This was by far the BEST costumer service experience I ve ever had! From the phone calls to actually going to pick out our new car. Nick was very kind, very respectful, and just an all around joy. The process was very smooth and time efficient. There were so many options to chose from, but we ended up leaving with the perfect car for our family! So excited to be doing business with Advantage Car & Credit moving forward!

Really appreciated Nick's assistance with purchase of my vehicle. I was so...tired just got off work and was reluctant to stop in for the appointment. I expected the process to be much longer than what it actually was. Thank you, for working with me Nick, true blessing. My second vehicle from Advantage, glad I came in, really. The additional staff that was there was pretty cool to.

Makayla went out of her way to make sure I was in a nice, dependable vehicle. Her and Nick stayed till everything was complete and I was on my way. Highly recommend this car lot and these 2 for any vehicle needs you have. Thank you both very much. I love my vehicle.

Super cool place! The workers are kind and adaptive. They seem to really want what s best for you. We were walked through the entire process which was super comforting. Despite coming in super close to them closing they were willing to answer all questions and stay behind late. Allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles and allowed us to take our time. They even filled the tank up before we took off! Very honest and up front. The vehicle is very nice. I ll update if anything changes but so far 10/10 would recommend.

I just recently bought my Jeep Compass from Advantage Car & Credit. It was easy, the sales associate was able to answer all my questions and concerns. It didn't take long at all, and I was driving my new car. They offer some really nice incentives, and their prices are pretty reasonable. If you find yourself in need of a new car, SUV, or Truck, I would go check out Advantage Car & Credit. They have several dealerships.

genuinely the worst car experience i could have had for my first car. I required a $2000 down payment apparently on a 2014 dodge, though i had average credit score. We agreed on a contract where there would be no deductible, though not only did they still make pay a $500 deductible when i hit an animal on the highway, but they also made me pay for the $400 towing fee. The tow that they initiated on their own, without asking me where to. it towed an hour away from me . they did fix my car, which took 2 months, though it was like brand new. if you have to deal with a man named Preston, just call it a loss. my whole family has dealt with him without ANY success only loss. after all of that cleared and everything was fine, i moved was doing okay. i missed 1 payment by less than a week (which i inevitably did pay, but i guess did not matter), they drove across the country to arizona from ohio to tow my car away & said i cannot have it back at all, even though i payed. they have charged me for that tow also. i am now $2000 in debt to them. for missing my first payment since i got the car by less than a week, with communication on why. i thought to maybe take legal action though in their contract they make you sign an agreement not to take lawful action. this is only my bad experience with them, my parents, & especially my brother ( who they sold a brand new car to without oil & it blew up a 3 days after & then charged him for the price of the car). i would not recommend this place to get a car unless you want a headache for 6 months.

Makayla and Nick were very polite and helpful in my car buying experience. Makayla did everything she could do to help me get approved and on the right track to get the keys to my Chevy Cruze! I bought a car here and enjoyed the entire experience. The whole process was quick and easy. I found the car I wanted but it was at another location, by the time I got off work it was at the dealership in New Carlisle ready for me to look at. I was in and out of there and driving away in my new car in under an hour. They were able to work with my credit and found me payments that I could afford. I wish I could remember the salesman s name because he took good care of me.

First off Nick is amazing. I bought a chevy Equinox from this place. Within the first 3 days it had no oil in it. I call Perston, Perston tells me to take it to Tire discounters in Bevercreek. They did a dye test on it told me to drive it for a week and bring it back so they can see where the oil is leaking from. I took it back to tire discounters and was told it was leaking from the oil pan. They fixed that for free. But within 2 weeks or so my car was making a noise so I checked the oil, much to my Surprise it was out of oil again.i call Preston again and I was told I needed to take it back to tire discounters. Took the car back at this point I was told it needed a rear main seal. And because it needed a rear main seal it needed a new motor. My boyfriend at the time ( a Mechanic for midas) told Daryl the manager at tire discounters he was stupid it didn't need a motor it had an oil Consumption issue. At that time the Manger was rude started to tell so my boyfriend did to. The Manger tossed me my keys and looked at me and told me he hated my boyfriend and to take my car somewhere else. So I called Preston and told him what happen. Preston then told me I will have to wait a couple weeks to get into triple a. My car went to triple a. Was then told it had an oil Consumption issue. Even tho I have a lifetime warranty on my car that I paid for they will not cover my car. Nick was trying to get them to do a Mechanical trade in. Never heard back. Preston then called me and told me that they can get it fixed but I have to pay 1200 or more for them to fix my car that under warranty. And on top of that all the parts are on back order. So I asked Preston what happen If my car blows up before parts come in. I was then told that is was noted my car had an oil Consumption issue. In my eyes that means they will not cover it. So now I am stuck paying on a car160 a week. Plus I have to buy 2 to 3 GALLONS of oil a month. Can't drive the car that far because it might run out of oil. This place is a joke. I would never let any of my friends or family buy a car from this place. They need to fix the issues. This is sad that a company will to this to people..

This company is a joke. Please do not buy a car from these people. It will break down constantly and they will repo it from the repair shop if you don t make one payment. I would rather buy a car from a homelessPerson at a junk yard than ever deal with this joke of a company again.

Can't say enough good things about the location in new Carlisle specially Makayla she was AMAZING. She helped me find a car in my budget and even tho it was not on their lot she put me in one of the other cars on the lot and I was able to go pick my SUV up. I spent hours in her office and she did everything she possibly could to make sure I got into a vehicle I loved. Thank you guys so much.

I hope all your locations burn to the ground don t take google review for anything they won t sell you a car unless you leave them 5 stars and then the brake caliper will fall off not even 24hrs later place is the worst dealership in state of Ohio

Josh was great with helping select a vehicle, worked hard on getting a good payment to accommodate limited monthly income. All the time we spent doing paperwork Zack was prepping the vehicle for driving off the lot. Great guys with great knowledge.
