I had my vehicle towed to get a new key cut. When my wife went to go pick the vehicle up the back tire was completely flat it was after hours so we had to use our road side assistance to get fixed. When we bought the car in the next morning as soon as they opened we were told there was nothing they could do about it and given a quote of over $200. To fix the tire. I highlighted the point of they do an inspection and was told my vehicle was complete. No mention of a tire issue. Which I was then told they would talk to service mgr about it and call me back. I still have not heard from them it's been almost a week. This was not anything other greed by a company. I bring in a car with a key issue and somehow my tire is completely flat after them having my car for a week. Yet somehow I'm responsible for that? How?

My experience at this Honda dealership wasn t a good one. I got a phone call back regarding an issue I am having with my Honda I purchased from Joe Morgan. There is a service bulletin for a timing chain issue on the 2.4 liter earth dreams motor. The man who called me wanted to argue with me and claim that a noise on start up from a VTC actuator was normal. This wasn t the reason for my call. But I m sure we can all agree, that is not a normal thing for a motor to do. Considering all things, one of the repairs on the vehicle was a VTC actuator before I took delivery The car I purchased was a certified used Honda, that I am going to have to repair at this point on my own. The day I had this issue with their service center I received a phone call back, not from a manager, not from a service person or a GM but the sales guy. Not sure what the phone call was for but from the conversations I had with him, I was told the phone calls were recorded. I asked him if he had listened to it and he said no because that is beyond his access abilities as an employee. He also told me they take notes on their customers and the man I called a dumb@a$$ on the phone won t want to work with me (at this point I had already driven to Dayton Honda and bought the part to fix this on my own). I asked the sales rep why the manager didn t call me but he did, his response was because of the relationship I had with him. I was in the car business prior in my career and am familiar with how the workings are inside of a dealership. He said the manager was busy and he wanted to touch base with me about the situation don t let one bad experience do this .Within minutes, literally, the manager calls me. So she didn t not call me because she was busy, she didn t want to touch this and wanted to see if he could resolve it by intimidation? This part i m not 100% on the intentions but was very weird. Tells me they actually don t record the phone calls unless a button is hit manually on their end and that she was unsure on what notes the dealership would be taking about their customers. This at this point to me is just very bizarre experience and almost seemed like a scare tactic from them, telling me they take notes on their customers and the phone calls were recorded The manager of the service department made arrangements for me to bring my vehicle in within a few days on the upcoming Monday. Said they would refund me the money I paid for my part and take care of it. On Saturday morning I received a TEXT MESSAGE from the woman telling me I need to have it on a recording before I bring it in because of they can t replicate it they won t touch it. She didn t want to upset me any further and didn t want me to bring the vehicle in and not fix it.You people shouldn t have even bothered contacting me cause you literally did nothing to resolve this. All you guys did is make this a really weird experience.At this point, I am just mentally over this place, I didn t plan on having either of those phone calls with the sales person or the manager. I had moved on and was going to do the work myself. Just so she could waste more of my time and the result be what I initially was going to do in the first place.I am fixing my certified Honda under warranty myself.The intermittent issue would have remained un repaired, until the warranty is out in the next couple hundred miles and ultimately I would have just been more frustrated.

Always get great service here. We have a pilot and crv. They do a good job every time we service our vehicles. We did not purchase our Hondas here but the service area is close for us. The service people are very polite. We had Simone this past visit and she was awesome.The cashier's are also very friendly.

Like most dealerships their service department is extremely overpriced. I guess that's why dealerships have the reputation they have. Will not return

Beth Troup and Jim Wenzel we re absolutely amazing with walking my son and I through the entire process of purchasing a new/used car! I came in knowing what my credit score was and that was all. They helped me retain my check stubs, the lowest interest rate possible, helped with insurance info and were super patient without being pushy at all considering I wasn t fully prepared myself and didn t know what to expect. I m not a hugger but I did hug Ms.Troup after it was all done. The whole experience was stress free because of these two and the patience and reassurance they gave us concerning my concern and protectiveness of my hard built credit. Those little things for ppl like myself mean so much! Seriously, go see Beth at Joe Morgan if your in the market looking for a car!

Joe Morgan Honda did a great job changing oil on my wife's Pilot. Her English was not very good. So, Tech Advisor Pete used text to communicate with me. He went above and beyond to help us. We live closer to other Honda dealers, but we don't mind driving farther to get the best services at Joe Morgan Honda! Thank you!

This place is great! Helpful, courteous and clean!! I took my Honda Pilot in for an oil change last week and was reminded I also needed tires rotated. I had work to do so they set me up in a cubicle with my laptop while I waited. I've been to this location 6 times in the past month. Most of them I was told to just come back at a later date. Everytime I've gone they've wasted my time and money. They always tell me they have the part that I need, then the next day that they don't. They have terrible costumer service and poor communication skills. I would not recommend ever going to this location, and I've already told several family members and friends to avoid this location. At my last visit I was told I didn't owe anything because because no service was done to my car, only to find out the next day that I was being charged for a diagnostics that I didn't even ask them to do and had done at a different location. They called while I was at work so I couldn't answer, then left an email saying they'd call the police if I didn't come pay. I understand it was a miscommunication error between me and the staff and I'm not mad about that. I'm upset that every time I've gone they've never once done what I've come for for one reason or another.

I get my Hondas serviced at Joe Morgan. Can't complain about prices as they are no better or worse than other shops. The service is above average and they basically keep a medical record on my car. I'll keep going back to Joe Morgan Honda.

I usually do all the maintenance on our cars but this is a really busy time and so my wife took our 2017 honda civic to the dealership for an oil change. The oil change was $55.00 but somehow they convinced her that she also needed a $364.99 brake fluid flush as well. I am a car guy, my wife is a hair stylist and drives like a grandma. Before she took the car in those brakes worked like they were perfectly new mostly because she drives so slow she never needs to use the brakes. I am really disappointed in this dealership for selling services that were not needed at all. Even if the brake fluid change had been needed they price they charged was triple what it should have been. According to google the average price for a brake fluid change is $75- $120. If you are not a car person be careful that this dealership doe not give you a nice big smile and then proceed to empty out your wallet!Service: Brake service & repair

I can honestly say this through my experience. They're the best customer service. If you need help on air tires, or anything. They help you it doesn't matter where you bought the car. Outstanding ppl to deal with.

Ordered a part on 1/17/22 that they said would take a couple days to come in. Unfortunately shipping was apparently delayed and it was not available by the time I scheduled an appointment for separate service. However, they told me they would call me when it came in and that is what is written on my receipt. I finally called today, on 4/8/22, nearly 3 months later to inquire about the part and the guy at the parts department told me it was there. I have no idea when it showed up but NO ONE called to tell me it was there after I paid nearly $415 for it. I then asked to speak to the service manager and was told he was busy, but the parts manager was available (okay). Upon transfer, no one answered and it went to his voicemail. Absolutely terrible customer service. Time to find another dealership that values their customers!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The express service center is on point! Provided was an extremely comfortable waiting lounge with an entirely complimentary coffee station.It was a quick and painless experience that ended with a beautifully washed car with a complete oil change.

Although dealing with new car salesmen is never a joy the service department here is excellent. They have always taken care of me getting me back and forth to work to pick up my car etc. Always do a great job.

I recently came to Joe Morgan Honda for an oilchange also check brakes and tires pressure. We bought the Honda Civic in 2014 used it's a 2011 model year I brought to the service adviser's attention about my drivers side weather stripping on bottom of the outside glass decaying also the front windshield weather stripping on passenger side was coming loose. She asked service manager to check into . He called Honda they told him no recalls and out of warranty they won't repair have to pay. Price to repair front windshield weather stripping $345.00 plus tax price to repair driver's for weather stripping was $280.00 plus tax. After oil change done I checked all the doors outside glass weather stripping. All decaying on outside of glass bottom . I've owned many vehicles in my lifetime never have seen this happen. I really think it's poor grade rubber weather seal Honda used in manufacturing. I bought this Honda because of quality, this just doesn't make sense.
