I needed to drop off my car in the morning to have the brakes looked at and possibly fixed and they found a convenient time for me to do so. The brakes needed fixed and were done so within the day for a very reasonable price. Great customer service and good communication. I have been to several mechanics in the area for the same problem with the my car. They each gave me the run around, didn t want to listen to what I said and ultimately charged me for wrong diagnoses. The mechanics here are very professional, listen to what I had to say and were able to fix my car very quickly. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic!

A big thank you to Monroe Auto Repair! I noticed a few days ago my mini van was making the dreaded rotor screech. I m a busy working mom and needed the repair done today as it is my only day off. I called a little after 1pm and was told to drop it off. They repaired it within an hour and half, at a fair price and I was back on the road. I was worried I might miss work tomorrow and was sweating it a little. Thanks again gentlemen for taking care of my car. Great work and great prices. I couldn t be happierI dropped the car off the night before and 30 mins after they opened, I got a call and they had figured out what was wrong. Gave them the go ahead and my car had a new thermostat and blend actuator installed by end of the day!.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Highly recommend this repair facility! Mike and Max are very personable and true professionals. I had a front brake caliper sticking which caused other issues, so I had pads, rotors and calipers replaced. They did an outstanding job and was completed quickly. The price is very reasonable. In addition, they alerted me to another issue for an unrelated problem due to another service facility that had neglected to grease the new ball joints that I had replaced. Max greased them for me at no additional cost. I will definitely continue to bring my truck here for service! Thank you for a job WELL DONE!

It's rare now days to find an honest mechanic, took my truck thinking I needed brakes, they said it was just rust build up! No charge, that is rare now! I was expecting a $500 - $600 brake job which they could done an I'd be none the wiser! Love these guys!

Mike and Max are awesome when it comes to cars. They are honest and reasonable with their prices. I like that they are upfront with what problems I have or may have in the future. They aren't pushy sales people either, which keeps me coming back. They have fixed every problem I came across and have even prevented future ones. I highly recommend them, best mechanics around.

Great place to deal with. Very professional and they do excellent work. I had a dusiness give me an estimate on several things that needed addressed about my car. I took it to Monroe Auto Repair and showed them the list without the estimated prices and just as I thought a couple of things didn't need to be done and they saved me over $300.00 on what did need to be done. Great people and great service and fair prices, what more can you want.

Great down to earth people. Honest, upfront and thoughtful to explain your mechanic needs. They work with you to find out the problem and get the route cause. You get to talk with mechanic not just the front counter person like the other places.

All around outstanding service! Have never felt more genuine personal care at any other auto repair shop than with my experience at Monroe Auto Repair! Mike the owner is a stand up guy and he puts the customers best interest ahead of any business agenda. Highly recommend getting car work done here.

I needed a mechanic to work on my 1987 El Camino. I was aware that Mike has vintage cars so I decided to take my car to him for specific repairs. Not only did he address the issues I was already aware of, but he also found other issues going on as well. Mike repaired the specific issues at a very fair price, and we made a plan to repair some of the other problems in the near future. I highly recommend him for new or vintage cars. My wife was traveling the day I took my car in for repair, and his brother Max took the time to drive me home, and then pick me up once the repairs were completed. Great people and great service! I found an honest mechanic I can trust!

When you find a mechanic you can trust , you stay with them. The owner Mike proved his honesty when he recommended to not do a repair because it was not needed. After reviewing the paperwork that I received with my car (detailing past repairs) I find out that he was telling the truth and my water pump did not need replaced. Although I live almost an hour away I will continue to give my business and recommendations to Monroe Auto Repair.

I'm guessing they don't like to work on older vehicles they were able to recommend places that do staff helped me right away and let me know they couldnt help in a timely fashion nothing wrong with staff just wanted to try em out cause they were super close have a 91 f250 desiel pickup so not sure if it was cause it's a deisel or cause it's a bit older but they said cause of the age they couldn't work on it it may just be I have a oddball vehicle cause I do see older cars there on occasion just bummed they couldn't help me outService: Auto engine diagnostic

Mike has repaired our cars for various issues since we moved to Monroe in 2016. One repair recently required over the top effort which was handled with the same professional, honest and high quality approach. We feel fortunate to have Monroe Auto Repair close by.

Absolutely Fantastic. Was traveling and car started running poorly, rolled into this place to see if they might be able to help. They diagnosed the problem, repaired it and got me back on the road in short order. Extremely professional, really saved my day. I would highly recommend this shop, A+, 5 stars. Thank you so much.

Just like all the other reviews say, this place does consistently great work for very fair prices. I've had work done here three times now and have been very satisfied each time with the results and the cost. I won't go anywhere else.
