This is a late post of my first truck from James Wagner at Snyder GM. It was a pandemic purchase, and they were one of the only dealers who didn t participate in price gouging. This says a lot about their integrity, and ultimately why we continue coming back. Thank you for your honesty, we need more dealers like you!

Jeff, the salesman who helped me through the buying process, was absolutely great. He was very informative along with flexible and understanding of my schedule. I genuinely enjoyed dealing with him. And everyone at Snyder treated us with respect and was very transparent and honest about everything. I cannot recommend them more highly for your car buying needs. I've dealt with shady and pushy salesman at other places recently. Jeff was just the breath of fresh air I needed. Thank you all for being so great.

This is our 2nd truck from Snyder GM. They initially did not have the truck we wanted, and went the extra mile to locate an AT4 with all the options. James Wagner and his team are some of the best in the business. You have a customer for life!

Would definitely recommend Snyder Buick GMC. James was so knowledgeable about the Cadillac Escalade that we purchased, was able to answer every question that we had, and we are thankful that he was not a high-pressure guy like others that we have experienced in the past at other dealerships. James had our Escalade sitting out front with a very large red bow on top as this was a birthday present from my husband. That little extra touch was so cute and very appreciated. The purchase process was so easy. We signed a few papers, wrote a check, and we were on our way! The guy who worked with us on this process (unfortunately we forgot his name) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was perfect!

I really enjoyed my first experience ordering and purchasing a new vehicle with the help of the great folks at Snyder GMC. A specific shout out to Allan Witte, the sales rep I worked with. He was very helpful in answering any questions I had and offering great advice and suggestions about ordering a new Sierra. I ve spoken to multiple dealerships about purchasing a 2024 Sierra Denali and about four of them had misleading information about unnecessary add ons that I wasn t interested in which lead my journey to discovering Snyder Buick GMC dealership. My first encounter was on the phone with Salesman John. He was so knowledgeable, patient & professional with all my questions and he even gave me his personal number if I had any more questions or concerns. John was very responsive when I sent him text messages about maybe making a purchase and he wasn t aggressive about coming in for a test drive or putting money down right away to hold the vehicle. I came in a couple days before me and John s appointment to view my possible new truck in person and I was greeted by John s Boss the Manager Joe. Joe was on his way out to leave for the day but decided to stay until they closed to show me my maybe new truck. Joe also answered all my questions and showed me things that I didn t know about the truck. So, I decided to come in a couple days later to make the big purchase. On the big day, Salesman John communicated with me in the morning through text and a couple of phone calls just to make sure that everything would go smoothly for our set appointment. I brought my wife and kids with me to come bring home the new addition to the family. The finance manager wasn t aggressive about selling me anything extra and was very understanding about me not being interested in buying the add ons. We were in and out the dealership in about 30 minutes with my new truck clean, gassed up, warm in the inside and ready to go. Everyone at the Snyder dealership was so down to Earth, professional and kind. The Manager Joe, the finance representative Michael and our great Salesman John. I highly recommend this dealership and thank you for a great buying experience!!!! Todd K

I have historically bought GM vehicles from the dealerships in the city I live in but have become disappointed in the vehicle options and the customer service. When Snyder came up in my 50 mile radius and the quality of pre-owned vehicles I was willing to check them out.When I contacted them on the phone it was a good experience, specifically they sought to understand what I was looking for and then they stayed focused on those options that fell into the interest area. When I visited in person the sales team was professional and straight forward. It was obvious that they worked with each customer as though you might be their next door neighbor.On my second visit the sales person made sure to confirm my planned time for the visit so he could be available as soon as I showed up. Not only was he ready but he also had the financing team ready for me and then was ready and able to set me up in the vehicle and help me set up the accessories. It has been a long time since I worked with a team that delivers the personal touch.

I called multiple dealers looking for information on ordering a Yukon. The other dealerships transferred me and sent me to voicemail. Then when I did get ahold of someone they wanted to answer my questions via text. When I called Snyder Auto Group Aaron Thomas answered the phone. He was friendly personable and answered many of the questions that I had within minutes. He needed to get more information on a few of my questions but called me back within the hour. At that point I knew that this was the dealership I wanted to purchase my new vehicle from. He made us feel like we were number one on his list. We went in within a few days and ordered our vehicle. They had a long time staff member retire during that time frame but the rest of the team picked up and handled every aspect of our sale perfectly even with a UAW strike! When we went in to pick up our Yukon Denali Aaron spent a lot of time explaining all of the features of the Yukon and how to use them. Joe was there offering support and Michael from finance was awesome! Everything went so smooth and they honestly treated us like family. We won t buy a new vehicle from anyone else!

I just completed the buy out of my leased 2021 Buick Encore GX. Allan Witte has been my salesman from the time I leased my first Encore a few years ago. He is so professional, patient and understanding. I was not sure what I wanted to do so Allan walked me thru the pros and cons of keeping my current lease or looking for another 2024 automobile. There are conveniences on this 2021 that I could not get on the current Encore GX and be able to stay in my price range. He looked all around trying to find a car to suit my needs but could not. He was so kind to me as I went thru the decision process. I truly appreciate and respect Allan. I have dealt with Snyders since buying my very first car in 1964 at the age of 19 - a Chevy ll Super Sport convertible. A really cool car. There were many purchases to follow that one. Thank you Allan and thank you Snyder Buick GMC. I will be coming in for service on my car you can be sure. Kindness and professionalism abounds at Snyders.

I found what I wanted online and traveled two hours to Snyder's to check it out. Nick was on the spot with the information and a great attitude, and he and Phillip worked a contract that met all my needs. It was a great experience and I would recommend heading to Napoleon if you're looking for your next car. Well worth the trip and I drove home with a smile on my face, both because of the truck, and they way I was treated.

Bought a used car with low mileage and the parking assist light came on told them I wouldn't buy the car unless they fixed it, they assured me it would get fixed. that was over six months ago and problem still here it's even gotten worse. I was very excited about buying a GM car because all of my GM rentals were pretty good cars that I have used. now they are telling me that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, and they are basically done working on it. they have had the car in the shop longer than I have owned the car I do agree they let me use a rental car the whole time it's been in the shop with no cost. but now I am stuck with a 30,000-dollar vehicle that has problems I am afraid to let my kids ride in the car just in case something happens while driving it. Normally I don't bash businesses, but I wasted a lot of money for this vehicle that could have went other places.
