Cheapest price, friendly service and very knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend! We go here every single time we need parts! They are by far the best automotive part store in the area and actually in southeast Ohio! Give them a shot and you'll never go anywhere else!

It's Advance, service is always great, however, this location can be slow at times to the point of just going to a different location. Parts here are also not always in stock for common vehicles and Basic Quality parts. Almost always only have the Gold or Platinum quality parts, and those can even be limited at this location.

Definitely a good choice to put an automotive store in a little town, if they got it than great but if not than they'll try ordering it for you so you can buy it at another date. The cashier always helps us or at least tries to figure out the problem. He hooked my car up to a code reader to find out why my engine light was on which was very convenient.

Every time I go there they are very helpful and informative. David has helped me a few times now and he is very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and explained things to me. I give this place 5 stars!

They always help me and answer my questions. I recently was told something was in stock and it was a mistake (happens everywhere all the time!!) And he discounted a higher priced item due to it. They are helpful and try to help you.Another showed me how to get to my headlights from my tire area. I do recommend them.

I don't really care much for this part store. I have only came across 2 people down there that are willing to help an actually know what the are talking about. The otheres just run their pie holes, not knowing what in the world the are talking about. The only reason this store was rated so high by me was due to the 2 knowledgeable people working there. Otherwise it would have been just one star...

I ve been here twice now and both times, the service was amazing. The first time, I had coolant issue and they found the type, resolved the issue instantly. Now, today, we went in with what we thought was a battery issue, they checked the battery, the accelerator, and determined it was a starter issue. There s no pressure to buy and the staff knows what they re talking about.

Well stocked and helpful staff but rather pricey unfortunately. I recommendchecking local junk yards or even Auto Zone first. $149 for a battery is ridiculous when McKee's has them for $35 a piece. Cost doesn't equal the quality.

Jon M is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very helpful by explaining things to me so I could understand what I needed and why. He's a great salesman... He deserves a raise... Oh, and a promotion!!

There s one manager there that is flat out an ass! Always has an attitude. Stood in line waiting to get my battery tested for 35 minutes. While he waved other ppl in front of me. So finally got the the register and told him what I needed, he told me your gonna have to wait 30 more minutes because your not buying anything. Needless to say advanced auto on east st street got my $120 for a new battery.

The cashier I had was extremely rude and wouldn't show me how to put the headlight bulb in because it was 8:49 and they closed at 9. When asked if I could barrow a wrench to take out the headlight assembly, I was told "we don't have one laying around for you" by the cashier. A young blonde told me to ride a mile down the street to a garage and they could do it for me which they did for free, that's the only reason this place is getting 2 stars from me.

Well... I needed to recharge my ac and was trying to fill the high side vs. the low side. Thought I needed an adaptor of sorts. Asked the employee for an assist only to learn he was not aware of the solution either as he tried to connect to the high side that wouldn't fit. (for good reason) I went elsewhere and learned the ropes and took care of it myself, no adaptor needed, just had to locate and plug into the correct port.

My tire was completely flat & all the air compressors at the gas stations are out if service and Dillon came out and helped me air up my tire! Great service. Thank you!

Love the rain dance window washing fluid...For winter heavy frost helps clear windows so much faster... good people so helpful in the Nelsonville store too.

Clean, orderly, easy access, covid conscious, friendly staff, pleasant experience unlike the town/community surrounding the store that is very run down, in disrepair, could use some competent management in street repair dept.

I own an older SUV and they refused to install the battery because it's not located under the hood so in my head I'm thinking just how many suv actually have the battery under the hood seemed petty I called the athens location and they said it shouldn't be a problem but that has always been my experience with this location poor customer service and receiving the wrong part half the time by the there was a customer who was doing just that exchanging a headlight that apparently listed wrong in there system

Every time you go in or call in they say they do not have the part you are looking for or that they can't order it.Best advice-look the part # up yourself and walk in or call in with it.

A car battery cost me 185 dollars.rack and pinion over 400 found it knew on eBay less than200 knew not real satisfied.customer service was good
