Their prices are sketchy and also had them look at my vehicles heating. Turns out it's under my glove box, the part is 34 dollars for cheap. And to replace it seemed was basically unplugging it and undoing 3 screws.They wanted 225.

I messaged John Sunday evening for a Toyota Prius key fob programming and he said he could do it Monday. I told him I worked at the hospital and got off at 4:30 pm and would have it towed by AAA. He made no mention of closing at 5:30. Monday came, left work at 430 called AAA and they gave me a time frame till 7pm. I messaged him immediately and he said just have it dropped off, we close at 5:30 and I will do it Tuesday. Tuesday comes I leave at 4:30 and message him that I am picking up my mom and will be there approximately 5:15. No return messages. I pull in parking (he is sitting at the desk inside), I walk in and my phone dings because I received a message from him saying it did not work. He then tells me he just messaged me that it did not work and tells me my keys were garbage and they won't program. The way he acted was not only unprofessional, but shady and made me question his integrity. My car had to set there another night to get towed the next day to a locksmith that knew what he was doing and had no issues at all programming both key fobs. Now when I got my car back the whole dash was not working (worked fine before all of this). Then when the fuses were checked, my dash fuse was pulled out and put back in the wrong spot. Very shady place and I would NOT recommend going here for anything especially work done to a vehicle when they can't even put a fuse back in the right spot. Not to mention I'm not real sure why they would have pulled the fuse to begin with unless they messed something up and in turn told me they couldn't program so I would not see the issue while it was still on their property.

I have used John's Auto Services for years. He is honest and trustworthy. Qualified local, independent mechanics are becoming hard to find, and I'll be very disappointed if he ever decides to retire.

I cannot express enough how thankful i am. I needed my commercial truck fixed ASAP and they towed it and fixed it within two days. Thank you so much bad water pump.

We didn t actually use this business, but we tried. I had heard nothing but good things about this place, and their prices are good. They damaged our car and tried to cover it up with paint. Number is cracked piece hanging off scratches! Then they apply white paint(poorly) to cover it up?!?? Are you kidding me?!?! Absolutely ridiculous! They will also refuse to even acknowledge your warranty, and they were extremely rude on the phone. If you have a warranty of any kind, stay away. The first place we called after them said warranties were no problem, so the $1200 that would have gone to John s now goes elsewhere. What a bummer!

I took my truck there to get a quote for an entire new exhaust system. They came out and looked the truck over and said they would get me a quote. They never ever called me back. On a different occasion I needed my truck towed 2 miles from my house to their shop and they wanted $90 for that two mile tow. Ridiculous! I ended up going elsewhere. I don t trust their business practices or their employees

Johnnisnthebbest mechanic I have ever had fix my vehicles. He is always kind, quick, and does a great job. His employees Nate amazing and work just as hard and well as he does.

Nicest man named John was there when I took my van to shop. Me a woman scared of mechanics as I have always been told as a woman they often take advantage of us. I talked with this soft spoken man whom said he would have a look at van for me. It was a broke motor mount. They fixed my van and charged me the bare minimum!! I very much appreciate it and as soon as I can come up with 95$ will have them do the testing to figure out my abs light. They have this thingy they can plug in and tell everything that is wrong so they can properly fix it and not be guessing and fixing things that aren't broken. When I picked up the van the younger man in office could not have been a diner example of customer service. He was so kind and polite. I would recommend John's Auto Service to all and anyone but for ladies especially. You will not be disappointed. Thank you John's for teaching me mechanics are not what society taught me!

Went there few months ago had ball joints an few other things done got car back a couple of weeks later an was making loud squeaking noise took it back he said couldn t find anything wrong with it he said it was ok too drive noise got worse in which I paid him lotta money too do the work 2cd time took back making louder noise I asked him if it could be faulty ball joint he said no they was replaced I then took to another mechanic in morrow they said ball joint was not greased when put on new these kind require greased which had fitting for I took back showed John he said it came like that an ordered me out him an his son escorted me out or was goina call police he then stated I m a dangerous man he is actually a bad person an business man him an son beware they do not stand by there work bad place I ve now heard from many people shady business operation

They've worked on my car twice now and both times they did amazing work. They put in a new transmission and fixed my exhaust. The price was very affordable and they did excellent work. I will definitely refer my friends here.

When you need auto service, John, Josh, Danny and team are the best. I've been a car/truck owner for 39 years. I've been taking my vehicles to John's since 2009. They been have been taking care of my family's auto service needs for decades. You can trust these guys to get your car back on the road quickly, safely and economically.

John and his team are great.We have 5 cars in our family and they have done something on all of them.Even foreign cars - Volvo and BMW's.The prices are good and the turn around was fast.They just added another location in Morrow.I would highly recommend them

Needed starter replaced. Noticed price was high. Got looking at bill. Before any labor almost 250.00 for starter. Called him on it .he said THEY have to do it that way to quarantee parts..... Part warrants is covered by parts place. He's a dishonest mechanic. U can do better elsewhere. That is why he left south lebanon

We had scheduled a uhaul with another location and at the very last minute they cancelled on us. John's Auto Service seriously saved us. They had a truck right away, and were wonderful to deal with. Would recommend them very highly

I have done business with John's several times with a couple cars, once for towing and another to de-flood my RX-8 and spark plug replacement, in addition to brakes and rotors for my daughter's Eclipse. My son also had his Monte Carlo coolant system repaired with John's. We were both highly satisfied with the services provided. The repairmen will answer any question you may have. I've found that they know just about as much as I do about my temperamental car. I've done a lot of Google research on the flooding problem, and they were highly skilled in understanding my problem. My son was also impressed by the level of knowledge they had about his car. Prices are competitive, too!

I really needed a mechanic and was skeptical about who to trust. They treated me with respect, quoted a very fair price and did a wonderful job on my Santa Fe. No longer have to worry about being taken advantage of. I have found my permanent mechanic!!

Cheap, but make sure you check the work. He didn't put the gasket back around my fuel pump. So, I had to take it back apart because it was spilling gas out. Now it is back to not starting. I thought I found a good mechanic, but I was wrong. He told me to call at a certain time and he would come to my house to look it. I called left a voicemail and am still waiting for the return call. I ended up having to fix my car myself.

My family including myself has used his repairs for at least ten years. At least one visit a year form us and he has never treated us wrong. Once I had to take my car back because they forgot something but I can't hold that against them.

Took my car in for a possible exhaust leak. John claims he drove it around and didn t have the same issues I was having. I paid $100 and my car is still having the same issues.

After being screwed by a national chain (e.g., Midas), I'll never take my car any where else but John's Auto Service. Highly recommend!!!
