Couldn t say enough about this company, Eddie was super communicative and went above and beyond for me on my work truck. He even went as far as to make recommendations to help the suspension work better. They really care for your vehicles. Ohh and the best part. They can order and install wheels. Don t hesitate to come here over any other store. This place is Awesome!

Brought an unusual project to them. Install A/M lights on a Jeep Renegade TrailHawk. Definitely a Finicky Stellantis Product, which was more involved than initially thought. Proved that it could be done. Fast, efficient and lights are amazing. Definitely recommend them for your customization needs.

I had lowering springs installed by Mcintosh and it was the best vehicle service experience I have ever had. Communication was top notch, I had my vehicle back the day it went into service with absolutely zero issues. Definitely recommend these guys.

That time has finally come. If i can give them a 0 or a negative i would. Such a bad customer service. Everytime they answer my calls all i get is an attitude. Everytime i was in their shop they said they got my parts, and trust me i was willing to pay. Theyre about to charge me for alignment + tie rod replacement for 1k+ and i was willing to pay trust me. They had me going for couple of different days, had me come back for 3 times. They make an appointment for me saying they have the parts but when i get there the parts werent there. When you try calling them to check if the parts are there they wont pick up when they see my number on the phone. They are giving military discount but they knew that for me so theyre taking me for granted knowing i get a discount and wont profit from me. I told them ill pay.I wont recommend this shop. Theyre racist as well based of how they talk and treated me. I wasnt gonna post this but my conscience is bothering me. You guys shouldve seen this coming.

Very friendly staff but I went in after purchasing a new truck to get some custom things done and Unfortunately it seems like no one was really on track with what they could accomplish and what they couldn't. After waiting some time And being told that things that were previously expressed (painting rims etc.) that could be accomplished , actually could not be accomplished. I was later sent to a gentleman who had the part of the shop in the back who was going to powdercoat my rims. After having my new rims/tires sit there for quite some time (weeks)I never was able to accomplish getting those done either. He was always waiting on the color to come. Eventually, I had to get them packed up into my new truck and taken back to Cincinnati to get them put on by the Big Papas which is where I purchase them. I told the gentleman that if he ever got the color and let me know it's been months I still haven't heard from him. Just a waste of my time

This has been the best experience I've ever had getting my truck worked on. By far the best priced out of any location I've ever visited. There was some minor issues but the customer service we recieved i never got worried or upset because all of them were as professional as I could imagine. They took care of me without blinking an eye. Thank you Chad, Corey, Eddie and every person their that performed work on the my truck. You guys are absolutley AMAZING!!! Will recommend these guys to anyone needing repairs on anything.

I had a 2 inch level put on my truck yesterday and it looks great! I did some shopping around and they beat all competition on price. These guys are pros. I highly recommend McIntosh for any lift / level / custom job.

I ve been to a lot of auto shops in the past and these guys are BY FAR THE BEST! They go above and beyond and do what they say when they say! If you are wanting to get truck work in the Tri state area then look no further!

I showed up at 2 o clock in the afternoon. The sign said closed and will return at 6. Their web page said they are open until 6. There were people inside looking out at me and didn t come to the doors to explain why they were closed. Will not Return and will take my business else where.
