Alex and Paul welcomed me with open arms and had me in and out for an oil change in a mind blowing 10 minutes! They were all super friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I also enjoyed was there was no pressure sales on anything extra! They just politely asked if I needed wipers, or anything additional looked at of concern. Topped off all my fluids and performed a safety check, and had me on my way. Thank you so much for the smooth morning visit!

Great service! My go to place to get my oil changed. The drive in is perfect and I ve never had to wait. They always make sure you know what you re getting up front and go the extra mile to make sure you re getting great service. Highly recommended! Ethan helped me out with my oil change :)

I had a very good experience. The customer service was excellent and the mechanics knew what they were doing. I had an oil change and cabin filter replacement. Paul, my technician, was clear and concise while communicating. He was clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. Everyone there was friendly and ready to strike up conversations while they were working. Overall I had a great experience.

I was welcomed by Ethan and Paul. These two guys did a great job they were both very professional and did a fast job changing my oil. You should be happy you have them two representing your business. Please let them know they did a great job! They just earned a customer for life. I will highly recommend your business. You should close those overhead doors because it gets cold sitting in your car and is not the best working conditions.

Ethan took care of me today and was super friendly & efficient. He walked me through pricing & issues to keep an eye on but didn t pressure me into a higher priced oil change like all the other shops! Also offered me a bottle of water or coffee while I waited. In and out in less than 15 mins. Awesome experience and will be back again!

Story time: went in for a routine oil change for my Honda HR-V. Mechanics do an inspection of the vehicle while you're there. Found a transmission leak and suggested I look into getting it fixed at some point. Was able to bring it into the Honda dealership this morning and got the transmission replaced *20* miles before the warrantee expired. Y'all saved me $3,500. Thank you.

I had an early appointment in Columbus and after my dr. Appt my tire was nearly flat. I drove to Express Oil and was lucky to meet Alex. He immediately started helping me with my tire problem. Alex pumped up the tire, got the truck in to look for the leak, repaired the side turn signal light and did an inspection. He did all this in a very professional way, and I felt lucky to meet him. I met another person and he was also very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this place to any of my family and friends. They helped me in a big jam and did so with complete kindness and helpfulness. Again thank you Express Oil for hiring Alex at this location. Great job

Very good experience, think I found my new service place!The main reason I appreciated the service is the techs were honest (which I feel is seriously lacking in other local service shops). I had questions about which oil to use, and the tech ran through the different options with me and based on my vehicle and mileage which one they'd use if it was their car. After the service they told me what they'd seen, and potential service points to watch for in future based on that. Info I don't feel i'd get from other shops that I really appreciate!

Such a great experience at Express Oil Change this afternoon. My car had been stolen earlier in the year and I am not 100% sure what needs done after all the repairs. Paul, my technician was very helpful in ensuring that I got the services I needed and make sure that my car was in working condition. Thank you very much for the help today

I cannot say enough about this place! 10 minutes in and out, no joke. Super friendly. Came right out before I even parked to ask me the services I needed. Impeccable bathroom - even feminine products available! I live an hour away but I ll make it a point to stop in when I m in the area every three months - thanks for the service, Remmy! You da man.

Great experience, the technician called me the day before my appointment to confirm the services that I requested. The next day, the technician explained to me the reason why my car does not need the service: transimission fluid change which was quoted as needed by the dealer. This saves me around $400. The technician is so knowledgable and I really appreciated!

I dig it.Have had a handful of oil changes here. Staff is always friendly and gets me in and out quick. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to patch for $35. Thumbs up. Convenient spot in New Albany near Aldi

Came in during the evening for an oil change before a road trip on a rainy day and Remy and Alex were friendly and cheerful. Pulled me right into the bay and they got to work. A+ customer service, very up front about everything they were doing as they did their checks.
