Had the misfortune of dealing with a serious engine issue in August with my 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special while on the Eway on my way to the gym. Had my Road Glide initially towed to another dealership... But they would not honor my ESP, (Extended Service Plan) so I then reached out to Napoleon Harley Davidson extremely stressed and bummed! Within maybe 10 minutes of giving them the vin they verified all my information and then informed me they would not have any problem honoring my ESP if after they looked at my bike... I was in a position to use it! Long story short, my engine was scrap, along with a few other parts.... And everything was covered by my ESP! They made this process very very painless... Replacing my motor and getting me back on the road before the end of the season! And they called me periodically throughout the whole process to give me updates and the like!!! I was extremely impressed with this dealership.... As I have not had the best dealings with a few of the other Harley-Davidson Dealerships in my local area! Thanks alot to Ms Tammy, Reese, Jeremy and Greg!! Was my supreme pleasure dealing with you all... And my wife and I are looking forward to spending more money here because you all most certainly know how to treat your customers!!

The short story, after 3 other Harleys (purchased from other dealers) I settled on the Touring line. Not the latest model as we can see but top of the line for that engine series. After I had the bike for a few days I noticed an rather dangerous defect and some other features that did not function as expected. . I took the bike back and explained the situation to the sales manager and service manager. About 3 weeks later the bike was (complicated diagnostic issues) returned to me. Nearly 2K in parts and labor at no charge to me. I am not sure if that is 'policy' among other dealers to some 'as is' may be just that. Five out of five stars, very satisfied with the sales and service.

Hey Johnny thanks for the parts and the informative conversation . I drove damn near 3 hours to get what I needed but it was worth it next time I get out there I'm gonna be on my bike. I can't remember everybody's name but the lady in the clothing depart, And another salesman on the floor I believe his name was Bryce, I see you guys again, Thanks.....

Was called by a salesman about a bike back in July. Returned his call took till late September to early October to actually return my call. Guess selling a new bike is not that important to them. Had me sold on the Rg ultra limited, but lack of communication definitely sunk this deal like the Titanic!

They had pictures with Santa, Harley Legos, Xmas arts and crafts and a pancake breakfast. The grandkids had a blast and so did we. Not to mention my daughter Taylor works in sales so if your looking for your 1st bike or your next go see her for a great deal and buying experience!

Our experience with Harley dealerships has always been good but the people at Napoleon s Harley Davidson were stellar!! The service department went above and beyond to get us fixed up & back on the road after an unexpected situation. Thanks again for your awesomeness!!

Update from my last review. Picked up my bike today and it was dirty. The air cleaner had not been touched from the service. Then I noticed something wrong with my handle bars. They must of used some chemical on the bars and destroyed the paint. I asked the guy about it. He told me it couldn't of been them and wasn't their problem. So a pair of 400 dollar bars was ruined and no one could tell me why. The customer service here is terrible and all they care about is taking your money. Unless you want to have to fix your bike after they work on it go somewhere else!

I purchased my bike from here. They were on one of the only dealerships willing to deal a little. I also use their service department for my services. Their service department is second to none everyone is friendly I feel like I am getting exactly what I paid for easy to get into when you take your bike in at a scheduled time it goes right in great place. They will get first chance at the next bike I buy

Really nice inside, love the "museum" in front, great people. Was just bummed this visit due to not having any dealership shirts. Would have been 5 star if I could get a shirt.

3 trips to Napoleon HD still not fixed. The worst experience. We drive every time from Toledo because someone said the shop was good. Takes forever to get repaired and is not fixed. Within minutes of the ride home, and I m following in our pickup all electrical stops working. 3 trips. Don t go there. Might have a good sales department that can talk you into anything, but the service department doesn t know what they are doing! If I could give - stars I would.

Took my bike for a Dyno and they found other issues. Got my bike back and rode it to Biloxi Mississippi. The bike road perfectly, totally enjoyable and I credit Napoleon Harley-Davidson... thank you.

On my way to Sturgis broke down in Toledo on Saturday was referred to Napoleon Harley Davidson they were incredibly helpful and great to work with took my bike in on Sunday had it already to go Monday afternoon. Unfortunately never made it to Sturgis but did get back to Boston without issues Tim the master mechanic is definitely on top of his game . Although I was thinking about trading up while there we couldn't come to an agreement but all in all good and honest people to do business with.

Best HD shop in NWO! Staff is friendly and helpful! Lots of history in the walk through time capsule. It's definitely worth a visit! Super easy access off of Rt24.

I had originally bought my Street Glide from Napoleon Harley Davidson but sold it prior to the loan being completed. I purchased GAP insurance at the time of the sale and after selling it I filled out the paperwork for a GAP refund in their dealership which is an hour from my home. They told me at the time it takes about 6 weeks to receive the check. That was the middle of June. I waited almost 8 weeks before I called to inquire as to where the refund was. I talked to a gentleman in finance and he said he'd have to look into it and give me a call back. He didn't. I waited 5 days for a return phone call before calling again. When i did call back I was told the finance gentleman had to take his child to the doctor and was out. I left my name and number again. I waited another 4 days for a call back which i never received before calling again. When I called that time I was told the finance gentleman was with a customer and after giving my name and number yet again I never received a call back. The next day I called again and was told he was not in. I could leave my name and number. I refused and asked to speak to the general manager. I was told they were not available and I said I wanted to talk to someone in charge. Finally spoke to a Mike from sales who promised me he'd call me back on Monday with ananswer as to where my refund was. He did call me on Monday and said they could mail the check or I could pick it up. Since I had such a hard time even getting to this point I wasn't taking any chances with lost in the mail stuff so I said I would pick it up on Thursday. I came in Thursday and waited for close 30 minutes because they had to print the check.When they were getting money from me a few years ago they were all over that customer service but a totally different experience getting money back from them. So beware purchasing anything you may want a refund for in the future from them.

I was traveling trough the small town of Napoleon, OH. Parked my truck at the Petro and walked over to the Harley dealership. I had zero plans to buy anything much less a bike for the simple fact I live all the way in North Carolina but they had a Road Glide 3 that I've been looking for that is extremely hard to get. After checking about delivery and everything with numbers, I bought the RG3. These guys are awesome and made me feel welcomed. They worked with me and talked me through everything to make everything a breeze. Thank you, Mike and Nepoleon Harley Davidson, for everything and getting me my dream bike!!!

Great sales floor. Wonderful museum as you walk through the front door. A very large selection of items and clothing. The sales staff was very kind and helpful. Will be stopping by and shopping there each time we pass through the area.

Very nice facility, staff all treated me like family. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I even had a 15 minute conversation with the owner and had no idea he was the owner until someone else told me afterwards. Full service shop, and riding academy. Really nice dealership that offers anything you could need.

My husband purchased an ultra limited CVO from here two years ago, his bike is under warranty and has been at Napoleon Harley over six months, waiting on warranty work, on the engine! Every time we call the date gets pushed back They are unapologetic, and uninformative We will not be coming back, once we get our bike back .
