aren't gonna last cause the workmanship is so shoddy.

I took my van to this ship and paid for an alignment along with 2 front tires right before leaving town. I didn't make it 1,000 miles before I got as flat tire. After having to rent a hotel and try to get it fixed the next day at a Firestone in Kansas, I was informed BOTH front tires needed replaced due to A BAD ALIGNMENT!! so, I essentially paid for NOTHING!!! DO NOT use this shop for ANYTHING

Muffler brothers was going to charge over $700 for a basic muffler repair.. Went to crickets and they quoted me less than $140! Down to earth people and you can hold a convo with.. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Crickets. Honest, Reliable, trustworthy, fare prices. Took 2 vehicles to Crickets in less than a week for different services, extremely thankful to find this shop.

Was told my rear brakes are at 10%, needed hubcaps, and needed wheel bearings. I don't have hubcaps on my car, brakes had 6 months minimum left, and wheel bearings have no issues. First experience got a used tire and they left a lugnut loose. Up to you if you want to use them.

Any of the mechanics at Crickets are good mechanics! Throughout the years of servicing our cars they have always been fair with price & quick with service, & very nice! They can fix anything!

They claim to care about Veterans but this here Veteran of active duty Army needed them to take 5 minutes out of their day to write an estimate. My case worker needs 3 estimates in order to cut me a check to pay for repairs to my truck that is not currently operable. I've lived in Ohio all of 5 weeks, 4 spent in a homeless shelter. I've had to miss work, be late, beg strangers for rides all week. Thanks for supporting our Veterans Cricket, NOT! Thank you Sunoco down the road for your estimate, God bless you!

Let's be honest here. We all know you can have friends and family jump on and give your business a 5 star review.. all I can say is don't go here as someone who knows nothing about cars because you will leave with a $1300 bill and 2 months later the same problem as before (bandaid fixes).. also found out I was charged for crap I didn't need in the first place. BUYER BEWARE.

Well my grandpa works there currently. And his son my dad has worked there to i know the owner "cricket" and they are all pretty cool people that work there. I would like to folllow there footsteps and go to school to be a automotive tecnition my dad has lead me up to do that by teaching me somethings. And you should go to them for your car needs...

So far so good... Down to earth. Talk to you like they are your neighbor. Didnt do anything to my car until they called and told us what needed to be done and asked if they could do it.
