Nobody ever wants to hear bad news when it comes to their cars. I give everyone here props to have to deliver that news to anyone, but Brandon at the desk was helpful from my initial phone call to price, the next to schedule, and helped me tremendously as pick up, with the help of Gary. I m not always the easiest to deal with, but thanks

They ordered me a tire after losing one of mine to a pothole. It was in next-day.Got in and out in about 30 minutes, waiting room was nice, workers were polite and professional. Price was a couple bucks cheaper than other places I called. Unfortunately I had to finish the job calibrating the TPMS (2 buttons in the settings, easy for me to do) and cleaning up the tire and rim when I got home.I'd go back.

Amazing!! Staff is friendly and efficient. Helped me swap out a tire after having a flat on the way to my parents. I live 2 hours away so I needed it done before traveling back and they squeezed me in on what I m sure is their busiest day of the week. Thank you!!!

Great location. Had a fairly rare sized tire blow out and had a seized lug that I was unaware of. These guys sacrificed 4 sockets and ultimately got the job done in around 24 hours when other shops would have told me to figure it out on my own. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in need.

0/5 for 2 locations: WARNINGGO ELSEWHERE, PERMANENTLY!!******Record detailed video of the condition of your wheels before handing over the keys******They are liable. Their responsibility is in the details.....carelessness in workmanship, inept managerial oversight, and poor procedural quality control measures.Research and compare the evidence in the photos to other reports of damage during installation of tires and alignment yourself.There will be much more to follow as this is ongoing and shall remain outstanding until a satisfactory resolution is presented.

Tire Monitor System warning signal came on 2 times. Drove the vehicle over to Tire Discounters. Front Desk was great. The guy who put the air in assisted me in knowing where to find how much air is supposed to be in each tire.Thank you for your assistance.

As always, the lobby is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Gary, the store manager explains things well and is trustworthy when it comes to car issues. This is a business that I have used for sometime and will continue to in the future.

While travelling I picked up a nail. They couldn't get me in for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. So, I drove on. It's a five minute repair but they were too busy. I was disappointed.

If your okay with the workers stealing money out of your car, then I highly recommend coming here for your needs! Money that was for our kids xmas gifts at that. They claim they didn't take it but that was the only stop made after pulling out that money. Disgusting and appalling.

I got there late and they got me in had a nail in tire and they fit it . So happy for I had a appointment my daughter for surgery the next morning and didn't want a flat on the way to the hospital . Thanks

We were heading to Michigan for Christmas with a leaky tire and had stopped twice for air. Finally decided we needed to get tires replaced. Was dreading the cost or the wait and thought we wouldn t make Michigan same day. Gary Shrek saw our concern, and his team got us in, patched our tire quickly and didn t charge us. We were so thankful we left them some money. They saved our Christmas. Good, honest people here. They deserve your business.

Always does a great job diagnosing the issue and fixes the problem. Would also like to mention the staff there is very patient and helpful with everything they do. I had an ongoing issue with my spark plugs, and they fixed it within the same day of my drop off. Manager and staff always helpful, will continue to go back.

Mike was extremely helpful. I went in for a basic oil change and desperately needed new tires. He helped me find the right ones and scheduled the service to be done right away. He was very friendly, personable and made me feel comfortable while I waited on my car. He also made sure I received all the rebates I possibly could. Every time I come here the team of people work efficiently to get the job done quick and accurately, not to mention they are trustworthy and I never feel as though they are just trying to take my money. It's a pressure free environment with a friendly staff!

The staff is friendly and honest. The one employee took his time explaining to me what was happening with my vehicle and what I needed to do. I've taken my car to this location several times before for oil changes and have always been treated right.

My service here has always been good but I went in today for a oil change there was 2 men at the front counter ones name said rob he was good. the other was Jason. He was quite rude and got a attitude with another customer that was there for a service. If you guys wanna keep business I would suggest getting rid of that Jason.

Horrible as always been trying to get my alignment for what seems like years now and they can never get it right. Also had a break line blow while they were working on it and I had to change it. Employe was pretty cool and helped me bleed it though.

Dropped off my car for an 11am appointment, for a battery check, service engine check light, a tire alignment and tire pressure sensor. Called the store an hour before closing to adj why my car wasn't ready. I was told my car was next for service and will be done in 25 minutes. My receipt said service fee $50, tire rotation $0, TS check $0. I was on my way home and my Tire sensor warning light came on again. When I called your store and asked why it wasn't fixed I was told that the warning light wasn't on while being serviced. Took another 2 hours off work the next day at your competitor who confirms tire pressure sensor was almost dead. Tire pressure sensor replacement $500. A week after my initial appointment my car battery warning light came and replacement was $200. I'm now 4 months later and engine service light is back on and my catalyst system needs to be replace ($800). When I replace my tires this summer I'm definitely not coming back here. So it seems once I finally get everything fixed you would have lost over $1,500 to your competitor and I could have ended up broken down on the side of the road. I know sometimes staff call off sick but it's absolutely negligent to say you fixed everything when you didn't do anything.

Gary and his team are so great! I was only 30 minutes into a 7 hour road-trip and my splash shield started dragging under my car. I pulled into TD and they took care of me right when they opened at 8am. They were able to screw it back in and did not charge me anything. Thank you guys!

I went to the Monroe Ohio location without an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. I had 4 tires put on with balance and alignment and windshield wipers. Staff was very friendly and service was pretty quick.

Super fast service. I thought I was going to be at the tire shop all day. Chris and the crew had me in and out in less than 45 min ! Tim, the manager was awesome and answered all my concerns. I will definitely be back !

Asked for some air for a low tire, while I was out of town for a soccer tournament the game was at 8am. It was 7:45am. They wouldn't help me or let me use the air hose, because it wasn't 8:00. With so many options, choose someone else.

I had a flat and tire was stuck on the hub and I couldn't get it off to put on the spare. I pulled into Tire Discounters to see if they could remove the tire and put my spare on. The friendly staff said the could but it was lunch when the tire guy comes back he'll take care or it. To my surprise it was done in 20 minutes they had given me a replacement tire, when I asked the cost the gentleman made my month ...no charge! I said really? Excellent guys over there! Thanks so much!

Have gone down hill. Will waste your time/day and have an attitude about it. I will now skip this location. There all very lousy over the phone and in person. Attitude like a fast food workers

Great service and very professional! We were on a long road trip and pulled off for lunch, when we heard a sound coming from one of the wheels. We brought the car over, and these guys took an immediate look to see what might be going on, and while it wasn t clear what the problem was, they verified the tire was fine and managed to do something to get rid of the noise. Did not charge and even refused a tip! We were really grateful to continue on our journey with peace of mind, highly recommended!

The Monroe, Ohio TD installed a set of Continentals on our 2013 Ford Fusion. They didn't take too long, but they sloppily left excess sealant on the tires and wheel edges. They didn't seem particularly friendly or appreciative of my business either (though they weren't hostile). I'm no judge of how well they performed their "free" alignment since I know nothing about the procedure and the printout figures are like another language to me, but the car seems to drive straight.Five months later they installed a set of Continentals on our Challenger. This visit was better in all aspects with none of the previous problems.

The team at this Tire Discounters were great. Had a slow leak while travelling for work, and they were able to fit me in to assess and fix it even though they were completely booked. Thanks again for the awesome service!

Pure clowns....I go in for alignment come out with misdiagnosed vehicle and wheel that was ready to fall off due to lug bolts that weren't even tightened by hand. Service at your own families risk...good luck
