After dealing with a very stressful situation all I wanted was for things to go smoothly. I was 100 miles away from home and unfamiliar with the area. When Nate showed up with the rollback everything seemed to get a little better. I was unsure of where to have my vehicle towed to and as it turns out they also do repairs. We were then towed to their place of business, Nate and Dan both worked on the vehicle and we were back on the road within few short hours and able to continue our trip. They were very friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

if i could give zero stars i would had theses guys tow my truck from a blown head gasket and they broke my brake line and said will im not replacing it its a 20 year old truck. never had an issue with the brakes before and they cant even own up to a 20 dollar brake line that they broke you can see where they put there hook and broke it. then they said well if you drive it over here they will fix it??????????????????????? how with a blown head gasket and a broken line nice guys glad to see you take care of people when you break there stuff will NEVER USE THESES GUYS EVER AGIAN!

Couldn't be happier. I called for a dumpster on Labor Day weekend (spur of the moment), and they were there, within an hour to deliver our roll-off. Great customer service. Reasonably priced, and we have it for a month, not just a week! Highly recommend.

Just got the front end of my truck blasted with mud and gravel coming off one of their trucks hauling a dumpster down the highway. This is totally NOT okay! Just because you operate your business on public roadways does not give you the right to damage others property! I will be inspecting my truck after an upcoming meeting and hold this company liable for any damage.

I called the shop to get two tires mounted. They said $15 each. After mount and balance they snuck in a $20 fee to rotate tires. Very shady! $30 bill turned into $56 bill. Be up front about your prices.

I've used Luthi's towing services since I've opened my car lot in Brewster a few years ago. They've always been prompt and on-time when I needed them. Response time is top notch! High recommend them!

We are very satisfied with Litho's.I hit a deer on 17 the St South of Massillon.The tow truck arrived promptly.Driver very professional. Will definitely call again if I have need of a tow!!!

Great towing and repair facility. Staff if always helpful, especially Dan. Dan always goes out if his way to help. Dan's very friendly, loves what he does. This is always my first call for towing/recovery and repair needs.

My car wouldn't start after work, and they were there not twenty minutes after I called. Thirty minutes later, I'm back home. The driver was amazing, and the entire experience was a lot less stressful than it really should have been.

they have excellent customer service especially specially Nate there's been several times that I've been in a bind or pickle and I need my car towed or worked on or just as simple flat he does a hundred and 110% enemies all around friendly a good with the little AKA children

I used one of their rental dumpsters. Very friendly and accommodating. I would use them again. And I highly recommend Luthi's.
