Always kind when I go in. This time I needed to dump car oil. Never done that before. They pointed me in the right direction and did my thing and I was off. Now when I change my cars oil I can go dump it when done. Noore setting around the house.

I always have a good experience here. Today was great. Terry went way beyond the call of duty when replacing a rear wiper blade that was a real bear to change. He went the extra mile to find a particular tool to get the job done expertly. Highly recommend.

Needed to dispose of oil and filters from changing my oil. They let you dump oil, but will not take the filter which doesn't really help me that much. I rolled down the street to autozone and they took the filters, so as such, I will be going there from now on.Credit where credit is due, the staff was great, place seemed clean, but the service I need is simply not provided here.

Normally do not post anything bad but had to say it, just one extremely rude employee who apparently was inconvienced half before they close since he was cleaning where I was buying things, they have good products and decent prices but after that I decided to hit auto zone instead and will probably not be back.

Advanced Auto has been a staple in New Carlisle for nearly 20 years. They are always polite. They know what they're talking about. and, if, for some reason didn't know - someoneelse would or would be getting to the bottom of it. Thank you for all of your years of aid in maintaining our vehicles'

Ok for what you need if they have it. Had to pay 6 dollars shipping for a 3 dollar part that got ordered in store and is being delivered to the store.

Never have common parts in stock, they try to tell you your car needs this or that more expensive part when it does not to make more commission. Go to autozone
