Took my car into get fixed because it was shaking ,they rotated back tires to front and put used ones on, replaced a tie rod end, and did an alignment. The day I got my car back was may 20th the shaking did not entirely stop and continued to get worse. Assumed maybe my Caliper was dragging or brakes were sticking, then yesterday, April 12th I went to put my new front brakes and we find this. Now I give them the courtesy of saying the customer service was pleasant and they got me in quickly. But this is not okay that they missed this or it was intentionally ignored. I will now have to buy a new tire because it wore unevenly as well as pay for another alignment.

I support this business 100 percent. Josh stayed after hours to diagnose my car (I was in town for just four days), found the problem, had the part overnighted, and it was fixed shortly after.Josh was very responsive to the situation I was in, and yet charged a very reasonable price. Being from out of town, one tends to be aware advantage could be taken of the situation, but he did not. I'm very grateful for his good and ethical work. I highly recommend!

I went in thinking I needed my brakes done. First I was seen immediately upon calling. Secondly it turned out my brakes are fine. Josh checked my brakes and they were ok. I wasn't charged for the inspection either. Not knowing much about car repair I was at the mercy of the mechanic. The honest opinion that my brakes were in good condition shows that Reynolds Tire is an honest business owner. I will be having any repairs needed done here. You should too. The rates are affordable as well.

amazing, friendly service!!! reasonable prices. I needed a used tire, and they are the only place that had one! they were able to work me into the schedule, on short notice. I will definitely go back for other work I need done!

Stopped in in hope of finding a tire after not having luck at other places in town. Thankfully Josh has a nice selection of used tires and could help me out of my bind and at a reasonable price. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic service at beyond competitive pricing. This will be where I take my car from now on. Clean work, fast service, professional communication. Fixed a window motor and will returning to get struts done!

Great place always a wait but worth it he does not scam or over charge he is honest and a great place to get ur car fixed he has even delivered my car to me when I was in a pickle . He loves my kia soul lol

Always top of the line work.
