I should ve give 0 star if there was an option.These guys are lazy. They don t want to work. I have been delaying every time saying you will be called in 30 minutes. They don t deserve to work here. They don t respect other person s time. As we truck drivers we bound to work limited hours but nobody cares. The authorities should take strict action against them otherwise nobody will ever give them any business.

I had a disappointing experience at truck care department. Despite being the only customer, I had to wait excessively for assistance with my tire issue. The service was rushed and subpar. I do not recommend this shop to anyone due to their slow service and lack of professionalism

Ben, David and Morgan were amazing in how they took care of my pm. Morgan went above and beyond to call me later and let me know that my company took care of the payment.

Full service on truck only took about an hour only problem was I bought a second Harley from across the street while waiting. You may not want to stop here if you are a Harley guy or gal.

If you don't have upwards of 5 hours to get a tire changed, then stay away from this place. Petro right across the street is much faster.

Arrived at 1700 to have trailer brakes adjusted. 1 truck in front of me. 1930, I called to check on status and was told they were doing paperwork now. The trailer doesn't get fixed until the day crew comes on. Day crew is great. My experience there was not.

Laziest mechanic ever on 07/28/23 I came to make a regeneration my truck the young mechanic was so lazy to work he was pretending it s not possible to regen bla bla , after I argued with him than he found out that is possible to make a regen

I called speedco to see if they serviced Apu's. The girl that answered the phone said yes they do. I asked her about how long to get it in the shop, she told me about 45 minutes. So I headed down there. When I got there they told me it would be about 2 1/2 hours. So I decided to wait. Three hours later they got me in. I wanted all filters changed, and the belt. Long story short,I got an oil change, and oil filter. The mechanic told me they don't really do Apu's. What! No air filter, no fuel filter, or no belt. To top it off they charged me an extra $30 because they had to send out for the oil filter. Then when he got done the cover was not put back on properly, so I had to reinstall it.

Went for trailer lights issue in first week of Feb in the middle of snow storm, I was made wait for 4-5 hours and paid 400USD but the lights were still not fixed at end of 5 long hours. Then, I was told sorry, please take it to trailer shop and no refund as labour worked for your trailer.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

To the team that worked the morning of 1-6-2021 thank y'all so very much. Helped me out of a pickle I put myself into with my frozen parking brakes, was able to get a load to my home in N.C. did not catch the names and I'm sorry can't give a personal shout out but y'all should know who you are. Worst company i have ever done business with called them out for roadside service to replace one tire the gentleman they sent out had no knowledge of what to do after 3-1/2 hours he took our rim to the shop because he damaged the new tire he was putting on then it took another 4 hours for that meanwhile some of my crew members had to wait on a back country rd for 7 hours cost me over $1,400 for one tire plus the 7 hours I had to pay my employees for waiting very rude and disrespectful employees working at the office when I would call to get a update no professionalism what so ever I was misled on the original estimated quoteService: Tires

Came for an oil change and I was told to wait an hour. I said that it was fine the wait. Now, I've been waiting for almost four hour and nothing yet. This place is a joke.
